we enjoyed the food when this place was graziellas, but "the bite" might be even better. the food during/after the name change was not well made and missing items, but we tried it again recently and the last few times have been GOOD. also, graziellas used to constantly add chicken to the cheese quesadilla, so I had to resort to writing NO CHICKEN in the notes and one time the cheese quesadilla still came with chicken. that hasn't happened since "the bite" took over. and the four cheese calzone is a beast. so is the quesadilla! really good comfort food, arrived quickly and safely. no complaints. read more

I called in a pizza order and the person said 20 minutes I arrive 25 minutes later and they had not even placed the pizza order in I mentioned it to the manager who just said sorry we've been busy I am literally the only person in the Restaurant and the parking lot is empty. Just went to Graziella's and ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich with lettuce and tomato's. When it was delivered, the lettuce and tomato covered the top. After taking a couple of bites I realized it was not a cutlet but grilled chicken breast. It was very thick, hard to eat, and gristly. I brought it back to the counter and explained to the person at the counter who proceeded to tell me that I ordered grilled chicken. He was happy to disagree with me. When I told him it was inedible he shrugged his shoulders. While I should have asked for a manager I decided to toss my meal in the trash and have decided I will never go back. When we ordered three sandwiches, we explained we were going to a movie and the hostess said she could prepare the food as fast they could. We figured it would take about 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked if the sandwiches were ready and the hostess responded in a very rude tone "there's still two orders ahead of you." Ten minutes later we asked again and got the same response. When the sandwiches finally came after 45 minutes, I was least expecting a brief apology for the long wait. Instead, the hostess again rudely said "you shouldn't have expected the food any quicker. We're very busy." Great place with lots of options. My kids wanted some pizza and their friend from school recommended this place. I noticed they have gluten free pizza and since I can't eat gluten and I am a vegan , I ordered gluten free vegan delight, a chicken catupiry and a Portuguese pizza for the kids and we loved it ! I highly recommend this place, clean, neat and delicious food. I don't eat pizza very often, but I'll definitely come back soon to try something else in their menu. My wife and I have not been eating at the Graziella Restaurant, but we ordered 2 Pizza's and a Chef salad with delivery. From the last 3 orders that we placed, this is the 2nd time now that the 2 Pizza(s) were not even handwarm anymore at delivery, An almost cold Pizza coming directly out of a carton does taste like garbage and is garbage. After a bite into the 1st slide, the Pizza's went right to where they belong, into the garbage can. The last time this happened I tried to be nice by just sending an email to a company's email address, I did not even get a response. We are done with this place. They delivered us a completely burnt pizza about a month ago. I honestly don't know how someone took it out of the oven, boxed it up and sent it out. When we called to let them know they said " well have you eaten any of it?". They then said they would deliver us a new one but that they would need to take the burnt pizza back. Ok cool, so you need proof that you don't know how to cook pizza? No problem. No apologies or fs given from this place. We chalked it up to a bad night and didn't hold it against them. We decided to give them another shot tonight. They have a tracker app that showed our order "out for delivery" in our neighborhood for over 30 minutes. Then it said "delivered" only there had been no delivery. We waited another 15 minutes, called them up and we were told "oh there was a glitch with the app. Your order is still on its way." OK cool. Another 10 minutes and our order shows up ice cold. Like day old pizza cold. I will support a local business until their sub-par customer service let's me know who they are. read more

I've eaten at Graziella's a bunch of times now and recently had a delivery for a large party I hosted. It's all been great! The pizzas, salads, wings and cheese & steak have been great! I especially like their steak & cheese sandwiches, especially if you eat there, but even at home. During a recent delivery, my guests commented how much they enjoyed the food, and again, especially the steak & cheese sandwiches, and some have told me it's one of the best they had. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Graziella's when I ordered from them this past summer. In July, I placed a delivery order and soon got an email that my order had arrived. However, I didn't have any order at my door. I called the store and they were able to connect with my delivery driver, who confirmed that he dropped the order off at the wrong house. They told me that I could search my neighborhood to see if I could find my order. I was eventually able to find it, but by then it was cold and had been sitting outside for awhile. I called the store and asked for a refund, and the employee told me that they could do that, but that they would need to come back and pick up my cold food so that they could bring it back. So I then had to wait for my delivery driver to return to my house and collect my cold, inedible food so that they could refund me. I asked to speak with a manager, and the employee told me that they would contact me, so I left my phone number. It has been 3 months and I never received a phone call. This has been my experience ordering food here, and I recommend that anyone reading this look to another business. Not only did it barely have ranch sauce or bacon on it it was loaded with tomatoes bits on the top. Yuck! No where on the menu does it have the description of what the pizza would be like. We tend to place really challenging orders - and tonight they got every detail ON POINT. Now we can focus on the food: Honestly, their burgers are the best in town, and the best value. Generous, quality hunks of beef, freshly cooked to order; brioche buns grilled to perfection. Asked for extra bacon and got a whole PILE of pig. Pretty happy about that. Same with their cheesesteak subs - an extra $2 gets you a VERY substantial sandwich. ( Again, best in Sandwich :) Their wings are huge too, and their buffalo sauce and blue cheese are both delish. When I pizza joint can't seem to get the fact that some people do not like blue cheese or are allergic to it but continue to put it on the Buffalo chicken pizza after requesting multiple times to not have blue cheese on the pizza.
