I took my young granddaughter for a trim. The haircut is not even and it's choppy as if the scissors were dull. The "stylist" did not even seat her, she took the seat herself and made my granddaughter stand. She did not wet her hair. My sons sitter took him to get a haircut yesterday 7/15. When I say he looks HORRIBLE, I am not joking. I have to now completely shave my sons head. Uneven, choppy, horrific. I am out of town and was unable to take him to the normal place I take him. Stay FAR AWAY from here unless you want a choppy, uneven & almost like a non licensed professional did your hair. Had a long crazy day on the bike and running all over the place. Called 30 mins before close to ask if I had time and was told come on. Heather cut my hair and not only was it a great High and Tight but the conversation with her and the other worker was fantastic. I went to have my haircut and because of Covid I haven't been to a stylist in a long time recently relocated here. I brought a picture with me of the medium length style I told her I wanted it long and not short and layered to debulk it as I have thick hair and to cut 3 inches off the back. When the cut was done I learned that she cut 6 inches off the back and what I got was a short bob cut which is not what I wanted at all. The stylist was nice but clearly didn't listen and pay attention to the photo which was not short or a bob. How does this even happen? read more

My husband and I have been here a few times since moving to the area 4 years ago, and they're consistent with one thing: not listening to their customers. Each time either of us has gone in, we've had a different stylist, and each time we tell them exactly what we want and they mostly ignore it. Last time, I told the girl I wanted an undercut and to leave the length on top as it was. Before I could stop her, she had combed the length to the side and started trimming it off. Horrible cut that can't be manipulated easily to hide the lack of symmetry, when it should have been a straightforward request and easy to handle after the cut. Won't ever go back again. read more

However, the manager chastised the staff in front of me and other customers, which made it an extremely uncomfortable experience. It happened twice in the 45 minutes I was there.
