Cleanliness is middling, as is the service. They definitely provide good quality for the price, and value is the name of the game when it comes to pizza. I recommend the pepperoni rolls and the cookie pizza, those are well-worth the stomach space. I plan on coming back here during my future trips to Wheeling, and you should definitely consider giving it a shot as well.
