Fresh, fast, and delicious sandwiches and salads. Upon entering Graze, I was greeted with the smell of fresh food, the way a produce stand smells. The place is minimalist and clean and the menu has a variety of gourmet sand which and salad choices - hot, cold, and panini style. With the sandwich you get a choice of salad or kettle chips. I tried the turkey, roast pear, provolone panini. It included fresh salad greens and blue cheese, though the blue cheese is not pasteurized so I had to opt out (pregnant lady problems). My husband had the equivalent in salad form which included cashews. The bread they used was fantastic and the sprinkle of sea salt on the top was a little extra step that really helped bring out the flavors. The toasted pears were really sweet and delicious, but not as much pear flavor as I would have liked. Overall a really great sandwich! Of course the kettle chips were good. Proportions were perfect as well. My husbands salad was equally good, and plenty big for a lunch! The cashews were good, but the salad would have been better with walnuts perhaps. The only thing missing at this place, and it doesn't detract in any way from the food or experience, is if they had outdoor seating to enjoy the warm weather and if they could get a few craft beers in their cooler. I was looking for a light lunch and decided to give this place a try. When you walk into this location it is cleaned and minimally decorated. The menu is located above the register and easy to read. They offer salads, cold sandwiches, and hot sandwiches. On this particular visit I decided to go with the cold steak sandwich and a sparkling cucumber drink. The sandwich comes on sliced sourdough. There is a little bit of mayonnaise fresh lettuce, roasted and pickled bell pepper, generous portion of steak, provolone cheese, and chimichurri sauce. The combination of the pickled pepper and the chimichurri against the saltiness of the cheese and the steak made it a perfect balance. The bread was fresh it wasn't overly dressed with mayonnaise or chimichurri. Overall I think this was one of my very favorite sandwiches in a long time. I decided to go with the house salad instead of the chips. The salad was fresh it was very basic but with the flavorful sandwich you really didn't need much more. The lettuces were crispy and not overly dressed. V cucumber sparkling water was very good and went perfectly with my sandwich. It had a very refreshing cucumber flavor and the zestiness of a sparkling water. It didn't say it had 11 carbs from sugar which was surprising because it wasn't sweet at all. Definitely a great drink for a hot day like today. The service was efficient and it was friendly. The one thing that was odd was the staff was speaking very loudly from the kitchen and that was a little bit distracting. They weren't saying anything outrages but were probably a little bit louder than they needed to be. I don't live in the area so I'm bummed that this isn't my standard lunch spot. I would love to have something like this in my neighborhood where I can go get a healthy lunch, a big salad, or just a comfy place to work. But when in town, I will certainly return! read more

Stopped here on our way through to Canada. Cute, clean, and quick. To go packaging was done nicely. Staff was friendly. Vegan food options, however nothing listed gluten free (reason for four stars). They do offer salads and said they believed the Cesar dressing was gluten free. Vinaigrettes would probably be safe as well. But nothing labeled. Got the Cesar salad and added chicken. Both my wife and I are food connoisseurs and enjoy good quality food so after seeing several good reviews about Graze we decided to give it a try. Our experience was that the customer service was friendly and the food was good quality with good flavor making this most likely our choice sandwich shop in the Tri-Cities. The entrees we decided to order were the Ruben and Flank Steak sandwiches with the salad as the side dish. The Flank Steak sandwich had great flavor but I will warn the people that don't enjoy spicy food to use caution with this sandwich since it has jalapeños and a delicious chipotle sauce that isn't for the non heat loving foodies. The Ruben had its pastrami nicely crisped on the edges which added a nice crunch and had a nice flavored Russian dressing that went well with the sauerkraut. The side salad was mixed spring greens with carrots and a bit of cucumber topped with a house vinaigrette that had decent flavor. The one thing that I would say they need to offer is fresh brewed ice tea for the heavy drinkers like me that don't enjoy drinking warm tap water or can't see wasting money on buying a small bottles beverage from their fridge. The only other thing that was a bit of a major turn off was mid way thru my wife's salad she found a pretty rotten clump of greens that made her stop eating it. We eat greens allot and are understanding about how quickly greens towards the bottom of a container can go bad but I still think this is a bit unacceptable and hope it was a one off mistake that slipped by unnoticed by the chefs. Overall its reasonable priced for reasonable portions and has the best flavored sandwiches in the Tri-Cities thats we have came across since moving here. read more

This isn't any ordinary sandwich place - they super fancy. Get the turkey avocado bacon panini. It sounds ordinary but for some reason this sandwich is REALLY good. It's probably because of the perfect crisp of the sandwich along with the sea salt on top. I'd also recommend the pulled pork torta sandwich if you're feeling a heavier sandwich. (Although the Cobb salad had all fresh ingredients, it was just meh. Pastrami sandwich was also just meh.) The food, atmosphere, and fact that this place uses all farm fresh ingredients makes this place a high quality star establishment! First time here. Came because its got almost 5 stars and we wanted to try something new. Definitely was not disappointed. Flank steak torta and the Jack. Both are absolutely delicious! I had heard good things about this place from a few people and after eating there I had to double check that there wasn't another place called Graze. I got a Torta and the wife got a turkey avocado which were mostly bread that was dry and old. Fillings on both were minimal and for the most part tasteless. It's possible I caught them on an off day but Monday at 11:30 they should be ready to rock and roll. My wife told me the line sometimes runs out the door so I'm genuinely confused. I loved this place. And it kills me to give 2 stars. It's only for anything with steak. The chef informed me I was being unfair but people know when corners are cut and it's not the same flavour. I called salad in , had no idea salty pastrami had been subbed for steak . Then to find out they will no longer be putting flank on the Cobb. Salty pastrami goes with a Ruben warm. It does not work well with the salad. I was told by owner it's excellent. So I guess I'm incorrect in saying it was not good. Day 2 this week. Steak has been downgraded to basically roast beef sliced thin. the "chef" is trying to save money because he did respond today and thinks this review is unfair . The reason for the 4 stars is the tipping arrangement: there is no longer an option to tip on credit/debit cards and no tip jar. Owners, I love this establishment and want to continue to support, but you are doing your staff a serious disservice by your discouraging tipping options. As a member of the F&B industry I know how important that extra bit of $$$ can be for morale and by not encouraging tips it feels a bit like you're not truly appreciative of your staff.
