I brought my kids to Leticia aka Lety today and was pleasantly surprised by how well she handled my 2 year old. Lety made him feel so comfortable and took her time on him. I got clipper 1 and finger length up at top for him but I wanted it long enough so it would still brush easily to the side. Lety managed to do that and texturized both my kids thick hair with the thinning scissors so that the gel in their hair actually stays down. Parking was super easy, and I used the app to check in, my kids got lollipops, we got two $5 coupons for the next visit. The price for each kid's cut was $23+tip. We will be back to Lety! read more

My hard part line was always getting higher and higher, but when I went to Leticia at great clips, she said if I work with her, she would get it back to my natural hair line. After being patient and working with her for 2 months. She made my hair line perfect and I always get complimented on my hair. Go see her! Last Wednesday 7/10/24 the hairdresser 3rd chair on the left ( I wasn't told her name) trimmed my hair she proceeded to tell me my hair was too long , too dry, and apparently washing it every other day is much different than 3 days a week. This place is awesome. Starting with their app where you can check in when you're en route which really saves time. The ladies were excellent. I took my 8 and 4 year old to get their hair trimmed and they both loved it. Can't beat the $13 for kids 10 and under. And $15 for their dad plus $5 for beard. I went to this location about a week and a half ago and I was very disappointed. While the staff was very kind, I do not think that they understood what I wanted despite me being very clear about it. I asked for two inches off my overall hair length, along with layers that frame my face and curtain bangs. I was not asked if I wanted to shampoo or do anything else to my hair and before I knew it, my hair was being cut DRY. The entire ordeal lasted a grand total of five minutes and I was left heartbroken at what had just happened. The length did not change, the layers were uneven, and the bangs were not at the length I wanted. Frustrated, I just left and went to a nearby SuperCuts to undo the damage. read more

If you're a man/boy, then spend the extra couple bucks and go to SportsClips across the parking lot. Hands down among the three worst haircuts I have seen. The cut was simple, but the heavy accented blonde stylist (and I use stylist VERY loosely in reference to her) asked to see picture so she could go by that? As I said, three worst as I had this happen twice while traveling. However, this visit to Great Clips was the top of the list. Chunky sections left, poorly faded to say the least. I wanted to ask her to correct it, but afraid in the end my son would have a cut like mine - nada! She already cut off way more than requested in what seemed like trying to correct a lack of experience and knowledge. Back to school is happening so we needed to fill the needs of our 3 year old for a haircut. Luckily we saw this place right on the main road by Target so we stopped in. Great looking place, awesome prices and Camina, the stylist had a lot of patience for my son. She did a great job and I even spoke to the owner, Tina, great person with a great business. My first experience here was incredible. It was so good that I have to leave two stars instead of one. That's how bad my second go-around was. I stopped by after work because they have convenient store hours for working professionals like myself, and I was serviced by a blonde woman (heavier set) with tattoos (her name escapes me, just keep a lookout). I have straight Asian-hair with a cowlick, and after being treated so delicately for the price and getting a haircut that really suited me, I once again put my trust in Great Clips to deliver. I was on the verge of becoming a raving fan and recommending this place to everyone! They have a system where stylists can follow up on your previous style, so it's much easier to replicate success. This time I wanted to try something different, but nothing too crazy. An Asian two-block cut. Y'know, a lot of K-Pop stars have it and I HAD the length for it (not anymore). After sitting in the chair and showing a picture of this two-block cut, she proceeds to hack away with clippers. No questions asked, other than "blended or not blended" (not sure what that means, and she didnt care to explain it). 5 minutes later, my hair resembles a poorly executed undercut and apparently she was done. My hair is sticking out the sides because that's what my hairtype does when it's hacked. I look bald under certain lighting angles. There was no acknowledgement of hairtype, my cowlick was not accounted for, and I was sent on my merry way. She put no effort in making my hair resemble what I asked for. I was treated like some 10 year old kid looking for a quick trim for a bargain. I care about my hair so much, and I'm absolutely disgusted, this was literally the worst haircut experience I've had in over 15 years. I always tip, so I hope she didn't take my gratuitity as a sign of a good job because I have such a sour taste in my mouth after this experience. If you want to roll the dice on this place, you better hope to get lucky. Make sure your stylist communicates, if she seems bitchy and in a hurry then GET OFF THE CHAIR and walk out before she f*cks up your hair. Ask for another stylist, and if you find a good one only come around during his/her shift. It's not worth dealing with these bargain stylists with poor attitudes. read more

I regularly go here for my haircuts because of their fantastic system where they save the type of haircut you got for that visit, so when you come back you can recreate the same haircut. They are very thorough and are very intuitive when cutting hair giving you pointers and suggestions while getting your haircut. So professional! Doesn't matter if you come in with a regular haircut too, if you feel like changing up your style this the place for you, very flexible and versatile in terms of cutting hair, you just have to be specific and let them know (& not go on a review site after the fact.) Her warm energy is relaxing while she is cutting your hair and she will listen to you and remembers things about you and treats you like a real person or an old friend. She will listen and cut your hair the way you want. When she isn't available I've tried others and while they're not her, they did good for the price I paid. I am changing my stars from 3 to 4. Both times there we were given good haircuts. Old review:This place is inconsistent with their pricing. Yesterday was a "flash sale" for $7.99 and when I went today it was $12.99. Now I see if I had checked in here it would have been $11.99. I had a coupon for $8.99 but they wouldn't take it because it expired a week ago. I think they should have honored it anyway. Good for business. Right? The hairdresser followed what my son asked for and seemed apologetic for the price thing. Then, to top it off, after I paid, she gave me some coupons and one of them expired today.
