Finally something unique and original in the sea of commercialized hillbilly this hillbilly that. I moved here a year ago and it's been so hard to find a decent restaurant around here. Everything is over priced fried chicken southern food that's not good quality. I don't know why it's so hard to find good quality food for a reasonable price around here. I get it, it's a tourist area but doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to find a decent place to eat. Enough about my bitchn, this place is amazing! The food is really good and the atmosphere is even better. My waitress was so kind and friendly she gave me her recommendations and I went with them and was not disappointed! Either order to go or use DoorDash because the service sucked we could tell by how dry it was that it sat waiting on the waitress to bring it to us. The warming lamps dried the food. Plus we had just DoorDashed it 2 days before when we first got to town. It was delicious, so delicious that we drove to the restaurant two days later for dinner to leave extremely disappointed. It would be better for business as delivery. The cooking staff make great food! So good that after a 20-25 minute delivery in a Styrofoam box getting soggy it still tasted so good that we wanted to try it in person. Either that or hire an entirely new wait staff. I know it sounds harsh but I'd say try it for yourself. I hope they get better staff because the food is top-notch! read more

First time here today and will definitely return! Mitzi was our awesome server and did an excellent job. I had the Trailer Park Hotdog. 100% beef and probably a 1 pound dog. This has Beef Chili, Aged Cheddar, House Pickles, House Bacon, Bourbon, Caramelized Onions, Stone Ground Mustard. Of course, no chili dog is complete unless it has cole slaw on it so I added it and some jalapeños, but the dog is great as served. We also had the Tennessee burger: Bacon Jam, Bourbon BBQ, Smoked Gouda, Beer Battered Onion Rings, House Slaw, Tomatoes, House Pickles. A good burger but could have had a little more flavor in the meat. Both were huge portions. Sides were the french fries and the onion rings. Fries were delicious and crispy. They have such a variety of burgers to choose from and I was excited. We ordered to go while vacationing in town. I ordered the southern jam burger with a s'mores shake and my husband ordered the mighty bison with Nutella shake. I definitely had eyes bigger than my stomach and ordered the trailer park hot dog for us to share but we couldn't eat it til the next day so I won't review that one. The southern jam burger was good but I really didn't care for the buns the burger came with. The burger was pretty large so I ended up eating it without the buns. I didn't try the bison but he said it was very tender. The shakes were good, not too sweet. Our biggest issue was with our to go order - we ordered the shakes but they didn't print out the whole receipt to show that so when we showed up to pick up our order, they didn't have the drinks ready. We gave them some time and told them we'd be back and walked to the Dolly Parton statue nearby. We came back 15 minutes later and they were still making the shakes. Food is good, very tasty burgers, but this place needs a mature manager in charge. When we arrived, there was a young 20-something male at the host stand who was obviously overwhelmed. It was a crowded Friday night, but he did not even speak to us to ask if we wanted to be seated. We had to say something to him. Then he asked us three times "how many people in your party again?"We asked to wait at the bar and he said that was OK. Draft beer was disappointing, somewhat flat. and the servings are small, served in what appears to be a wine glass, which is very strange. For five of us, drinks came to $40 which seems high, especially for the small servings. When we were seated, we waited a good 15 minutes before anyone approached us and that was when we asked the host to send over a server. Although the server was very pleasant, the wait for food was unacceptably long. When the food arrived, the burgers were delicious, but the fries were cold. I had a feeling the order was sitting for a while. The staff seemed to be all 20-somethings with no one in charge to guide them. That's exactly what this restaurant needs, someone in charge to expedite things and ensure prompt and courteous service. read more

My husband and I took our son up to Pigeon Forge to Wonder Works. We worked up an appetite, so we searched for local restaurants. The original restaurant we wanted to check out had a long wait. We were going to head back to Knoxville, but I found Graze Burger and we decided to stop in. This restaurant is located in the downtown Sevierville area. Downtown was pretty quiet there were several businesses close down. Graze Burger seems to be one of the restaurants in the area that is thriving. This restaurant has a modern rustic feel. We received good customer service. We waited about 25 or 30 mins for our food, but it was worth every minute. I ordered the turkey burger which was well seasoned and delicious. The fries... the fries were perfection!! My husband was extremely satisfied with his meal too! There's no kids menu, so we order my son a veggie burger. I'm glad we found this gem. We were in the area for just a few days and picked this spot for our first meal. It was a great choice. I am a BIG fan of hand cut fresh french fries and Graze Burgers certainly fit the bill. Service was great, the ambiance was nice and the food was tasty. We had Bourbon BBQ wings for our starter and I was pleased that the wings were not battered and fried, but rather seem to have been finished on the grill (char marks). My DH loved his trailer park hotdog - it was huge, so that gave him two meals in one. I had the classic burger and the aged cheddar was so tasty. We found what we thought would be a gem of a restaurant . I ordered a burger and the it was good beef and very good if it was brought out in time my guess it was not brought out at least 10 min after it was done the onion rings were very good not piping hot like they should of been. She did say it tasted real good but it was not even like warm how is that possible in cast iron it should of been sizzling my guess again is that they did not heat this up or again was left too long before delivering to the table. This is the best food I've had in the Smoky's and I've had a lot. I had the classic burger and my wife had the local farmer. Both were great and cooked exactly as asked. I would say one of the best burgers I've ever had. The fries are good, but the mac and cheese was great. I definitely recommend the 6 mac as an upgraded side. We also had the fried green tomatoes. What a gem! We actually got a recco from a coffee shop nearby (Honeybee). We sat outside due to covid as we won't dine inside, but the outdoor is truly fabulous. Our server, Ashley was amazing. Ok so decided to try graze today, had never been there, always on the lookout for places that do GF good. So that was the first draw for us. The burgers were so good! The GF bun was one of the best we have ever had, only one of our group is GF, we had the truffle park fries which I was supper happy to find out they cook in canola oil as I'm allergic to soybean which is what vegetable oil is made of and I'm allergic to peanut oil. The fries are homemade and oh so crispy which I love a good crispy fry so yummy. The burgers were so good, the only down side today was one of my kids really wanted to try their hot dogs and they were out. But she had a salad instead, which she almost never orders salad and she loved it. The server was very nice, I do highly recommend getting there early as they filled up pretty fast . 4/5 for the food. It would be 3/5 based on service alone. This place is understaffed. Things went from slow to slower. At one point two families walked in and stood at the hostess station. Pretty sure no one said one word to them for almost TEN MINUTES. Our table wasn't even visited during this time. We were waiting for boxes, to put in a milkshake order and for the check. When our server eventually did come around (probably five minutes after those families were finally seated), she told me the milkshakes take 15 minutes to make. Oi. I decided to get them anyway, but sent my dad out with my son to take a walk so they wouldn't have to sit around with nothing to do. Anyway, the food.... The Six Mac wasn't all that impressive. I found the cheese sauce wasn't all that flavorful. And the "bacon jam" on top looked more like shredded brisket or something. It didn't really taste like bacon and it wasn't very sweet. Weird. Burger - we picked the southern with pimento cheese and more of this "bacon jam". I feel like I didn't taste much pimento cheese, but the burger was very tender and cooked nicely. For our side we did 50/50 fries/onion rings. While my four year old loved the fries and gobbled them up, I found them soft and flavorless. The onion rings, on the other hand, had a light batter and perfect crisp. I'd definitely recommended getting just onion rings and skipping the fries. The nachos were a winner, even if they were a little heavy in the raw onion and jalapeños for my taste. I loved the queso the chili - yum! Lastly, the milkshakes. I love that they serve them with those fat straws so you can actually suck up all the chunks of candy. The peanut butter was delicious, but the think the Nutella was just a little better. I will say that these are on the liquid side, they aren't thick milkshakes by any stretch of the imagination. Not sure that we'd come out of our way to visit here again..... read more

The pig wings are in served in an Asian sauce that I think was Teriyaki, but it was great, not to sweet. Actually, if I ever order them again, I would ask for extra Asian sauce. The pig wings are actually pork belly, melt in your mouth goodness. The fried mushrooms and nachos are large servings, good for four people, we took leftovers with us. The burger that I got was the Pistol Pete and for my spicy lovers I recommend this burger. The queso, corn salsa and jalapeños really complement each other!
