I took my car to another auto service shop, they said I needed a wheel alignment. I let the other shop do the wheel alignment. The car runs perfectly now. I went back to this Meineke to get a refund for the wheel alignment that they supposed to have done but it was not. They refused to give me a refund. They said I should have returned the car back to them. I had presented them evidence of paying for another wheel alignment. They refused to be accountable for their mistakes. And to be honest, I was not comfortable in returning my car back to them because I was afraid they would say I needed something else done.
