Brought my family here for dinner. We ordered the drunken love. I found it a bit odd that they just dumped the sauce on the top of the pizza, it made it quite messy and wasn't what was presented in the pictures on the menu. It was super tasty though, i would order again but ask them to put the sauce on the pizza first. We also ordered the risotto balls and mozzarella cubes, both delicious. I wasn't a huge fan of the Retzo sandwich we shared. All of the flavors were there but the bread was pretty thick and hard. We also received the sandwich like 20 minutes before everything else so it was cold before we got our other food. Overall, would return for the Pizza but likely not the sandwiches. Truthfully the sandwiches are slightly overpriced at $16 each in my opinion. As far as service goes, it is sometimes difficult to get here attention if you need anything, you order straight from an IPad.

I was so excited to try out this spot but was immediately put off by the prices. After tax, it's like $16.50 for less than a foot long, and $24 for a pizza (though the pizza is on the large side). I decided to try it anyway and got the vodka saucy sandwich. It was fine, but far too expensive for just a sandwich of that size. Also the chicken cutlet was mostly breading. I'd recommend exploring other options - there's (slightly) cheaper in that area.

Sandwich was good AF. Sooooo good. I got extra sauce and it was delightful. Honestly, the sandwich was practically perfect. You get bites of EVERYTHING in every bite. Risotto balks: good, too. Not hyper flavorful but the marinara tastes fresh My only issues are: -Kiosk-only ordering, doesn't seem like they take cash. This also makes modifications challenging. -They were a bit slow and the food came out staggered. I had to actually go ASK for our salad and risotto balls Overall, this is a great grab-and-go lunch spot. It's very casual and while you can eat there, you'd probs have a better time eating outside. You may leave smelling like a sandwich or fried food, though.

Let me start by saying that my review is strictly based on what I ordered and there might be some other items offered that hit it out of the park. We ordered the following 1. Mozzarella squares- the breading had red chili pepper flakes, which made it spicy for our toddler and myself. 2. Chicken Caesar sandwich- the dressing wasn't creamy and the chicken also had the same spicy breading as the mozzarella 3. Pizza- the crust was good and thin 4. Garlic Parmesan chicken wings- they were not tossed in the sauce and it was just poured on top didn't seem to have Parmesan 5. Chicken salad sandwich with avocado and bacon- my husband enjoyed it Food was ok but not amazing

Grazie Grazie recently opened in the Ballston area of Arlington. The space is not huge but big enough for two eating areas and they also have some areas where you can eat out front. My only complaint inside was that it was rather warm with all of the lights and no fans for circulation. I ordered the NYC bodega sandwich which was the Cesar sandwich on a seeded role. There was an option for grilled or breaded chicken cutlet. I went with the grilled chicken. Although the sandwich was cooked perfectly, I thought the cesar dressing was a tad bit overpowering for the sandwich. I was only able to eat half. The waffle fries were cooked to perfection. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was fast as I placed my order through the kiosk.

A favorite spot with our family and sure am glad this location opened! A lot closer for us than the Wharf location and a lot easier to get to and for parking. This is located across from Ballston Quarter Mall and right next to the Shake Shack. There are kiosk stations for easy ordering and lots of tables to dine-in both indoors and a few outdoors. My go-to cheesesteak sandwich is the Truffle Shuffle and it is delicious! Always prepared fresh and hot off the grille, this is a hearty sandwich! A definite return and next time will try their pizza options! It seems to be quite popular as I noticed many of the orders were for the pizza! Enjoy!

I've tried both the sandwiches and pizza at Grazie Grazie and I HIGHLY recommend getting the pizza (and ask for it well done/crispy)! The crust was amazing and overall great quality pizza (coming from a Jersey girl!). The chopped Italian was Meh, definitely wouldn't get that again. The service is good and it's easy to order on the tablets. Seating indoors and outdoors! Casual vibe

Grazie Grazie Ballston was bustling on recent Friday evening - the takeout/online orders shelf was overflowing, which is generally a good sign! We kiosk ordered Julia's caesar salad, pepperoni pizza, and cheesesteak; certainly couldn't skip that little gem. I've had better pizza, but the salad and sandwich were really delicious and generous - loved the house cheese whiz too.

8+1. Basically an italian. Walk in, order on the kiosk, and they'll call your name / text your number. Food was ready quick and there's a water spout too, big plus. The is food is pretty good. Next time i'll try the pizza. A nice addition to the ballston area!

When I had ordered previously, I always found that my pie was not ready and I had to wait. Each time, I waited a bit longer, and each time, still not ready. So, this time, ordered my pizza before 9:00 PM and did not depart immediately -- but instead waited a full 20 minutes before even walking there slow. When I arrived, the pizza was..... still not ready. It occurs to me that this shop is situated in a time zone that is somehow TEN MINUTES BEHIND the time your order is due. The guy says "five minutes." In any case, I stand, I wait.... and I.... wait some more. It wasn't five minutes. Lots of workers standing. Nearing the 9:30 mark, someone finally says "have you been helped?" And whadda ya know? Found out the reason I was still waiting - BECAUSE MY PIE WAS SITTING THERE THE WHOLE DAMN TIME! Getting cold. She says "we're just getting that cut up." But they weren't - it was already cut. They took one of their old pies off the rack and slid it right into a box. It wasn't in the oven. I could feel it was cold, but yes, I took it and went home. I can't say you couldn't eat it but.... it wasn't good. We did eat some of it, but only after baking it in my own oven. Good thing I ordered in advance, eh? If you are going to do a take out here, my advice would be to skip ordering altogether, and just go there and get the slices yourself. They won't be too fresh, but at least it will be fast. Better yet, go across the street to Quincy Hall, (or over to Wise Guys) where they will bake the pizza to order and have it hot and ready when you arrive. Keep in mind here they charge $32 for a pizza, full price only. NOT worth it, won't be back, do not recommend.

Doordash did a speedy job of delivering the pizza, so no quarrel with them. I grew up in NJ so I have eaten probably more pizza than the average person. I know what I like. I don't hold any pizza up to those standards because it just isn't fair to. Still, I enjoy Non-NY Metro pizza enough, which is usually what one finds down here. All that being said: This pizza is WAAAAY too salty! Almost inedible. IDK why this is. But both the sauce and the veggies are oversalted. I hope my blood pressure doesn't jump. I'm not looking for health food, people. But I also know flavor shouldn't be overpowered by NaCl. And now, I have a headache after eating a slice. G r e a t. Maybe this is an anomaly, but for a first timer, I don't know that I'd order from here again. Disappointing, and for what I paid for the pie (a medium which was over $30) I am not thinking I will try this again. Of course, if you dig lots of salt, this may be your jam.
