I made an order on their main website. There is no option to remove tomatoes from my order so I called them. The lady heard me clear however when I got home my order was filled with tomatoes. In addition I asked for jalapeños and they charged me but they were not added. I called and the lady was polite and apologized however when I asked what could have went wrong since I specifically called she said "the chef was really busy with orders" which is absolutely not an excuse to make sure a customers order is correct. Things happen but this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Shout out to the manager for refunding my order and making it right. Just want to make sure they learn from this experience and do better. 1. If you don't have a topping someone should have let me known soon as I picked up my order and refunded the topping I asked for. ( the manger told me they never had any jalapeños after I found out they were never added) 2. If I called specifically to remove a topping you should double check the order to ensure it was done. 3. Don't have an excuse saying the chef was really busy and just making sure you correct it and ensure it does not happen again. The manager was genuinely sorry and made sure he made up for it and I do appreciate that so I will be back but I will call in my order next time and double check myself before I leave to ensure this does not happen again. Driving back home and being charged for something they don't have in addition to getting something you called to make sure you don't get is extremely frustrating. That's wasted time and energy. The double cheese Rock n Roll burger is amazing, not huge but satisfying, juicy, super flavorful. My only issue is with the onion rings, they taste great but the cost is like a dollar for each ring these days, I'd like a few more for the price. Salads are still quite good, and their dressings are even better. Great burgers, great fries, and friendly service, you can do a lot worse. read more

This is by far the most humble, welcoming food location I've ever been to in Simi valley. I needed 4 meals but was only given a set amount to cover all four meals. Victor went above and beyond with his kindness. I didn't have enough to pay for it, he didn't hesitate to make sure I walked away with what I needed even though I couldn't cover the whole thing. The food was fresh, the location is clean and beyond thankful for this act of kindness. The difference will be paid back since I know how hard things are right now. WOW!!!. This is NOT fast food by no stretch of the imagination. These burgers are reminiscent of the burgers we ate as kids, in the luncheonette in Brooklyn. One of the best burgers in Simi, hands down. We have had almost every burger in Simi (my son's #1 food group) and this one is so delicious. We tried them at the 4th of July festival and loved them so much we tried the restaurant location last night. We ordered online which was so smooth, and you could easily customize each order-which is surprisingly not common. Also, if you join their club they give you $5 off every $50 spent. Our total for 4 double cheeseburgers with 3 fries and one onion rings NO drinks after tax with tip was $65 and for a family of 4 these days, we consider this a great price! After purchase it said our order would be ready in 12 minutes. I walked in the door at about 12 minutes and they were loading our items into the bag. The 2 lovely ladies cooking and running the counter were so sweet and full of smiles. Our order was perfect, delicious, affordable and quick to grab. Highly recommend! We are new regulars. read more

Great food, great prices and great staff! We love the vibe of Rock N Roll Cafe. We came here for a car show and next thing you know, I'm getting whisked away into the 50's and the 60's. The music, the food, the vibes. Fantastic. The burgers are delicious and juicy. A juicy patty with fresh, crisp toppings in a soft, lightly grilled bun. Heaven. I felt like a kid trying my first burger. Their crinkle cut French Fries are delicious, too and fried to a perfect golden brown. I'm hungry just talking about it. This review is not just about the food but service as well. Was in Simi for a business trip and was facing a normal 1.5hr drive which was gonna be 2.5hr(rush hr) so needed to kill time. Stopped in and ordered the recommended (by Kiera) pineapple burger and it did NOT disappoint, full of flavor and made to profection. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Now I would like to point out that customer service can come in many forms and genuine kindness is one of them. Both Gaby and Kiera were extremely kind to me and brightened the end of my long day. They are definitely employees I would want working for me. They were positive, friendly and outgoing. Wow! Honestly, Rock N Roll Burger blew me away. I was really not expecting it to be as delicious as it was! Truly, a real competitor to In n Out. The bun was soft and tasty. There was a hit of a caramelized bun taste? Maybe not the bun. We couldn't quite pinpoint where it was coming from. But it was good nonetheless. Absolutely LOVED that I can pick whatever cheese I wanted and sooo many different fries options-- wedges, crinkle cut, sweet potato, etc. I even got to add some peperoncinis to my burger like I do with my In n Out burgers. The meat was also not over cooked or dry. Came out so perfect. Staff was amazing! They also bring your food to you! prices are really good too. This is just a great traditional burger cafe. Cool rock and roll vibe to the place. The people that work here are super friendly. I got my burger to go and made a stop on the way home so it was a little beat up by the time I got home but I was ok with that because it was delicious. And I think the meal, burger...fries and a coke was just over $10.00. You can't get lunch for that many places these days. And look at the little note they put on my bag.
