Friendly service and good bread! Right when you walk in you are greeted with that bread bakery scent. To the left they have the free day old bread (take one loaf only). They also have tons of different loaves for around $7. At the counter, they have samples - this time they had eggnog bread". Really good. Next to the counter was a table with butter should you feel the need to add that. They have a robust sandwich menu as well. FYI the only coffee they have is the brewed coffee sitting on the table next to the counter ($2.50) so don't expect any lattes or anything. Again, it's ALL ABOUT THE BREAD! Will be back! read more

Love this place! Used to come here a lot during pre covid and just forgot came again to the same warm comforting atmosphere. This place really is incredibly good. Every time I go the employees are friendly as can be. They offer free samples of their delicious breads, and take pride in the way they make their sandwiches. The bread was soft, fluffy, and yummy! And they make a good chicken salad! Chicken salad tends to be my go-to and theirs was tasty. Not too much mayo, but not too dry. It was perfect. Too be honest I was pretty full from the sandwich. I didn't eat the salad right away. I ordered the Yard Bird Salad. I ended up eating it for dinner and it was really filling and delicious. Very satisfying with all of the nuts and seeds and crispy chickpeas! The little bursts of sweet from craisins and golden raisins was really nice. I warmed up the chicken a bit in the microwave, but it would have been fine cold. They give the perfect amount of creamy avocado goddess dressing as well. I could eat this salad every day! Chocolate Passion Brownie is a big name to live up to and I think they nailed it! First of all, the brownie was as big as my hand! I was so pleased with this! Superb customer service! I ordered out of state on line for same day delivery for my Mom's Birthday. With in about 15 min I got a call from them that they had a clarifying question. I was very grateful for that as I wasn't very clear in my notes after I thought about it. I talked to Robin and she was super friendly, kind and helpful. I ordered 4 loaves of bread for my Mom's Birthday since she's disabled and had company over. I wanted something for everyone and picked 2 of my Mom's favorite kinds of bread. I got a text with a picture that it was getting delivered and without asking they had decorated the bag with beautiful tissue paper and a big bow. My Mom said they even put it inside for her where she wanted it. I thought that was so helpful since she can't walk easily. She said the person was very kind too. After she opened the package she said it smelled so good that they all had some and said all the breads were absolutely delicious. I went to the Taylorsville location on Redwood Road this morning. As always the bread was outstanding. I got a loaf of garlic cheddar bread. The my daughter's pepper jack green chili bread was still in the oven so I got a loaf of raspberry blueberry bread and a frosted cinnamon roll for my grandkids to go with Saturday morning breakfasts. I haven't been to this place in a long time. I'm glad I went back today. I got a couple of sandwiches for my husband and I. They were really good unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of them. I got a loaf of Garlic cheddar bread as well as raspberry blueberry bread. I got the garlic cheddar bread to go with some soup that we made and it was a perfect accompaniment. I got the raspberry blueberry bread for breakfast but I couldn't wait so hopefully there will be some left for breakfast.
