I get my hair cut here regularly. I find them to be mostly friendly and skilled. Once in while I get someone who isn't having a good day and it is not as friendly or as much attention to "my style", but I am usually quite satisfied. I avoid super busy times and I have never had to wait long. If Lisa is there it is an A+ day. She is so sweet and does my hair just like I want it. Yay for Lisa! Of course my hair is short so I am not very panicked if it is not perfect like when I had long hair. It will grow. :-) It is a GREAT value and get great clips. read more

Website doesn't work. We check in online. The web tells us we have an appointment. We arrive and they don't have us in the system.

The two ladies in the front were very kind and caring to me. They treated me with a lot of respect and immediately gave me the proper service I asked for. The vibes were fullfilling very good. read more

Service is terrible. Made an appointment online and walk in 2 mins prior. "Sorry sir we are closed". Ummm... it says you are ready for me per the text that was sent to me no less than a minute ago. Seems like no one wants to work anymore. This place just seems to do whatever they want and simply don't have the customers best interest in mind. I've given this establishment numerous chances to earn my business but I'm done. If. no one is there you are in luck. They will take your business. If more that two people are there you are better off walking to Texas and back because you may get a hair it quicker. Hard pass. read more

We inadvertently put our names in at this location thinking it was a different location. When we realized our mistake we called the location and told them we would be there in 20 minutes. We were scolded by the woman on the phone who told us to hurry up people are waiting for their texts and she hung up. When we arrived he apologized and was again reprimanded for making people wait for their texts. As 3 of our 4 people were getting their haircuts some customers walked in and Lisa loudly said "See that people are finally getting their texts." I'm sitting in the lobby as she loudly proclaims this. It was humiliating sitting there. At that point the last thing I wanted to do was to sit in a chair while they cut my hair. I told her she could take my name off the list so others could get texts. She asked if I was sure and I said I no longer wanted a haircut. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I will never go here again and unless you want to be treated like less than I would not recommend going there. I hope Lisa learns how to treat people. Being mean to people for no reason is absolutely no way to live. read more

If all you want is speed and don't care about attitude, this is a great place. The haircut wasn't bad but the impatience and roughness I felt when I asked for a little more off the sides was a deal breaker. If they don't care enough to ask if I am happy with how I look and are just in a hurry to get to the next customer, then they are not satisfying my requirements for acceptable customer service. My son and I walked through the door at 730pm on 11/14/19. we were greeted with a solo stylist already cutting one persons hair. She said, "well you just ruined my plans tonight." After she sat me down she started the electronic clippers on my sides extremely FAST, banging the clippers against my head with each stroke. I asked her to slow down. She declined saying "I can cut hair fast, I have to pick up my friend at the airport." The only reason I didn't walk out because I would have no time to get my haircut (which was now only partly finished) before work the next day - I was stuck! Horrible experience!! read more

The only reason they got 1 star is I have taken my son here multiple times before and had a relatively decent experience. Otherwise, because of today, I'd have given them 0 stars. The 2 middle aged women working today could not have been ruder. They repeated themselves multiple times talking to me & treating me as if I was a toddler. I'm a grown woman. We decided it wasn't worth the wait & to be respectful, I went to the counter & tried to tell the woman who was sweeping (not with a client) to cancel our request & both ignored us until I repeated myself. The woman with the client turned & snapped (as if to a child) "I heard you!" Well, next time respond please. She snapped "I'm with a client!" We were so disgusted we walked out without another word. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, every single time I've been they do a horrible job, early today I showed them a video of a 360 degree view of a haircut that I wanted and they still managed to mess it up. I am practically bald now and the lady that cut my hair put a val spot in my head. I can not begin to describe how dissatisfied I am with this place, I will never be returning. read more

Epic business fail. We 'checked in' online and when showed up they only had one person on duty. One person to cut hair, answer the phone, and greet new customer. We waited with a 1 year old for her first haircut, but one other person who checked in opted not to wait another 40 mins. Don't offer a service if you can't deliver. However, once my granddaughter was in the chair w/ her Mom, the person was great and very good. This is a situation where the person was great, but the staffing and business model was poor. read more

If I could give it a zero I would. Literally I walked in and the woman was so mad that I walked in, I was afraid to what she would do to my hair as payback. She literally pounded the table. I left while waiting. Go at your own risk especially if you go to the older woman. The younger women do a nice job. When I saw her when I walked in I knew I was in for it. Ruined my night. I went in for a hair trim for split ends and I specifically told the stylist I only wanted a trim for split ends. The stylist decided to cut the hairs framing my face and layer them, which I neither asked for nor wanted, and when I got home and my hair was dry I saw that my hair had very uneven layers in the back as well. Everybody who saw my haircut agreed that it was uneven and did not look good. I went back in the next day and asked if they would be willing to fix it up because it is not what I asked for, only to be told that my hair was, in fact, even. I now have to go to a different stylist and cut my hair way shorter than I originally wanted it because I did not want nor ask for layers in my hair. read more

I have been going here for years. I have only had good and sweet people that work hard and give a quality haircut for a good price. Be specific with what you are looking for, it's as simple as that. :) Tip them extra, they deserve more than 20% for what they deliver because the haircuts are fairly priced and they work just as hard as any other stylist. So unbelievably bad and I'm mad that I should have known better! They seem to give EVERYONE the exact same haircut...forget getting a style. I took my son in to get his long "skater style" hair reshaped and she just started chopping hair off in all the wrong places. She chopped his bangs super short and then left his sideburns really long. She didn't take anything off the back and started acting like she was done. I was furious. She had done so much damage I'm going to have to go to a real hair dresser to get it fixed...and it cost me $13! I could have cut his hair better than she did which is pretty sad. read more
