Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone today spoke so fast she was difficult to understand. I'm assuming she said something about holding when she answered, but it took me a moment after saying, "I'd like to place an order for pickup," for me to realize I was on hold. When she came back on the line, I gave her my phone number and told her I wanted to place an order for pickup. Again, she said something really fast and with her accent, I couldn't understand what she was saying. I said, " I'm sorry, I didn't understand what you said." She repeated herself, just as fast, and I had to apologize again and tell her that in still couldn't understand what she said. All I got from what she said was, "Something something something O'Fallon." Before I could ask her if she'd mind saying what she said more slowly, she'd hung up on me. I called back a few times, it went straight to voicemail, and then when it did ring through, I was hung up on every time (after a few seconds of silence first). I promise, I was not rude to her when I told her I couldn't understand what she said. I'm really disappointed, I love their Coconut Chicken and have been thinking about it for over 2 1/2 years now.
