The staff were extremely nice but the food was mediocre. Some of the items offered were just bland or tasted off. The general tso chicken was watery and not spicy at all. Seemed more like an orange chicken. I've had better seasoned pork dumplings elsewhere. Providing the dumpling sauce on the buffet was a nice touch though. The egg roll was boring too. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was for sure a frozen patty instead of a "real" or fresh piece of chicken. This trip to Carson's was a great disappointment for dinner. So again, I have to ask, what has happened to Carson's? To me this is a sign that owners/management have taken a road to cheapness of product.
