Decided to grab a quick lunch before hitting the long drive home, so tried this place on a quick search on Yelp. The food here is AMAZING! The sandwiches and burgers were absolutely packed with meat and so messy, but so so good. The lady who took our order, who I believe was one of the owners, was super kind and helpful. Recommended the burgers to my dad and brother, but I was set on a Philly. The inside of the store didn't have lots of seats inside, but there were some outside that you could sit at. They had a TV running, plus some music, so it was chill. Our food didn't take too long to arrive, and there was a steady stream of customers coming in. Everything was hot and fresh, and tasted fantastic. Nice seasoning on the meat and fries, and we absolutely devoured our food. The gentleman walked me through their process of getting their rib eye meat into the sandwich--the careful selection of the cattle, of how they cut the meat by hand and a few more cool details that I forgot. It was very interesting to hear and after a short wait I got to try the sandwich with a side of zucchini sticks. Both the Philly steak and the zucchini were super delicious. The rib eye meat was juicy, flavorful and literally melting in my mouth -- the tenderest I've ever had in a philly sandwich. The zucchini sticks were thick and deepfried in batter, with some cheese on top. Crunchy as you take the bite initially but then you get to taste that ultimate freshness of zucchini as its fresh juices kinda shoot out into your mouth and hit your taste buds. I like spice, so I got a side of their habanero aioli sauce and that one too, was pretty flavorful and also hot like I like it. The place is kinda a hole in the wall with a few tables inside, but has good energy. The meal I thought was a bit pricey, but I guess you are paying for quality of the rib eye and the ultimate freshness of all other ingredients. Will come back for this Philly cheesesteak again. I would've given 2.5 stars btw. Here's a constructive criticism post so don't hate. Picked up some Bomb Hoagie for lunch. I ordered chicken hogie for me and a kids steak and cheese. Kids steak and cheese meal was a nice portion with quality ingredients with fries, drink and cookies. As for the chicken hoagie, oh boy. Ok let me start with the good. Same quality ingredients, delicious fresh bread, fresh produce. As for the bad... chicken was dry and almost non existent(see video). The kids meal was actually more substantial compared to mine. My take away: the food could use a little love if you know what I mean? I've been here in the past and I've seen everyone's raving reviews. Maybe I caught the cook on a bad day? I ordered to go otherwise I would've made a suggestion in person. *UPDATE* owner has reached out and has addressed the issue. I came across this on my yelp search trying to figure out what to eat for lunch on a late Friday afternoon and instantly had a craving for a Philly Cheese steak sandwich. Decided to check this place out in hopes to fulfill my craving. When we arrived we were greeted with great vibes and a friendly smile by ET (I'm assuming is the owner). My partner and I really wanted to try their PMC - Pepper, mushroom and cheese w/ sub chicken but it looked like they only had enough for 1. ET was so kind enough to offer a free meal on top of that to make up for it, but we were more than happy to just get the one PMC w/ chicken they had left and come back next time earlier in the week. He asked if we wanted homemade fries or chips on the house! We did not expect for any of that but ET went above and beyond to ensure we left happy. He even wrote down "Free Sandwich" on receipt paper for next time. Honestly remarkable service and best experience ever! We got everything to go. As soon as we got home we tried the Philly and homemade fries and MANNN it did NOT disappoint! I mean no joke... (and I even said this out loud) the best lunch I've had in a while!! I'm very very weird about bread and do not think this would be a negative for normal people. if you like general hoagie/sub rolls then you should still try this if you like hoagie sandwiches burger - My gf loves the 2 patty burger a lot. I liked it but didn't like the bun (again, I'm very weird about bread so please still try this if you like burgers) hotdog - gf really liked this fries - I think these taste in n out fries if in n out had thick cut fries. they are very very good. onion rings - delicious! you do not get many if you get them as part of your burger combo. I haven't ordered them by themselves to see how much you get that way. they are very good mozzarella sticks - amazing! 10 out of 10 would recommend! I had the spicy cheesesteak and Philly Fries. Those fries were one of the best things I have ever eaten. I was planning on getting the PMC cheesesteak but then when I saw the Philly fries I didn't want to be too one note so I went with the spicy one with the jalapeños. That was good but if I come back I will definitely get the PMC cheesesteak and Philly fries. It's enough to split for sure. You can order at kiosks or at the register. There wasn't much staff so the kiosk is nice so the workers can focus on making the food. I did end up ordering in line just to get the free fries that came with a yelp checkin. The food came pretty quick and the owners ended up coming in and were asking my friend and I if we had been here before, which we had not. We had some small chitchat that nice to know the history or their restaurant. If I was back in the area I would DEFINITELY come back! Update: I couldn't finish my entire hoagie so I saved half of it and some of the regular fries I got. I heated it up in my toaster oven on 300 for about 15 minutes and it came out almost better than it was the first day. Having good tasting leftovers is a big deal!! So this is a double win. My husband and I always wanted to try this place and I wish we hadn't. I can't believe they allowed this to leave the restaurant. $15 for a pastrami sandwich that had maybe two slices of pastrami in it. $25 for a burger and 5 onion rings. I attached pictures. The only thing that was good was their fries. The burger was extremely tough and the pastrami barely tasted like anything, probably because there was barely anything there. Where to begin? Looks like the name has changed to Bomb Hoagies. We got 2 sandwiches, one hot and one cold. The Original was pretty good. The cold Italian was okay but a tad dry, ok but not great. My hot Original was very tasty and of a decent proportion, definitely would get that one again. The Monday only potato chips were as good as always. I wanted to "try" their chilli, but could only get the large size, small was not available, so okay. Sorry I tried it. Plenty of meat, no skimping there, but the overall flavor needed something, like enough cheese and onion to sort of mask the flavor of this chilli. Not bad, just not my style. I'd have been less dissapointed had I not had to buy so much of the stuff. Their zucchini strips taste great, but at the menu price you only get 4 pieces, that seemed a bit stingy.
