I had very specific engineering requirements for our build to achieve a very high performance, Thermal comfort gave us what I required. I had a previous Spray foam contractor from a prior build and received 3 additional bids for this 2020 project. I choose Thermal comfort from the 4 companies for several reasons and I am very pleased that I did. Closed cell IMO is the only way to go, that said the install is critical and the site crew was fantastic. George, was the lead and listened to my install concerns and did an excellent job. Rich and Walt were also on hand and also did great. They accommodated us the best possible in the timing of our project. Finally, May 2026 made all the arrangements and after receiving what felt like monthly calls or text messages from this company harassing me about scheduling the job, I caved. They quoted me approx $6000 for the total job. After the first few days we immediately saw so many red flags and was disappointed. Olivia, the project manager was rude, unprofessional and did not communicate with her own team and us properly. The crew would arrive at my house asking us what needed to be done. So once they reinstalled new drywall I could not believe how jacked up it was. Nothing was level! I complained and yes they came back to fix everything that I pointed out but what if I didn't say anything? The owner told me he would have given us a discount after all of this and I get the remaining balance sent in an email and Nop, no discount. We called Integrity for a quote because a neighbor used them a few years ago and really liked their…read morework. When they came here to do our quote, they went up on our roof, did measurements, wrote out the full quote and gave it to us on the spot. This was surprising because we've had 5 or 6 quotes on our roof in the past couple years, and Integrity was the only company that even went on the roof. Also, their quote was much more detailed than the rest. It made us feel like they actually wanted the job. A few days before they started, they dropped off the shingles (they put them all on the house roof & garage roof), and separately dropped off the big dumpster for their trash. The workers were at our house early on the day of the job, I think it was about 7am. This isn't a complaint, it's just a warning to those with young kids or third shifters -- once they're on the roof, it's gonna be LOUD 'til they're done. The workers were quick, efficient and courteous. Around noon a man from Integrity stopped over to see if the crew needed additional supplies from the store, asked us if we had any questions, and brought the crew lunch. He was friendly and helpful to the workers and to us. The full job was done around 4pm including clean up. I only found 4 or 5 nails that they missed -- not too shabby considering the enormous amount of trash a 2 layer tear-off and a new roof creates. A few days after the job was complete, the owner came over to inspect the crew's work, and he asked if we had any questions or issues. We were really impressed by this, because often it's after the workers leave that you realize you had a question or two. It's a little difficult parting with that much money, but it was well worth it. We had one of those houses where the shingles were curling and falling off. When I look at our house these days, I don't have that aching feeling that the next storm may be the start of leaks inside our home. Now we've got one of the snazziest roofs on the block. Every part of our experience with Integrity was excellent; we highly recommend their work.
