This buffett is terrible. They charge you just to have no product available to eat. No pizza, no dessert pizza, no chicken wings. There's some lettuce and dressing available. Mostly empty pans. They continue to let people in the restaurant though, but it's 30 min plus in between them dropping a single pizza at the buffett for the entire restaurant. Won't ever return.

The water left after they microwaved our cold plates and thawed the food the rest of the way out.

Prices are ridiculous! 1 one topping pizza and 2 pops was $19.00! A pasta dish $10. This food is not worth those prices. Their website menus prices do not reflect the prices you pay. read more

While staying at Oglebay, my family had a want for pizza. The menu options are plentiful and their kids menu is sure to please any picky eater. Our server, Rachel, was great and not over bearing. Our specialty pizza rocked and the classic crust put it over the top. Worth the 10 minute drive down the mountain into town! read more

The regular and dessert pizzas were ok. The women's bathroom was decorated nicely. We had to ask our waitress for a take out box 4 times and how to pay. The music was 70 and early 80's. We sat in the very back and it was freezing. Our order came in about 20 minutes before our friends. We gave them some of our food because we felt bad for them. Very disappointing! read more

I been all over the country, and lived in many states. I still use this pizza as a measuring stick to other places pizza. I tell you what, it beats a lot of other pizza out there in the country. Some are better, but it holds its own against any I have had. I grew up on it. This is the only food place I visit on rare trips to home. The staff is always friendly. Overall excellent pizza, great price, very lucky to have this eatery in WHEELING. I know of some bigger cities that could sure use it!!I am updating this because as a customer I was offended by the way a women manager treated the staff in front of me. She badgered the help and was rude and disrespectful to them!! I have gone here for 38 years and never seen anyone that worked here treated in this way.She needs a course on management and how to effectively communicate with her staff. It is unprofessional to be this way at all, and especially in front of a customer.Her employees work incredibly hard and deserve great treatment. If I continue to be subject to this when I go to get pizza I will stop going here!!! read more
