Tried this place a few months ago and it is a GEM to say the very least. I order the Roast Pork Egg Foo Young lunch special and it was absolutely AWESOME!! The dish tasted soooo very fresh and the gravy tasted nice a beefy and had a velvety mouth feel. The gravy actually made the whole dish outstanding - I am sure it would be great on anything especially rice or mashed potatoes. The wonton soup also tasted very fresh and absolutely melted in my mouth. This place is now our go to for ALL THINGS CHINESE FOOD!!!!! The first time I ordered food from this restaurant, the food was bad. I ordered Spring roll with Shrip but it was filled with cabbage, and the wrap was burnt. I ordered Seafood delight, in the menu,it says Shrimp, lobster, scallops, crab meat, and Squid but there was no crab meat lobster or squid.. There was shrimp, artificial crab meat, and scallops. I called the restaurant,a lady who answered the phone was very rude,she said we only put artificial crab meat and we don't put squid.I said then why did you list all these items online. Very disappointed, ordered the chicken and shrimp combo, beef soup, pork dumplings, and baby pork dumplings in a hot sesame sauce. We had gotten the food delivered and the first thing we noticed was the baby dumplings. The sauce was not hot and tasted like peanut butter. My husband has a nut allergy and thank goodness he did not try it, god for bid it is. It had the worst taste possible. The chicken in the combo tasted rubbery and the vegetables were hard. The soup was not like the advertisement on Uber eats and the beef didn't seemed cooked, considering some pieces were red and others the way it should be. The only thing that wasn't bad was the pork dumplings, but we most definitely will not be ordering from here again. Extremely disappointed with the food, especially considering the 5 star rating. A very average strip mall Chinese take-out spot. Add on the lack of AC (sweltering in the summer) and the brazen phone demeanor (the mastery of English isn't quite there yet) and it makes this a skippable spot for me. As for the eats, the moo shu, egg rolls and steamed dishes are decent, egg drop soup is way below par and the general tso's is so darn average. I don't eat much rice so I got shrimp and garlic sauce for the first time with wonton soup instead of rice. But they had to give extra veggies since I didn't get rice. Um OK... It was delicious! And I have soup and an extra (free with $18 purchase) eggroll for lunch tomorrow! The only thing I don't love is the boneless bbq rib appetizer - I've had better. But everything else has been great. This is my go-to choice for Chinese food. The food is delicious and ready in usually ~15 minutes. The staff are friendly at the counter and the prices are what you'd expect. Their General Tso's is excellent and my personal fave. For something lighter, I recommend the Chicken Chow Mein. The dumplings are decent, both steamed and fried. I recommend this as take out dining as their seating is limited and it's quite warm in the summers.
