Met a friend for lunch around noon yesterday at a very packed and extremely busy Graze. It was my first time going to this restaurant and my friend promised I would not be disappointed. He was absolutely right! I had the turkey... something... it was a cold sandwich and honestly one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The staff was courteous, all had smiles on even though they were absolutely slammed. I've only lived in Richland for about a year now, I'm originally from Seattle, and I have eaten at a lot of restaurants. This place is unique, has delicious food, is very fair priced and cranked out in a pretty quick manner considering the volume they do. High praise for Graze! read more

My wife and i eat here whenever we are in the tri cities. Usually the food is fantastic, i almost always get the turkey bacon panini. Today however is an exception. My sandwich is significantly smaller than usual. It has literally one slice of turkey on it... disappointing for a $9 sandwich. read more

NEVER ORDER MORE THAN 1 SANDWICH! -1 of our employees suggested this place so we decided to use them. We had the Owner of our company come in for lunch to eat with the employees at our Kennewick Store. We made an order of only SIX SANDWICHES- JUST SIX- not 25-40 or 100- JUST SIX. Our guy picked it up without looking in the bag ASSUMING it was all there and it wasnt. Only 1/2 the employees got there meals and The BOSS didnt even get his. The food that DID come had items missing. We will NEVER EVER be back to use this place again. The food may be good but with service like THAT- they'll go out of business within a year! GOOD LUCK GRAZE! The LEAST you could have done is make a RUSH DELIVERY to our business with the items you DIDNT make along with the Missing ones! But Oh Wait- you guys said you dont MAKE deliveries. I am thrilled that a place like this is here, it is good food and I want them to succeed, but my last three experiences have been disappointing. The first week they were open I ordered the Turkey and Pear Panini to go. There was a long line, which is fine but I noticed that after my order was placed the folks who had ordered after me where getting their meals. I waited for about twenty minutes before the gal at the front desk realized that I hadn't been served yet. I guess they forgot my order. She gave me a coupon for a free sandwich, which was nice. Once I finally got my sandwich, I realized that they gave me the wrong one. The mushroom and bell pepper Panini is good, but not what I ordered. Second visit wasn't so much a visit rather a function I went to where GRAZE had catered the meal. It was a Chicken Caesar salad, and while tasty, the romaine salad wasn't washed. It was very gritty and after a few bites I just couldn't do it. Third visit, I wanted to use my coupon from the first time I visited. I ordered the Turkey Pear Panini and once a again, a twenty minute wait. The sandwich is good, but it was again frustrating to see the long line that ordered after me all get their meals before I do. Perhaps that particular sandwich needs the full twenty minutes to make. GRAZE does have good food and a nice atmosphere, but they need to figure out their ticket system and perhaps reorganize their kitchen set-up for efficiency and accuracy. I would recommend this place only if you have the time to spare. This is not a good restaurant for a quick lunch bite. Silver lining: At least they serve beer by the bottle. read more

Great food. Great environment. What more can you ask? The tomato soup is to die for. My personal favorite is the turkey avocado sandwich. Super fresh ingridents, no other sandwiches have compared to the ones I've tried here. The people here are friendly and inviting. They bring a Seattle or Portland cafe feel to Tri-Cities with small town hospitality. You wouldn't make a bad decision to eat here, ever. :) read more

This has become one of my favorite lunch stops while visiting the Tri-Cities! Sandwiches are big and flavorful. I usually order the BLT which is not on the menu, or panini. Salads are good, as is the vinaigrette dressing. The line is usually long during lunch, but it goes quick enough. read more

We were traveling through Kennewick and wanted a healthy, quick, inexpensive lunch option. Graze blew us away on all counts. We ordered the flank steak torta and the pepper jack salad with flank steak. The steak was perfectly tender, well-seasoned, and beefy. The torta had a perfect amount of kick from pickled jalapeños and chipotle mayo. Veggies were all super fresh and high quality. Big portions, nice people, reasonable price. Exactly what we needed to get back on track after Thanksgiving. read more

We were the only customers in line, and only one person was waiting for an order to go. Several of the tables were dirty, and there were 3-4 girls working behind the counter. We cleaned our own table. Waiting for at least 15 min for our order and when I saw a girl come out the side door, I asked her if we had been forgotten. She assured us we hadn't, and that "it takes awhile". She must have checked on our order and it had actually been bagged up and was sitting on the counter for a to go order and not eat in as we requested. She asked if we wanted it taken out of bag and we said yes. She gave us each a free brownie for the mistake. The food was excellent, but $25 for two sandwiches and two drinks is expensive, considering that the service was poor and the dining area was a mess. Great food, love this place for lunch. Its just really good so it is really busy but still conveniently fast. I do suggest that if your in a huge rush I would probably try to call it in. The sandwiches are excellent and the salads are amazing. The only reason I couldn't give them a 5 star is I think that they could improve the soups. The soup just doesn't match the fantastic other foods. But I bet as time passes this will improve to greatness like everything else. I am so proud of this business for great management and goodness. The food here was light and flavorful. Prices are fair too. The only downside is that they close early (7:30).

Finally an excellent local restaurant to support in tri-cities! Fresh ingredients, great service and affordable. Expect to pay about what you do for a "value meal" but receive twice the nutrients and half the fat. I've been multiple times and haven't found an option I didn't like. read more

My salad was very fresh and the lettuce / spring mix was crispy. The vegetables overall were of great quality. The flank steak was very tender, as was the chicken breast. My companions sandwich was also delicious, and both of us will plan on returning. It was very crowded yet the staff remained friendly and kept tables clean. My friend and I have been going to The Graze every week for the past several months. It was my favorite place to go for lunch! Prices and service are good. I always order a steak panini which has always been made with flank steak. So delicious. Unfortunately, last week I was informed that flank steak is no longer being served. I tried the sandwich with the new meat that was being used but it was no where near as good. We will no longer be patronizing The Graze until flank steak is brought back. My rating reflects the new sandwich meat. If flank steak was still available, this would be a four-star review with the only negative comment being that tables need to be better washed for the next customer. read more

Wow do I miss this place! We moved out of the area and I still dream about stopping by to get a sandwich here... I tried several of the sandwiches and they were all amazing: my favorite would be the Sexy Time, and my husbands, the Pulled Pork Torta. I would frequently stop here with my children and it was great to be able to order kids' sandwiches with meat, cheese, tomato, and lettuce instead of being stuck with only a PB&J for a kid option. I also appreciated that their kid's grilled cheese is made with different cheeses to be more kid-friendly. read more

I just tried Graze after a friend recommended it. I had the roasted pear and steak salad. It was delicious with a vinaigrette and honey roasted cashews. It would have been nice to get a fork and napkin with my order since it was to-go. Thankfully I had a fork in my purse (don't ask me why cuz I don't know how it got there)!!! One of our favorite places to eat! The panini sandwiches are amazing! Sexy Time is a favorite. The asparagus and cheese panini....fantastic! My children often order the salad as the side with their grilled cheese because the lettuce is so fresh and delicious. I often sub the lemongrass vinaigrette for the champagne vinaigrette. This is a cute little shop but I wasnt impressed with the vegetarian option, and then it was just a sandwich. If I'm gonna take time and money to go out, a basic sandwich on thick cut, toasted, rock hard un edible bread isnt going to do it for me. read more

I was passing through the area and decided to take a detour to come here. I'm glad I did because the food was awesome! Fantastic menu, great ingredients, friendly service. I really liked being able to have the side salad option instead of chips. I think I'll make it a point to stop here more often to try out all of the options.
