    Chicken Lo Mein

Atmosphere/Service: Honestly, the place looks run down and like a hole in the wall but sometimes that's where you get the best food. One thing I did hate however, was the fact that you place your order on the phone and then when you get there, you have to go through the drive thru to pick up your order. Not a fan. It was packed and I was in the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes. The lady who took my card and gave me my food was very nice though. Food: I am not understanding AT ALL the one star reviews on Yelp. The food was amazing and that was probably the best general tsos and chicken lo mein I have ever had. I didn't try the egg roll but my fiancé said it was super amazing as well. I am eager to try the bourbon chicken next time. We just moved to Akron so this will definitely be our go-to spot when we need a Chinese food fix.

Meun. I really like their Dinner Special!

Bad service and food, tricky wording on menu for general Tso chicken, no general Tso sauce, just bad wings and rice.

Sometimes it's real good food but then other times it's been bad. Hit or miss...They used to be our #1 go to but after Covid things changed.

Good food just they don't say thank you, and they take forever to deliver. That's pretty much it.

Chicken ramen 5/5 Shrimp lo mein Miso ramen Shrimp udon-5/5-kid really enjoyed his stir fry. Wonton soup-5/5 kid loves this. Goyza 5/5 kid loved it. Shrimp tempura 5/5 Strawberry bubble tea Mango bubble tea 5/5-the bobo is the perfect consistency. Just a little chewy but not tough. Everyone else also really enjoyed their food. See pics It's was so good that we bought more miso ramen and wonton soup to send home with my friend who doesn't cook much. Very, very helpful about food allergies. We called ahead and they told us they could deal with this. in person, the folks taking the order asked the cooks about the allergens before putting the final order in. Staff are helpful and to the point. They are from Hong Kong. Their food is amazing! We felt safe from food allergy stand point. They checked labels and control the ingredients going into the food. Small restaurants with a few tables for 4-6. And also a long counter along the wall with places to sit at like in other ramen places. Highly recommend!!! 10/5. This restaurant is a must try if you enjoy noodle dishes!

Broth was not rich in flavor unlike other ramen places. Char siu too fatty for me. Fried chicken was also very greasy unlike tonkotsu should be. I order the Funny Chicken Ramen Noodles, my daughter ordered the Spicy Dan Dan and we split the Veggie Bahn Mi. My daughter really enjoyed her noodles. She said they were spicy but tasty. We both enjoyed the Veggie Bahn MI. It was flavorful and fresh! I would definitely get that again. My Funny Chicken Ramen noodles lacked flavor. The fried chicken on top was good, but of course got soggy on top of the soup. Now that the location is a noodle spot rather than a taco spot, I think that the decor should be updated to enhance the experience. Since it is rather newish to the location, I will probably go back again to see if things are better after it get settled.

The food took a little longer than expected to come out, and not everything hit the table at the same time, so a few of us were eating while others were still waiting. Not the end of the world, but it's always nicer when everyone gets to dig in together. Now for the good part...the food was definitely worth talking about. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I don't think anyone at the table had a bad meal, so major props to the kitchen. The only thing that really held this visit back was the service. Our server started off really pleasant, but as the night went on she became less attentive and seemed a little frustrated. We found ourselves waiting quite a while for things while she seemed much more engaged with her other tables. By the time we were ready to pay, she was crouched down on her phone and looked a little annoyed that she had to stop what she was doing to cash us out. We all have off days, so I'm hoping that's all it was. We actually rated the experience a 7.5/10 while we were sitting there, and for us that's a solid score because we're pretty tough critics. The food absolutely carried the night. Unfortunately, the service knocked it down a bit. We all work in the restaurant industry ourselves, so we're usually the first people to give grace because we know how chaotic a shift can get. I'd definitely come back for the food and hope we just caught our server on an off night

I liked how much food you got and how you had a few options to choose from. Food: * pineapple passion mojito - 5/5 absolutely DELICIOUS. It was a perfect drink to have with dinner. It was light and refreshing with just enough sweetness. * chicken and pork bao - 4/5 super yummy! I actually liked the pork more than the chicken. It was almost like a buttery taste. It was soft and the meat just fell apart. The chicken was good too but was more on the tough side, probably because it was fried. * spicy beef ramen - 5/5 I will absolutely be back to get this again. Just the right level of spice. All the ingredients were fresh, well made, and delicious. It's the type of food that you can't help eating more of even though you're beyond full. * crispy chicken ramen - 3.5/5 This was still a good choice! I loved the chicken in it. I think this is a very safe choice for anyone who might be on the more picky side. The broth was good but not spicy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! There are so many options and there is something for everyone to try.

So my food experience was probably more of a 1 but if you get to stop by their market, I was happy with the goodies and groceries I found. Like a couple of people said, this place was haphazardly run for sure. There was only one worker for the market and the restaurant. Even though there was only 1 other table of people plus my party (4 people), it seemed to be too much to handle for the 1 worker. Service was super slow, he couldn't really answer any questions and nothing really met expectations. The menu was the worst one I had ever seen in terms of misspellings and wrong pictures and inaccuracies and I'm comparing it to other Asian menus that tend to get some typos every once in a while. This menu never had one complete line without a couple of typos...which, you know, if the description and picture were accurate enough, it still wouldn't have mattered. There were multiple pictures of their pad thai dish that looked like a thin eggy crepe on top of stir fried noodles--extremely appetizing. Server said off the bat that nope, the dish does not look like that at all. Okay...fine but then please get a different picture. I ordered the Egg Noodles soup that clearly listed: Egg noodles with scallion, carrot, cilantro, mushroom, ground chicken, ground pork and ground beef. Literally none of those items were in my dish except for a few strips of carrot. The "egg noodles" were the cheap vermicelli clear noodles, no ground beef but really stringy, tough pieces of leftover beef and only celery pieces instead of mushrooms, cilantro, scallions. It was completely different. Server offered no explanation to the differences nor a discount or anything... Someone ordered the baso (basil) fried rice and it looked amazing. The other 2 in my party ordered chicken pad thai which looked really corn starchy and pink instead of the more natural brown sauce I'm used to at better Thai restaurants. Nope, not coming back here!

The only missing element was some background music to enhance the ambiance. The quiet atmosphere felt a bit awkward, especially since it was just us and another family on a Sunday night. The building is very nondescript from the outside and shares a parking lot with an Elks lodge...I actually passed it the first time and had to go around the block so just a heads up! They have menus on the table and several choices with Korean names and descriptions, with the option to customize the spice level and make several items vegetarian. We split the kimchi pancake, my sister order the kimchi ramen, and I opted for the Japchaebob (vegetarian, and upping the spice level to medium). Everything was excellent! The kimchi pancake had great texture and flavor and the sauce that was brought out with it was tasty as well. The kimchi ramen (my sister got it mild, as she doesn't like much spice) was flavorful and filling. The Japchaebob (clear noodles with various vegetables) was SO GOOD...I devoured the whole plate. Service was a bit slow (we had to flag them down eventually to get more water) and they forgot to bring the rice seaweed roll we ordered but it ended up being plenty of food without it. I would go back for sure - I want to try the green onion pancake and the rice seaweed roll and definitely wouldn't mind getting the Japchaebob again ;) Thank you, Seoul Garden!
