I have been going for several years for supplies. I go infrequently as I made my own juice and coils. Today I needed to go because my Alien 220W failed overnight. It was great for several years but after thousands of falls to concrete or worse and with constant use, it failed. I found a Smoktech Majesty that is nearly the same but updated for about 10% of the what the Alien 220w costed new. It was about $10.00 more than on line prices but was the full kit with tank and coils. I knew that I could return it immediately if it didn't work. There is something to be said to stores that offer the same with a reasonable mark up for convenience. I recommend Great Vape for selection, good prices that compete with the internet, and helpful if not fully knowledgeable customer service. Best if you did your research before going in, Smoktech featured. Now if they sold a better selection of coils (I hear in the works), PG, VG, and premixed flavors for juice making, perfect for me! read more

I flew into California from Texas and was in search of a nearby vape shop I could grab a few juices from while in town for the week. I found these guys on Google and decided to give them a try. Talk about WOW. THIS is what every vape shop should strive to be. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. They are engaging but not pushy, which makes the atmosphere completely laid back and inviting. I hung out for close to an hour each time I was there and not once did I feel rushed nor was I asked a buhjillion times if I was ready to check out or if I wanted to see something new before I was done looking at what had already been presented. I am not sure if its a California thing or if I have just been going to the wrong shops but this is the one time that I was absolutely blown away by every facet of my experience at ANY retail store let alone, a vape shop. The BEST!! We live in the Salinas area and it is well worth the drive to Sunnyvale. We have tried so many places in Santa Cruz, Salinas, Monterey, Gilroy, and San Jose, NOTHING compares. The staff go above and beyond in customer service, both in person and over the phone. The products carried, the knowledge of the product, OUTSTANDING! My son is visiting from out-of-state, we can't wait to take him for the experience. He has sampled vaping, but has been continuously disappointed by the lack taste and quality.
