Love this place! Used to come here a lot during pre covid and just forgot came again to the same warm comforting atmosphere. Got the TBR grilled was so warm had a good amount of sauce and a great taste of avocado. Service was very kind and welcoming with great communication. 10/10 will be coming regularly again. Love their seasonal pumpkin cookie!

    Chicken Pecan Salad Sandwich

My lunch was so good yesterday that I may order from them again today! Fresh bread really makes a difference! I got a Chicken Pecan Salad Sandwich on Honey Wheat bread. The bread was soft, fluffy, and yummy! And they make a good chicken salad! Chicken salad tends to be my go-to and theirs was tasty. Not too much mayo, but not too dry. It was perfect. Too be honest I was pretty full from the sandwich. I didn't eat the salad right away. I ordered the Yard Bird Salad. I ended up eating it for dinner and it was really filling and delicious. Very satisfying with all of the nuts and seeds and crispy chickpeas! The little bursts of sweet from craisins and golden raisins was really nice. I warmed up the chicken a bit in the microwave, but it would have been fine cold. They give the perfect amount of creamy avocado goddess dressing as well. I could eat this salad every day! Chocolate Passion Brownie is a big name to live up to and I think they nailed it! First of all, the brownie was as big as my hand! I was so pleased with this! Many places charge the same price for half the size. And it WAS decadent and rich. It will definitely cure any chocolate craving you have!

    Turkey Pesto Supreme Sandwich

My new favorite sandwich shop! I have not had a bad sandwich here and my favorite is the warm turkey pesto supreme. They also have bakery. The first thing you see and smell when you walk in, are their wide array of baked goods! - They have a very friendly staff. - No indoor seating.

Great Harvest, I love thee!!! Your bread, sandwich, salad, and treats selection are so heavenly and carb-tastic, that it's hard to quit you!!! I also love being part of your loyalty program, for it reminds me to load up on your latest breads, to make the perfect French toast or sandwiches, for my family. It's always so nice and pleasant to just walk in and grab a delicious/hearty meal, right before a hike and you know you'll be plenty full! I LOVE how your staff are literally as sweet as your delectable sugar cookies, that are a family favorite - the staff AND the cookies! ;) lol Thank you for being so so nice and giving samples, that make everyone, who walks in, smile even bigger!!! xx

I came here twice in 2025: once while pregnant, once after giving birth…read more I definitely had a better experience after my pregnancy than during it. During the fairy festival, my toddler and I stopped by. The only empty table was one of those standing-type tables with extremely high chairs. Putting my toddler on one of those chairs made me nervous, and I also didn't love sitting on something that felt so unstable (again--pregnant). I got a turkey sandwich and paid an extra dollar to have it heated up. I can't have cold meat when pregnant because of listeria. However, my sandwich was only heated to lukewarm, even though it was advertised as "hot" (and, again, I paid extra for the service). I returned to the counter and asked them to heat it again, explaining that it could jeopardize my health otherwise. The counter staff acted like I was extremely annoying and overall, it was a disappointing experience. The sandwich (still just kinda warm, not hot) was at least good, even though eating it made me feel nervous, and the mint brownie I also bought was delicious. I came again during Witch Fest, and even though the lines were longer, the service was better--but it could also be because I didn't have my sandwich heated that time. Overall, I'm unsure when or if I'll be back, but I definitely do recommend the food itself.

Excellent sandwiches!…read more One of the many businesses in Gardner Village, this is a nice stop, providing a quick bite or snack. It's not a cozy restaurant, but it is comfortable. The benches reminded my wife and me of some of the restaurant ambiance of the national park restaurants that we have been to, which is appropriate since the whole theme of the restaurant is about national parks. They have breads, pastries, pizza, sandwiches, hot cocoa, horchata, and coffees as well as soft drinks. We had sandwiches and my wife had hot horchata. The sandwiches were excellent. Both of our sandwiches had turkey in it and it was so tasty and fresh. Upon coming into the Happy Camper, I had one of their samples of whole wheat bread. It was about as good as my wife's homemade bread and was absolutely delicious, so that's what I had my sandwich on. Prices are about par for the course in today's inflationary pricing, around $10-$13 a sandwich. But it was worth it! I'll be back to buy a loaf of the bread. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Wha I do know for sure, is this sandwich is top tier. It melts in your mouth. The bread. The meat. The mustard. Feldman's Deli has a good pastrami sandwich (in SLC if you haven't been you must) but this one wins in my opinion. It's just so good. The pizza is good, I don't know that I would rank it super high on my list of good pizza in Utah, but it's definitely decent. We got the garlic knots the first time we went and they were raw in the center. I'm sure they're good when fully cooked though. Inside is decorated all NY style with photos. I've been a couple of times and have sat inside and out. The patio is nice when the weather is just right for it. This is a counter service, order them go sit down and they'll call you when it's ready. You bus your own table when finished. All in all this place is amazing because of the pastrami sandwich. I don't know that I will get anything else but that when I go. I'll definitely be back to get it as much as I can. Wish this place wasn't so far from home.

My mom got the Philly sandwich and she wasn't the biggest fan. She said she liked the bread, but didn't like the flavor of the Philly steak. My daughter got a slice of pepperoni pizza and loved it. It was a nice big slice! I got the ziti Alla vodka. It was just okay. Nothing special, but the garlic knot that came with it was delicious! The service was nice and quick. We sat on the patio and they brought out each item as it was finished - which I liked because otherbwise it would've been a little cold if they waited for all of it. It's in a good location as well.

Finding the place was the hardest part as we drove around the building nearly twice before we realized the deli must be accessed from inside. Once inside, we loved the natural light pouring in and the cleanliness and openness of the deli. We took a few minutes to go through the menu as they have a lot to offer- many standard and specialty sandwiches, soups, salads, burgers and more. The lady helping us at the counter was patient and amazing, helping us to customize our order with a smile the entire time. We each ordered a different sandwich- an italian sub, a cheesesteak, a hot ham and swiss and an El Cubano. We ordered combos complete with deli chips (bagged but yummy) and a fountain drink (Coke products!) Everybody enjoyed their sandwiches. The only minor complaint during the meal is the Italian Sub had too much bread, or could have used more meat to complement the bread. If Knickerbockers ever wanted to place a location in the Phoenix Metro area we'd love to have them!

The place had a relaxed feel to it with nice wooden tables all around. After ordering, we sat down and in under 10 minutes the food arrived. I had the "The Godfatha" sandwich. It has loads of pastrami, salami and pepper jack cheese with toppings really piled on. My friend ordered the "Mister Ed" sandwich, loaded with roast beef, grilled onions, portobello mushrooms, and provolone cheese. The sandwiches were incredibly generous. (see pictures below) and will definitely feed a large hungry person. Waste no time trying this delightful deli at your earliest. We give it to our highest rating.
