I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. I went in for a haircut and left not realizing that my hair had been noticeably messed up. What upset me most is that the stylist never mentioned the mistake or tried to address it while I was there. It felt like it was intentionally brushed over and hidden rather than handled honestly. After I got home and saw the issue more clearly, I called to ask why she didn't tell me. She apologized, but when I asked for a refund, I was told it could only be applied as credit toward my next haircut. Unfortunately, that doesn't sit right with me. If I'm unhappy with the service and don't feel confident returning, store credit isn't a solution. It's already hard enough to find reliable, trustworthy services in Vegas, and experiences like this make it even more discouraging. Mistakes happen -- I understand that. But honesty and transparency matter. I would have appreciated her being upfront in the moment so we could've addressed it then. Because of how this was handled, I won't be returning. read more

I took my son here because his normal salon was closed. He's 6 yrs old and has a hard time sitting still for long periods of time and sometimes worries about getting hurt by the scissors and such. It takes someone patient and nice to cut his hair. The woman who cut his hair was super sweet and he seemed to do really well with her. She talked to him the whole time about school and such. His hair came out really nice as well. Exactly what I was looking for. The cost was less than my normal place too so I might be switching salons. Right now they are asking people to wear masks and practice social distancing. When I was there I had to stand away from my son while he got his hair cut. Might want to call ahead and see if they're busy as well because they seemed to be limiting how many customers were in the building at one time. read more

I did the check in online and it worked out well, Libby did a cut for me after listening to exactly what I wanted (my last cut was a disaster in at another salon, so I was nervous) she NAILED it, in fact I may go back and ask her to cut a few more layers in. Day and night!!! They ask you to schedule ahead to not have a long wait but be careful when you schedule 2 people at a time!!! There is no point to scheduling when the employees pass you up more than once because the first person that came in with you goes first and apparently no other hairstylist will take the 2nd!!!! I literally saw 2 people go ahead of me after they signed in 30 minutes after me!!! I asked the hairstylist that attended my friend if that was common for them and she said no and literally apologized for the other hairstyles there!!! Took my son in trying to get help with getting the knots out of his long hair. The lady who greeted us didn't know if they offered that service. The red haired lady said yes they did and what they charged was up to the stylist. The First Lady took my son to her station, I told her she could tell me what she would charge me Because I knew it would take some work to get the knots out. She took a look at my son's hair and rudely said , "no. Can't be done. Too many mats. Can't do it. You have to cut it." She very much acted like it was just too much for her and beneath her. I took my son across the parking lot to another salon and paid Emily $60 to do (within 40 mins) what the other rude lady said couldn't be done. Rude lady missed out on 60$ and a tip. I find this particular location to be especially convenient, because I usually shop at the next-door Smith's supermarket afterwards for some attractively priced and truly delectable edibles. I have very rarely had to wait very long when doing so and am usually quite expeditiously processed and once again on my merry way in 30 minutes or less. Went here for a quick hair cut and its close to my house. It was around 130 on a Thursday. Two ppl were cutting hair. A family and another man were sitting down. One of the ladies stopped cutting here and asked if I had been there before. I said yes gave my phone number and she says its gonna be to long and walks back to cutting here. I just took my son up for a haircut 09/16/15 and my son's stylists name was Monique. I accidentally left my wallet on the counter and came home before I noticed. I quickly called up there and talked to Monique. She said "yes you did leave it that's why I called you". I never received that call. Drove up there as quickly as I could and retrieved it to find out my hundred dollar bill was missing along with a couple of singles. I told her my hundred dollar bill was missing. (Not saying anything about the singles since I didn't know how many there were.) She miraculously pulled it out of the drawer nervously without saying a word. I will be talking to the store manager tomorrow and I'll take it all away up to the district manager if necessary. Absolutely unbelievable!!!! Well I went back and talked to a manager. She was very nice and said she was going to watch the security tapes with the district manager. I asked that she have the district manager give me a call so that I knew this matter was being looked into. Did not receive the call. I guess at the end of the day I am whole (except for the cost of the haircut). Of course I won't go back. Good luck to the owner that place. read more
