He had his tech lift the car up and look at what needs to be done. I asked what the prices are for weld and clamp, he said "he will take care of me" with everything I said above I assumed at worst $80 or under, and he started the work. I asked about 5-6 times during the work what the price is and didn't get an answer. Is wasn't until he finished he told me someone else handles the pricing. I found him and was quoted $150... And I owe it because I told him to start the work... I was very pissed... The tech then said "well it's to late now, it will cost more to put it all back." when I went to go pay he reduced it to $120, still not good. Avoid these guys.

They offered to rebook my appointment. Very frustrating that they didn't call me ahead of time to let me know this. I asked why they didn't and she told me that she was busy waiting on customers. There were two people sitting at the desk so I'm thinking this isn't a valid excuse. My guess is that they saw the coupon that they had mailed to me, in my hand, and didn't feel that a $49.99 coupon was worth their time. I drove over to Grease Monkey on the other side of the parking lot and they immediately got me into a bay. I didn't even have to exit my vehicle. They offered a $25 coupon online, which they honored, which got me just a couple of dollars from the coupon that Speed had mailed me.
