by far the rudest place I've been too. I "checked in online" like I'm supposed too and went in early. nothing wrong with going early. I'm okay with waiting my turn and I did for about 25 minutes. I was the only person on the waitlist....as they had already taken two other clients back....the second both of those girl were miraculously done at the same time....two other people not on the list walked in and right into the seats of the workers....IM SORRY. Great Clips can be hit or miss, in my experience. This Great Clips was great. The stylist was very skilled and pretty quick as well. The stylists are really nice. I don't recommend all Great Clips, but I do recommend this one. read more

Today I signed in on line with a 20 minute wait. I arrived 4 minutes before my time and was listed as first on the sign in list - there we six/seven people waiting in the lobby. The greeter told me I had two people in front of me. I pointed to the list and asked why and what was the purpose of the on line sign in. His response was so illogical I can't explain it. Check in online and show up 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment like they ask and I'm still 50 minutes out to get a haircut. I get that there's a lot of people but staff appropriately so we can judge times. Don't advertise the online check in as such. It would be different if it were for an adult cut but it was for a child's cut. I can't wait another 50 mins. read more

Worst experience I've ever had needed a quick haircut I had very long hair asked for about 5 inches cut off and long layers. Simple right? I want to say the lady that cut my hair is named Amy. Not sure if the other stylist there do this bad, but my hair seriously looks like it was cut by a chainsaw! wish I could show you a picture. Worst place to get your haircut. Went in to get a trim. Told the Lady with red hair I will not use her name. To cut the split ends but do not pass my shoulders. She said no problem. Well she did not do what was asked. My hair is so bad that it can't be fixed unless I shave it. Will not ever go back. read more

I went in the other day just to get a trim. I have mid length hair and just needed the split ends gone. This is by far the worst cut I have ever received! Everything is uneven, I'm pretty sure I could have done better with a kitchen knife. read more

I love this Great Clips. I always call ahead and make sure Annalisa is working. She does a really good job on my long, thick hair. First time I came in, I knew I just wanted something new. Some more volume, some more texture. She gave me great layers and a style that's easy going. So lucky I found her. I've been seeing her for a couple years now. I've been coming here for a little bit now and normally have an extremely positive experience, I use the stylist Jackie who always does an amazing job. I had to take a star off because during my most recent appointment a gentleman continued to exaggerate a yawn and while doing so apologize but it was relatively obnoxious and he should excuse himself or get a better nights sleep to make the experience more enjoyable. read more

Get Rick!!! The man knows hair. He's been cutting hair for over 30 years . I went in this morning and needed a trim but wanted to keep my length. He told me no problem and went to it. It is been some time since my hair has looked this nice. The man has a wonderful personality, and a very loud voice. I have incredibly sensitive ears and it kind of hurt with his volume, but the haircut is well worth it. read more

This Great Clips location is conveniently located. (it helps that it's near my house) It's in an area that's not too busy so there's good parking and it's right next to a dollar store so you can browse around if you have a wait. Rick was the stylist who cut my hair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I have very thick and curly, hard to manage hair and he chose a style based on what I told him I wanted and my hair type. He has actually taken classes specifically designed around cutting and styling curly hair so he was great! I am very happy with my hair cut and you can't beat great clips price! I'll be recommending him to friends and family and going back when I need a cut! read more

I have been going to this and the Mill/Southern locations for at least 5 years. Up until the last year, I rarely had a bad experience. However, since then, the stylists take whomever they want, whenever they want. If you reserve online, they take a walk-in ahead of you; if you walk in, they take those who reserved online; If you reserve online, and arrive 20 minutes later, Last week, I complained to the Great Clips head office about the Mill/Southern location, and their response was that this location is a franchise and they would forward my complaint. That did no good. Today, I went to the Elliot and Priest location - which is owned by the same person who owns the Mill and Southern property. I reserved online and when I arrived, I was the only one of three who had checked in online. The stylist cheerfully told me that it would be a ten minute wait and took a walk-in ahead of me. I left. My sister said she never has this problem at Arizona Hair Company, so I am going there for now on. read more

I went to different great clips and wasn't pleased. I found out the great clips in Chandler on Alma school and Elliott are very good. I have had no trouble there. Everyone does hair real well and I am pleased. I had Sara recently and she is very good to. She is a sweet person. I will recommend this great clips to anyone. read more
