Checked in yesterday with my Mom to get updated Haircuts and we really appreciated the fantastic Team Service of Sydney and Gina! The whole Great Clips Team did a wonderful job working hard and fast together to get us serviced on time without having to wait more than 5 minutes. I loved seeing Team Members help each other sweep to maximize hustle efficiency! Gina was so nice and kind to my Mom, I love that I can trust her to make my Mom feel super comfortable, at ease, and in talented Good Hands and my Mom looks extra adorably chic now with her Sound of Music Heroine esque new haircut ;0) Sydney did such an amazing job on my hair too and made the whole experience feel so fun and playfully therapeautic! I loved Sydney's proactive sense of urgency and how she was able to still maintain a positive and high caring attentive attitude despite how heavy her workload was the whole day. Sydney's personable and insightful conversational skills helped me laugh about a lot of pent up frustrations with my Work and Home Guardians and inspired me to be nicer and more encouraging and understanding to the Trainees at my job too. We came here because we had a coupon for my daughter's haircut. The check-in process was very easy and definitely helped reduce the wait time. The haircut itself was extremely quick--we were in and out within about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, after getting home, we noticed that my daughter's hair was very uneven. I was really disappointed with the result, especially since a child's haircut should still receive the same level of care and attention regardless of the price. I walked into Great Clips at 5:45 PM, and they close at 6:00 PM. Before going in, I even checked their website, which clearly says walk-ins only and encourages customers to come in before closing. When I walked in, the person at the register didn't have any clients at the moment. Out of courtesy, I asked if they had time for one more haircut. Instead of even considering it, she immediately said no and told me she didn't have time. I understand not wanting to start something right at closing, but this was 15 minutes before, and there were no customers being helped at that time. If the policy is different, then the website messaging should reflect that. I was being respectful and just asking, but the response felt dismissive. When we arrived, their system was down, and they were cash-only that day, which was a bit inconvenient--especially since they couldn't break a $50 bill. You get what you pay for. I went in wanting a "hairstyle", but I just got a "cut." When the stylist asked if it was what I wanted, I said it was good and let it be. No styling was involved and she cut a good 2-3" off the length that I'd been working on growing out. (When I say styling I mean by cutting and shaping--not by brush and blow dryer.) I never had a problem until today with a stylist who is new to me but the other two ladies have always cut my hair and took good care of me especially when I first started to go after my divorce. I have curly hair so naturally it goes up and when cut it lifts shorter I showed the lady a picture, actually two but I told her I wanted to keep the length of the first picture and add layers no bangs and it's now uneven the larger pieces are hair from behind my ear one side is longer than the other I went to make myself feel pretty and now I just feel so embarrassed and so sad it took me about 8 months of hard work to maintain and keep my curls health and it's has all gone down the drain read more

I've been a regular at Great Clips in Eastvale, and my visit on April 3rd was consistent with their usual high standards. The haircut was great, and the staff was friendly and professional. However, my attending stylist brought to my attention that their military discount is only available to active-duty service members, and not to veterans or military retirees. As a retiree, this was disappointing. That said, the stylist was kind enough to extend a discount during my visit, which I truly appreciated. Great Clips has offered free haircuts to both veterans and active-duty service members on Veterans Day as part of their annual "Thank a Veteran" program . While this is a commendable gesture, I prefer to support businesses that recognize all who have served "year-round". Nearby, Sport Clips offers a 10% discount to all military personnel, including veterans and retirees, any day of the year. We waited for 30+ mins after we were second on the list because they kept taking others that were behind us. We were ignored when asked about why we were not being taken care. I asked for about an inch off, with some layers. Definitely disappointed. This location as I'm sure most others were allowed to open about a week ago. Went in for my appt, everything seemed normal, the service was the same as before. Got to the register and the price has gone up $5 since the shut down. Many of the employees bragging about being off on unemployment while also receiving a fat stimulus check from the government. Hey guess what? Many people that really needed that unemployment and stimulus money never received anything and are still struggling with no support from the government. So why raise the price if everyone was accommodated as they so bragged? When I show up about 5 minutes prior to my appointment the two ladies say they "can't find" my name on the system. Mind you it was only 7:30 pm on a Friday and they close at 8 pm. When I got there they were letting people in early and had 6 stylist ready to go ! The wait time was 3 mins while my hair stylist was getting her station set up. I've been going to this Great Clips location for years and randomly noticed it didn't have a good rating on yelp so I just wanted to put in my 2 cents. I go to a "salon" for things like color or when I want a drastic change of style. I come in to Great Clips about every 6 months or so to trim dead ends off and clean up my layers. I've always received great service, and have pretty much had a different stylist every time. She's always been friendly and attentive to what I want. I've never had to wait too long. I come in during off hours between 9 as soon as they open til about 2pm is the best time to go. Another tip is to always get the shampoo, it helps them cut your hair more evenly, it's not the same effect as if they spray water on your hair. I've had them trim long hair and even clean up an edgy A-line bob and I've been happy with the results every time! It's quick, it's cheap, and around the corner from my house, so it works for me! read more

Good place for a cheap $15 hair cut if you aren't looking for a specific style, but rather just need to cut your hair. I've given this place multiple chances and it doesn't seem like they are able to do it. I had to get two hair cuts today, because they ruined my hair after months of growing it out to get a specific style. The second place I went to today was a $25 haircut. They tried their best to save what was left on my head but really couldn't do much. You get what you pay for. Also; their "online check-in" is garbage.
