I've been here a few times. I always enjoy the food but I walked in today and I could see the staff smoking in the back of the restaurant and I waited a few and they didn't come to the front. Then I rang the bell and I waited longer and rang the bell a few more times. Waited about 20 minutes because I drove a ways to get there so didn't want to just leave after making the long drive. They never came so I just had to leave and it was a waste of gas and time. read more

I tried Happy Wok because I mistakenly checked in here while visiting a similarly named restaurant. Otherwise, I would not have visited this low-rated Chinese/Vietnamese spot. I can't improve the rating. A simple order of beef fried rice took 25 minutes. I waited with three phone-in customers who complained of longer delays. The meal was bland and the meager veggies were undercooked. Generous application of soy sauce made it more palatable but it was still an unhappy meal. There are better quality Asian restaurants nearby offering quicker service. Try them instead. read more

When we called and asked why they didn't bring our full order, they said we didn't pay for the portion that was missing. We have the receipt and a menu, con-artist management. When we told them this, they gave us excuses and claimed the rest would be delivered, but it never was. Long story short, they never brought the rest of the order and even hung up on us after calling us liars. If you insist on eating there never prepay. I am done with those thieves altogether. The delivery service is fast and the menu is good. My only complaint is that whenever I order a dish of theirs from the menu, it never comes with enough meat in it. Plenty of vegetables, good flavor, but in my Mongolian Beef, I would prefer more than 6-8 slices of beef in the whole container. Same with their other 'specialty' dishes. Me and my family have been eating here forever, and the food was always super good but, I ordered some food the other day and it was horrible! The fried rice with vegetables was very bad, the vegetables tasted like rubber, and the rice tasted as if lemon juice was poured all over them. Then the orange chicken and hot braised chicken tasted very dry. I wonder if they changed the recipe or had to get different ingredients, but I hope that they go back to there normal amazing food. read more

Everyone in my family likes the Hot Braised Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken here. I like the Chicken Noodle Soup - lots of chicken, noodles, and veggies. My daughter likes the edamame. The lady who is usually working there is super nice. I have frequented this establishment a few times and thought the food was good. I was socked with how we were treated tonight. We placed an order tonight for pickup. We had ordered four orders of spring rolls and two Pho Ga for pickup. When my husband arrived and asked about the order he was told that there were four orders of the spring rolls. He arrived at home and there was only one order so we called and my husband returned to the establishment. We were also supposed to receive a FREE order of crab ragoon for spending over $25. When he go there, there was only one order and no crab ragoon. He waited for them to make the other two and the crab ragoon. The owner came out with the additional orders but still no crab ragoon. When my husband asked about it the owner argued with him and wouldn't honor his promise for the FREE ragoon. Being hungry after waiting so long, my husband returned home without. I then called the establishment and asked about it and he argued with me and proceeded to say he didn't have time for me because he had other customers. We were also customers that expected to be treated honestly and with respect. If my customer service was like this, I would have no business! I have never been so discussed with service as I was with this and have never felt so compelled to share it with others. I understand people make mistakes, but own up to it! read more

Whatever you do, don't order the empress chicken. When I opened the take out carton the artificial red color put me off immediately. Unfortunately, it was matched by the taste. The batter coating the chicken was too thick and mushy, I could taste the cornstarch, and the sauce tasted like the color. On the plus side, the vegetables looked good except for the canned baby corn. I ate just enough so that I wouldn't wake up starving during the night and tossed the rest.
