Really tasty takeout Chinese! I love the General Tso's chicken and my boyfriend is a big fan of the beef and broccoli. Portions are generous and we nearly always have leftovers. Service has always been very friendly and helpful; the young lady I spoke with on the phone for our delivery order was super nice and informative. Awesome place! I worked here for 4 years in high school and ate here all the time. I live abroad now but it's always on my list when I'm back! Always stop here for Chicken Lo Mein, they use the quality noodles not the limp spaghetti type of most places. Not your typical Midwest Chinese place, more authentic flavor. Great wings too. I used to work at a restaurant many years ago with the owner and he was a great cook then too. read more

I was hoping this would be my go to Chinese restaurant, but unfortunately it wasn't as good as I hoped. Staff was friendly but it seems as though they do more take out business than dine in. Right as we walked in they asked if we were picking up food. We ordered egg rolls, general tso's chicken, bbq pork fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken. Egg rolls were of the skinny variety, sauce was ketchup based. Both Chicken dishes were ok but again the sweet and sour chicken sauce was ketchup based. BBQ pork in the fried rice was a little on the grey side and the rice had absorbed a lot of oil (like t had been sitting there awhile. I'm a bit critical because I'm a transplant from Chicago and this is not what I'm used to. Also, portion sizes are smaller than what Chicago restaurants serve and the Chicago pricing is a little cheaper. I think rural ethnic restaurants should be more genuine and give their customers the real deal. By the way, my grand mother who was a restaurant owner told me about how Chinese restaurants cut costs and time by using ketchup in their sweet and sour sauce. I'm not a fan. read more

This is hands down one of my top Chinese restaurants. It is smaller but that gives it a nice personal feel to it. The food is always amazing no matter what I order. However the staff in the front seem to be not as caring about their job as people before them were. I took my family to this restaurant to share with them the amazing food, but was very displeased to see the staff sitting on their phones the whole evening and not checking in on us. We had empty water glasses that stayed like that until we had to get the attention of another waitress. Over all amazing restaurant just needs better front staff how know how to work with people. read more

The best Chinese food I can find in Minnesota. The Almond Shrimp and Shrimp in lobster sauce is spot on I wish other Chinese restaurants in the South Metro would go there and take some notes on how to make good Chinese food because I haven't found one that can come close to this place and it's over an hour drive for me but it's well worth it. read more

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The fried rice is flavorless and dry while the Chicken Szechuan and Great Wall Chicken are literally served as steamed vegetables with some type of inedible, brownish gravy sauce. Even our daughter's breaded chicken was extremely dry! There was no evidence of velveting on any of the meat and the flavors reminded me of canned Chunking from college with some pepper flakes thrown in for spice. After sharing our disappointment with the server and then manager, she was unwilling to provide any sort of refund and was a bit confrontational. Only after several back and forths did she offer a 20% discount. Will never visit here again. read more

I ordered take-out, when I got home and opened my containers I found they gave me nothing I ordered. I ordered General tso chicken and received orange pork in its place, I also ordered pork egg Foo young and instead I got some kind of chicken with vegetables. My containers were labeled correctly which is pathetic. I also ordered chicken lo mein and it was dry, the cream cheese wontons were stale and for the 40.00 i wasted i will never recommend or go back. Terrible customer service... let me explain my situation. I ordered appetizers such as egg rolls and won tons which, should go without saying come with accompanying sweet and sour sauce. Regardless, I mentioned several times during the order that I wanted sweet and sour sauce (its that important to me). So when said sweet and sour sauce was not in the order, I can say I was disappointed. I called them and was told they would be able to deliver it tomorrow. Now, I ask what the f@$k good will sweet and sour do tomorrow for the fried food I have today?!?! None!!! If they valued their customers at all, they should have offered fresh appetizers with the sweet and sour but when I said that, they claim they fulfilled their order. The appetizers were garbage without the sauce so NO you did not fulfill your order The Great Wall!!! I would not recommend ordering from this establishment, they do not care for peoples business because they just lost mine!!! read more

A bit rustic looking sign and store front, but clean and tidy inside. I found their service to be excellent, and the food to be absolutely delicious.............some of the best Chinese food I have enjoyed. Prices are amazingly low, as well. This is a nice little find, in St. Peter. read more
