Ok so this place was amazing!! From the staff to the all the water slides, arcades and y'all there's an ice cream shop inside!! Say less!! We went with friends and I would gladly do it again. There's everything you need for the entire family and deals are always happening for an overnight stay! Can it be expensive yes, is it worth it also yes! Can't say that about everything!! Go have some family fun!!

Where do I begin, I chose great wolf lodge for a 7 day stay meanwhile my home was undergoing a renovation. (Should've stayed at the Gaylord) My insurance paid for the stay. The check in was a nightmare. Spent most of my day at the check in area because every time my insurance sent the payment the hotel somehow always need more money based on room rates. Second night in my room for roaches. Massive ones they offered to spray the room, I said absolutely not. I have a 7 month old baby and 2 kids under 6yo. Spraying would not resolve the issue as the back sliding door has a massive gap. Then they moved rooms and you could hear the next room over ppl were loud and fighting and then the tv was super loud to cover up the fighting. All of this was brought up to the staff. Insurance paid for our meals package and front desk failed to mention that gratuity is included when dining for breakfast. Everytime I had breakfast the waiters would have me sign and fill in gratuity and so I did. Until I realized after reading the fine print that gratuity was included. So I was tipping 2x, so I went to front desk to fix the problem. Fast forward 2 weeks after my stay, great wolf charged me $1800x2 on 2 separate days. No receipt, no warning. I called and they refunded one and said the second would be refunded in about 3-5 days. Well that didn't happen. And they opened up a case. I received an email saying it was for the meals packages that my insurance already paid for. And sent me a receipt for it. This was all after the fact. So once again I had to do all of the work and ask for a damn receipt. I have invoices showing zero balance from after my stay that my insurance paid for including the meals packages and this company is trying to charge me for it. So frustrating and will not ever be returning.

We came to Great Wolf Lodge on a whim as we were sitting around, wondering what to do after the holidays. We scored a good deal on a room and purchased the pup pass before arriving. Parking was easy found a spot pretty quickly and our room was ready when we got there. We did have to wait in the long check in line because your account with Great Wolf Lodge has to match the credit card holder's name otherwise you can just use one of the kiosks. They have activities that are free in the lobby such as story time, dance parties as well as bingo. The main thing that we spent our day doing was having fun in the waterpark. We went downstairs in the food court area to grab a bite to eat. You can conveniently order in their app so that way your order is in and minimizes the wait. There are a lot of people down there wanting to eat! Magiquest is fun so bring your wands and if you don't have one that are available for purchase. Room was cozy and comfortable. Yes this place gets busy but it is part of the fun! We would definitely come back for another family getaway!

I thoroughly enjoyed this family trip to GWL! We had never been before, and just wanted to play at the waterpark. But since they were running a special room price, we decided to stay a night in the Wolf Den Suite! Checking into the Lodge was super easy, just scan the QR code from your email and your wristbands get printed out! The wristbands are your key to your room and can be used to pay for most everything if you chose to have a card added to a designated wristband. We bought the breakfast package beforehand and no other special packages because I knew my kids would just want to spend their time in the water this time around. However, I told them if we want to add the MagiQuest wands next time we could, it looked like a lot of fun. But honestly, I think they would be perfectly fine just splashing and sliding. I definitely recommend Great Wolf Lodge :)

I've been coming here since my now 23 year-old was just 10. It's always been a fun, family-friendly place and I was excited to see the recent renovations. They were definitely needed and it looks great! That said, I have to share a serious concern about our current stay. The sixth floor, where we're staying, has been overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana. If this were an adults only resort, that might be one thing, but this is a family establishment, and it's completely unacceptable. We don't live that lifestyle, and we certainly don't expose our children to it, our youngest is 10 years old. I first reported the issue at 6:05 PM, and I was told it would be addressed. When we returned around 10:30 PM, the same strong odor filled the hallway in the exact same area. I followed up again and spoke to the manager, Kiki, who sent security (Anthony) to speak with me. He was very polite and explained that it's difficult to pinpoint the source, he assured me they were looking into it. Unfortunately, if this continues tomorrow, I'll have no choice but to move my family across the street to the Gaylord, we are Titanium Marriott members so it would be easy. I've genuinely loved this family resort and we come here every summer but this might be our final visit. We can't and won't tolerate an environment like this for our children. What's frustrating is that we've visited other locations, California (I believe it's legal there), the Poconos, and Sandusky and those resorts have a clear, well-enforced zero-tolerance policy. The moment they suspect anything inappropriate, they fix it. This should be a safe, clean, and welcoming place for families. When the hallways reek of marijuana, it completely undermines the experience and makes it hard to enjoy our time here. On a positive note, I want to commend the outstanding customer service we received from Carter C. and our wonderful waitress Jayne at Firegrill. They were both fantastic and deserve recognition. But honestly customer service has never ever been an issue at this location (Don't ask me about Webster location customer service because that one sucks lol)

My family recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge, and overall I'd give it a 6/10. There are definitely some highlights. The lazy river was a big hit and super relaxing, and the arcade is honestly really cool with a lot to do. The bowling is cute and fun for families, even though it's very small. We also tried the VR experience, which was actually pretty cool and something different. Food was a mixed bag. The pizza was good, and the nachos were easily the best thing we had there. On the flip side, the burgers were pretty terrible, especially for the price. Speaking of price, that's one of the biggest downsides. We spent around $700 for 2 nights including food and the room, which feels pretty steep for what you get. On top of that, there are a lot of little extra charges that add up--$25 a day for parking, being timed on drinks, and even timed while bowling, which takes away from the experience a bit. Some of the attractions also felt smaller than expected. The laser tag area is tiny, and while fun, it's over pretty quickly. Overall, it's a fun place for kids and families, and there are definitely some memorable parts--but the pricing and extra fees make it hard to fully justify. If you go in expecting to spend quite a bit and just want a fun getaway for the kids, you'll still have a good time.

Our stay was pleasant The kids love the water park and magiquest. But it's absolutely a one and done thing. They rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable and very spacious.

My oh my this place is something else…read more.. My husband had a work conference here at the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center so we packed our bags and my toddler and I came too. I was looking into pictures of this place and was so confused as to what was the resort and what wasn't. There's no way all these pictures that look like different places can be all in one place... well my friends... it is. As we pulled up, I realized just how big this place is and I got really excited to go inside and finally figure out what's what. This place is gorgeous. Part of it looks like a lodge, part of it looks like a mall, part of it looks like a convention center... because it is, part of it looks like a hotel, part of it looks like the riverwalk, etc... and yet it all blends together seamlessly. There are 4 main restaurants, at least 2 bars, two coffee shops, one is also a marketplace, shops that sells clothes, a kids store, an arcade, a spa, a gym, a FedEx business center, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, another restaurant down the street that is also part of the resort, a water park down the street that is part of the resort... I'm FOR SURE forgetting something... or multiple somethings. There's no way to do it all in a week while also attending a conference. So we didn't hit up everything. It's okay though, my toddler mostly wanted to just walk around. Nonstop. There's plenty to see by doing that. There's a scavenger hunt that you can do, a virtual animal safari, model trains that we stopped to watch multiple times, a mini Build-A-Bear Workshop right in the middle of things... I'm telling you, this place has it all. We arrived on a Monday, left on a Friday, and didn't have enough time to do and see everything. We ate at 3 of the 4 main restaurants. We tried to eat at the Riverwalk Cantina - and I was admittedly most excited about that one. However, the first two nights they were having a buffet. We wanted to order from the menu. We said we'd come back. The third night my husband had a business meeting at the steakhouse so that was a no go. The fourth night we went down there to eat... they were closed. Getting ready for a private event. *sad face* We left the next day and never got the chance to try it out. Things are a bit pricey, but you pay a convenience fee, and the fact that they literally had everything we needed in one place without leaving the resort was just that... convenient. So I wasn't complaining, especially with a two-year-old in tow. Even the option to have food delivered to your room was great since I could order breakfast to be delivered before my kiddo woke up for the day. The room was nice. It was pretty modern and spacious. We were on the first floor so it was also convenient. We didn't have a fancy view. It was a side parking lot, but the fact that it was part of a block of rooms reserved for the conference meant that we weren't expecting a room with a view or anything. I slept comfortably, but brought my own pillow which I believe was a big part of my comfort. My husband said the typical hotel bed was too hard. It wasn't as enjoyable of a sleeping situation for him. I could've stayed longer and been just fine lol. Anyways, I know this review is very long and I'll cut it off here, but I will say that there are so many more things I could say, but you just have to experience this place for yourself. I will review the restaurants we tried separately. Texan Station Sports Bar & Grill Zeppole Old Hickory Steakhouse

It does not really stand out to me and verged a bit on disappointing, though this might have been because I was tired from traveling. The room itself must not be one of them that they picture, maybe some renovated/some not? Mine didn't feel renovated at all, instead a bit tired and run down. The shower (which had awful water pressure, barely trickles) had an ugly yellowish color scheme for its tiles. The bed is weirdly high up and medium-firm but comfortable enough. I have become spoiled by hotels that feature Netflix, YouTube, and/or other apps/services in addition to live TV. This TV was a regular TV and nothing more, which is not a huge problem itself. Even so, it was a bit jarring to see, especially since its "TV guide" channel looked straight out of the early 90s. The free shuttle is great. Pool and gym Place is very clean Secured gates Easy parking Quiet Neighbors are very pleasant Cons: 1) I had flooding into my apartment in 2024 from a clogged drain. I was on the first floor, and all the water went down my pantry and under the floorboards in my kitchen. Anytime I stepped on the floorboards, water would come pouring out. There are two occasions that I went to management about this, but I was told two things that absolutely floored me: Mold doesn't grow in 2-3 days, and that they would use a dehumidifier to take up the water. Black mold does, in fact, grow in 2-3 days, and a dehumidifier would do absolutely nothing to help the water. I assume they did not want to address the problems until after I moved out, since I gave my 60 day notice. Regardless, I thought it was very unprofessional, and I did not push a prorate after these interactions. I lived at a family's condo for the time being and just wanted to move out as soon as possible. 2) Someone at the complex took my name off my mailbox and put in a forwarding address slip for the next resident BEFORE my lease was up. This couldn't have been worse timing, seeing how any and all tax documents I should have received were bounced back to USPS, and I am struggling just to find out how the hell to get them. I was told that it was the responsibility of the USPS, but even if it was their responsibility, the apartment complex would have to give them the notice that I was out of the apartment. There would be no reason to tell USPS that I was moved out of the apartment before my lease was up. Never mind the tax documents, I was missing quiet a bit of mail. Ultimately, I do not want anything else to do with the complex anymore; it's just been such a pain. I cannot recommend this place until they have better management. They dropped the ball really hard, and I find it daunting that I put any kind of effort into approaching their office.

Because my assistant and I were seated with a view of the kitchen area, I glimpsed an interaction between the manager and two of the chefs during dinner preparation that was surprising. It seemed one of the chefs had burned the garlic bread. The senior chef and the manger got into a bit of a row and the senior chef threatened to quit as the poor chef who'd burned the garlic bread hurriedly prepared a new serving...WITH the help of the manager! It seems the manager really didn't want to have the senior chef walk out on him hah! Dinner was delicious and quite filling, I wasn't even able to finish the portion they gave me and I split it with my assistant. Note that on the way to dinner, I noticed one of the poor cabana boys passed out on a lounge. They work them so hard that I couldn't even rouse the boy when I tried. He did appear later in the evening and accompanied us on the shuttle to local shopping and told several very funny jokes. The missing chocolate upon check in and the silverware at dinner being somewhat plain (I was expecting sterling silver cutlery in an establishment of this class) were really the only negatives. My assistant did not care for the art work - specifically the paintings - hung in the entry way and stated this as we exited. Definitely recommend a stay with this place!

The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which really made the experience enjoyable. The only drawback was the king-size bed--one side felt like it was broken or worn down, making it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. A fun highlight was their "Elf on the Shelf" activity. Each day the elf moved, and guests were encouraged to find him. If you found him, snapped a selfie, and showed it to the staff, you received a drink ticket for the bar. We did it once, and it was a fun, lighthearted touch that added to the overall experience.

There is an option of picking up a dedicated phone line to the bar and ordering drinks to be delivered but this includes a room service charge every time. They are missing a golden opportunity of having a small mobile bar situated just to the side. The inside bar area is beautiful and has a wonderful selection of spirits (especially bourbons). Breakfast was disappointing in my opinion - the continental buffet was nice but sparse on choices. And the cooked buffet was equally disappointing. The sausages surprised me by tasting like they were covered in powdered sugar (they were not labeled but were "maple " flavored). The eggs were rubbery and the bacon was "crunchy crispy". I'm sure that some people would like it but I was not one of them. I do prefer a much more savory cooked breakfast over a sweet breakfast.

Reviews will not chnage much from location to location In a word... AWESOME. This establishment is nothing less than fantastic. My wife and I came down for our annual photography convention and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves both at the convention and enjoying the amenities of the hotel. Let me start off by saying that this place is huge that's capital HUGE yet it's very easy to maneuver. Everything is very connected here. Let me say right up front just how impressed I am and was with the folks at this hotel everybody here clearly makes the guests here a number one priority it was fantastic everyone was just so friendly and warm. I know that may sound a little strange but not all though I was there that I walked away with that same feeling. We had a beautiful room with a balcony facing the huge courtyard. It was spacious and the TV actually had man channels to choose from if were relaxing in our room. I just loved the fact that they gave us bottles of water. It's just. the little things that separate great places from Greater places. Everything here was impressive. The hotel is just loaded with gardens and different types of displays.. it's just a beautiful place to walk through. It's totally enclosed so while it was 45° outside it was a comfortable 68 inside. The restaurants we ate at here while fantastic the breakfast is fine at their market Place and Starbucks. The Italian restaurant which was perfect and that's coming from the New Yorker. We also had a meal at their sports bar. The highlight here is their Steak House. We are definitely looking forward to our return trip to enjoy more of what Gaylord has to offer. Next year is Nashville... Can't wait..

Front desk staff seem understaffed although they are very kind and professional and do what they can. The Valet falls short on every level. Slow to get car and slow to take the car.
