Bought a Samsung combo washer/ dryer from Appliance World Outlet in March. After 5 months the washer's counterweight broke and launched across my garage. I only asked the owner for my receipt to file a Samsung warranty -- not a refund or repair. He refused, insisted I drop it off for repair, then kept it for over 2 months with constant excuses. Now he won't answer texts or calls and still has my washer. I have proof of all messages. Very disappointing experience - be careful before buying here. read more

This business is not legitimate. Run away! Remy sold us a fridge that he never delivered and had lots of excuses why not. We offered and drove over an hr to get the fridge only to be told he was no longer available and then drove an hr back home. Remy has not paid us back and owes us $800. On top of being ignored and robbed we have now been extorted! He threatened us saying he won't give us our money back unless we remove our reviews because that's how he does business! His words! He is an unethical price of work. Do not give your money to this scam artist. This is not how you do business! Taking food out of my childrens mouths! Don't mess with a mama bear! After giving Remy, the owner my cash for a stove, the delivery time was slipping and sliding from their end. The delivery came later near 6 PM and upon the installer, putting it in the smell of gas was highly noticeable. The gas was shut off and the stove sat there for quite a number of days in which time there was another series of Remy not sending someone or showing up when he said he would. I went to the store and spoke to Mike the other co-owner who said he and Remy have separate stock so he couldn't commit to helping me get my money back and take this stove that leaked gas back. In addition, the original delivery person had taken away my old stove. Eventually, after demanding my money back and Remy would not give it. He came out, opened up the back of the stove and installed another part that did not leak. Very unprofessional from the two owners of this place. If you want reliability go somewhere else. They should've taken the stove back and give me my money back like I asked. read more

While in Phoenix for a family emergency our son's dryer went out. After researching I chose the top three stores to visit after calling to make sure they had what we wanted. The owner (Remy) was the only one that followed up with photos of his recommendations. I visited the other two stores first to see what they had but they were either over priced or in bad shape. I walked into Appliance World and was amazed at the cleanliness and selection. Then I met Remy. What a pleasant fellow, we exchanged pleasantries and he could tell I was not in a good place. He asked what he could do and offered to deliver the dryer if needed. He showed me a wonderful selection and recommended a few that would suit our needs. I chose one and he hooked it up and ran it to show me that it worked before loading it up in my truck and sending me on my way. My bf & I had walked past AWO one day & I was excited to know there was an appliance store so close to home, so when a few days later our washer started to go, we drove over to take a look. Mike & Remy were both working & were helpful, friendly & to the point. We ended up getting an incredibly nice washer for an absolutely fair price, delivered, and they were able to take our old washer away as well. Remy stayed in contact with us & delivered the washer as well as bringing new hoses (mine were not in good shape) and now we have a beautiful new washer that works amazingly! However, I read a review that said if you don't make an appointment they will let you in the store. I don't know if this was during COVID. However, when I called no one answered the phone and the recording did not state it was a business so I am not sure it is a legitimate business. read more

I bought a freezer here. It was a great price, and a great freezer. It stays at -10 on the medium setting. I'm not sure if it's by appointment only but you can message them on Facebook. The owner responded immediately and I picked up the freezer same day. I would definitely recommend. read more

I was very happy to find this place after looking first at the big box stores in town. This outlet has a good selection of name brand appliances at discounted prices. They sell new & slightly damaged appliances. I was impressed with the fact that I could get the refrigerator delivered in 2 days & didn't have to wait 4-6 weeks.
