Spectacular sandwiches! Especially veggie ones!!! Very healthy! Love it!

We ordered take out. It was ready upon arrival which was quite splendid. The steak torta was the bomb dot com. Pastrami was yum, yum, yum. Meat quality is legit and neither sandwich skipped out on the goods. Slight predicament with the extra piles of cheese from the Pastrami getting stuck on the paper. This made me want to listen to sad Drake music and cry. Otherwise, go for it. For the record, el banos were pretty good. Splurged on a brownie which was moist and chocolatey as you could ever hope for. read more

Have eaten here many times. Good little spot, but they get 2 starts for their food, but what got them to 4 was those amazing brownies! If you don't eat them, I will! I love this place -- stark and simple decor but sandwiches are amazing. Try the Tomato bisque soup, its incredible. Tip for two - order two different sandwiches and large soup and split them. Can't say enough about the fresh taste of every meal I have had here.. read more

This place is SO good and unique to the Tri-Cities! It is not a fancy place to come eat and it is not a restaurant. The people are nice and it's clean. I am so glad that we ate here! I got a sandwich and it is so good! you can come with a group of people and eat your food there or you can call in your order and pick it up. They are pretty fast and you can choose between chips or salad as a side. Drinks are separate. I love this place! I will be coming back for sure! read more

So my wife and kids came home with leftovers and my very picky 11 year old couldn't stop talking about their Cesar salad. I first had their sandwiches at an event that was catered. I went to the restaurant a couple times and enjoyed my meals. The next visits were OKAY seems like the quality or service had gone down or were not consistent. So I haven't really been back since, but I would probably eat there again. read more

Graze is a great healthy alternative to your typical fast food, it's my new favorite sandwich place! You can tell you're getting fresh ingredients in each bite, not veggies that have been sitting out wilting all day. I've been here multiple times but always get the same thing: the veggie torta. It has so many complimentary flavors packed inside, it's definitely a must for someone who enjoys vegetarian sandwiches. The only fallback is that it does not travel well, the juices make the torta bread soggy and it starts to fall apart. Good food and a fun menu. It looks like they are going for a franchising concept and proving it out in the Columbia valley. They were a little disorganized and it took 25 minutes to get a to-go sandwich with no customization. But that sandwich was tasty so I can't complain or give too bad of a review. read more

Always a favorite for an affordable, quality lunch/dinner out. The food is always excellent, but the lines can be long around lunch time. It was very hot out so I wanted something refreshing and light. Graze had simple and tasty sandwiches and salads. I had a cold sandwich that was very satisfying. The menu is simple and straightforward. It was very busy when we arrived for lunch, it is obviously a popular place. Our family loves this place. The food is awesome! Try the tortas! The veggie torta is my favorite. My husband likes the flank steak torta & the brownies. The kids like the grilled cheese sandwiches! On one instance one of the employees put cheese and chipotle mayo on my sandwhich, I'm allergic. The sandwhich was so beautiful, coloful, horrendous and I was starving so I just ate my sandwhich - midway through my half torta I became nauseous and couldn't clear my throat. After I regained my composure I called the store and talked to the manager. He gave me a sincere apology and sent me a gift certificate for my whole transaction! A new concept in the lunch and afternoon snack market. The whole menu is built on light meals, which are built to please any taste. I had the lemongrass salad, and it filled the veggie void in my appetite. A little short on the meat. Overall, it's one of the few truly healthy places in the area. read more

I ordered grilled cheese and barley beef soup. The grilled cheese tasted like garlic, not just a little bit but a ton of garlic. The beef barley soup looked great probably would have been pretty good but way way way over salted. I ate there 4 hours ago, flossed and brushed my tears several times and stand a lot of water. Can still taste salt and garlic. Very disappointed!!! read more

I've been to Graze several times but always ordered the same thing. Today I came in with a group of friends (one who had eaten there before and two others who had not). Today I thought I'd try something new. I ordered the Jack, as did one of my friends who was eating there for the first time. I had eaten maybe a quarter of the sandwich and my mouth and lips were burning. I expressed that and my friend said her her mouth was on fire as well. I couldn't eat it. A worker was walking by and I said - this is so hot! What is making it so hot? She said that there is a sauce on it and it also had siracha. I read in the description pepper jack sauce and I knew the siracha I could handle. So I took mine apart thinking I'd take off the pepper jack sauce but there was tons of this green stuff on it. It looked like guacamole so I didn't think it was the sauce. I was thinking cheese. So I took the sandwich up to the same girl, now at the counter, and asked where the sauce was. She pointed to the green and said that's it and it looks like you have a lot of it. I thought maybe she'd say, let us remake that with less sauce or something but nope. That was it. I looked at her and she looked at me, there was an awkward pause and silence, and then did nothing. In my head I actually said, wow (like I can't believe she's not offering to fix it). I took the sandwich, sat down, and scraped as much off as I could. My friends were shocked and surprised that she didn't try to remedy the situation. My friend decided not to eat hers. It was just too hot. We noticed another young girl, maybe 16, who had also ordered it. We noticed because she was trying to scrape it off her sandwich and she had more than I did! She ended up throwing it in the garbage. We all felt sorry for her as well. read more

I am thrilled that a place like this is here, it is good food and I want them to succeed, but my last three experiences have been disappointing. The first week they were open I ordered the Turkey and Pear Panini to go. There was a long line, which is fine but I noticed that after my order was placed the folks who had ordered after me where getting their meals. I waited for about twenty minutes before the gal at the front desk realized that I hadn't been served yet. I guess they forgot my order. She gave me a coupon for a free sandwich, which was nice. Once I finally got my sandwich, I realized that they gave me the wrong one. The mushroom and bell pepper Panini is good, but not what I ordered. Second visit wasn't so much a visit rather a function I went to where GRAZE had catered the meal. It was a Chicken Caesar salad, and while tasty, the romaine salad wasn't washed. It was very gritty and after a few bites I just couldn't do it. Third visit, I wanted to use my coupon from the first time I visited. I ordered the Turkey Pear Panini and once a again, a twenty minute wait. The sandwich is good, but it was again frustrating to see the long line that ordered after me all get their meals before I do. Perhaps that particular sandwich needs the full twenty minutes to make. GRAZE does have good food and a nice atmosphere, but they need to figure out their ticket system and perhaps reorganize their kitchen set-up for efficiency and accuracy. I would recommend this place only if you have the time to spare. This is not a good restaurant for a quick lunch bite. Silver lining: At least they serve beer by the bottle. read more

Great food. Great environment. What more can you ask? The tomato soup is to die for. My personal favorite is the turkey avocado sandwich. Super fresh ingridents, no other sandwiches have compared to the ones I've tried here. The people here are friendly and inviting. They bring a Seattle or Portland cafe feel to Tri-Cities with small town hospitality. You wouldn't make a bad decision to eat here, ever. :) read more
