I wanted resolution, I felt I should be refunded since now I have to pay a fortune to have corrective color done and she refused to acknowledge me and tried to say it was my shampoo and conditioner. Which by the way is Kerastse high quality product color safe. I had only washed my hair three times and all the low lights pulled out. Do not go to Tanya for color of any type. She tried to tell me she had 20 years experience. I can assure you nobody with 20 years of experience of doing color would have done what she did to my hair. Please see attached photos.

Colten and Darren went so far above and beyond to match the new color to my previous color that I was stunned. Their level of customer service was absolutely incredible.
