Very nifty check-in system they have here, you can schedule online and you will be notified when your wait time is down to 15 mins. Everyone who walked through the door after we arrived had checked in on the Great Clips app prior to showing up but even without having done that we didn't have to wait long. Dana, his hair stylist, was gentle with him and gave him a great cut. I was so impressed! She was quick and used precision. She gave us the haircut we asked for: not too short, and longer on the top so we can style it into a little mohawk. If your little one needs a haircut, I would highly recommend her. I have gone here a handful of times and 98 percent of the time had a bad experience either by stylist not knowing how to wash hair or by bad attitudes. Would be a one rating but had a great stylist Gerdonna a couple weeks ago. I just go in fall and winter to get hair washed and styled since I have super thick hair and takes forever to dry. Well I used to pay maybe around 32 plus tip for shampoo and dry for this service but this one even though owned by the same company always charged me more. But last year I had gone to my regular one on Woodcreek and said they had jacked price up so now it would be almost 50 with tip. So wasn't doing anything special so passed that time. Now fall again and needed my hair done and was going in this direction so booked an appt. Ended up with the nicest stylist ever...Gerdonna. Thought I better check to see what they were going to charge me...The head WITCH came over and quoted me 100. Now this is GREAT CLIPS...no haircut involved. Not sure who they think they are. BUT they were able to do it for 20 plus 6 as long as she didn't use a brush or comb on my hair. She did a great job for not using anything. BUT what pissed me off the most was how the WITCH talked to her. Like telling her how slow she was and she needed to speed things up. You don't talk to your employees like that especially in front of the customers. Also couldn't believe they actually had the 100 posted on their price for services board when I checked out. My son gets his haircut at Great Clips in different location dif owners and their tops is like 50. I can not believe the difference in the one at Woodcreek and Junction being owned by the same company. They are all so friendly at Woodcreek. Regina has restored my faith in general hair salons! I had a big chunk of bleached hair that I wanted to cut off, and I thought she was just going to cut it to my shoulders in a straight line. I hate short hair on myself, so thankfully Regina was able to spare me some inches by heavily layering my hair to remove the blonde. I had come in 30 minutes before closing, so I really didn't expect she would take the extra time and care to do that for me. Waste of money.. I went to cut my hair here last week.. She was fast she didnt even bother showingme how the back looks like.. Then i asked to style my hair.. She charge me for longhair style for 30. Thats fine with me BUt the curl was ugly and didnt even last for 10mins hold on my hair.. So another waste of money. Paid 48 bucks for a sucky hair and style and i gave her tip just because im nice like that. I would never ever come back here again.. We came in to get our daughters hair trimmed only 2 inches. The amount of hair they trimmed off was not even a handful. We were charged for a full haircut. When it only took then 5 minutes to do it. I could have done that myself. $21 for it. We also got our othe daughters hair cut. I asked for a layer cut she only trimmed of 2 inches for a layered cut. They don't know how to cut hair here. The lady that cut my son's hair barely spoke two words to my son or to me. She also got very annoyed when I asked her to blend his hair more and cut his hair a little shorter. I am never going back. I pre checked as Robin for the stylist Leah. When I got there the lady managing said she could cut me because she had to take her lunch and that after that she is gonna have to go. I asked if she would be there the next day she said yes 10-5 so I went back and when I got there again I was told Leah was going to lunch. Very disappointed. Three years I had been using this location. Seems like after Amanda left the customer service went downhill. I found a great girl to do my hair at Super Cuts on Baseline. I have been patronizing my local Great Clips for about 15 years. As you know, Great Clips promotes its business by providing discount coupons throughout our community, at little league games, shopping centers, etc. I have several that I have collected during community events and I do use them to save money. Once again, today at your FoothilIs Blvd store in Roseville, California I was made to be embarrassed and accused of using a coupon which was "a photocopy" by the store manager because it was in black ink. The coupons provided to me are a post it note type and in black ink. Seriously? In the past, other managers have had issues because there were no expiration dates on the coupon. Today, the man ager says she doesn't care about expiration dates. This is about my 4th or 5th time I had had to go through questioning, in public, about my honesty as a customer, in front of my neighbors while using coupons given to me by Great Clips people. Great Clips! Get it together. If you hand out coupons to the public , then honor them If you want expiration dates, put them on the coupon. If you want a certain color, do it! Do whatever you need to do, but quit accusing customers of falsifying coupons and embarrassing them in public It's just not that hard to figure this out and it is easy to lose 15+ year customers! read more

Not sure of any of the negative remarks on this location and I know everyone has a right to their opinions. I have been coming to this Great Clips for years and have always had amazing service especially from hair stylists Dana and Dexi. I have never had anything but a great haircut here. I refuse to spend $30-40 for a haircut and a beer at some of these places popping up and don't judge anyone who does just not me. Everyone who works here is super nice and I just personally have my favorites here. There is something to be said when you just sit down and they just ask "the usual" and not have to explain yourself every time. Plus I know from experience from going to other hair cutting places how well ran this place is based on the level of great service I have gotten here for years. Plus once or twice a year they run specials on haircuts where you can load up a Great Clips card that you can take advantage of this great price for some time. read more

My husband went here for a hair cut a few weeks ago. He told the girl he wanted a very low fade. She grabbed the clippers, with no guard, and buzzed a huge line right above his ear. Then I watched as she just randomly selected places to buzz that made no sense. I have no idea what she was doing. By the time she was done, his hair looked like complete garbage. The "fade" was extremely high and uneven. I just looked at him and laughed because at that point there was nothing that could be done. He tipped her anyway, because he's a nice guy. But wow. Worse hair cut he's ever gotten. Recently, he went to Doonan's in the same shopping center. AMAZING! J was awesome and it was only $2 more than Great Clips.
