The snacks and street food are the kind of dishes most Indian restaurants barely attempt, but here they're front and center and done right. They also have a rotating daily menu plus à la carte items. The biryanis in particular are excellent and consistently flavorful, with generous portions. I also like spicy food. Real spicy food. My white suburban kids, not so much.
