Caesar salad wedge. Beautiful presentation and tasty.

Staff did a great job. Some previous reviews made me wonder if it was worth the trip and it definitely was. Awesome experience. Keep up the good work.

I want to start by saying, this Resturant is tucked in this old and lost casino that is lack luster to say the least. This place is fantastic, the service and food is par with top spots in Columbus Ohio. I'm not sure if it is because my expectations are low based on the hotel/Casino or if it is really that good. This was my 4th or 5th time over the last 3 years and it is just THST GOOD. The waitress was on top of her game and knew her stuff. Overall it's a great spot for the area and highly suggested.

Pretty good restaurant but a little over priced. Excellent wait staff and tasty appetizers and entrees. The entrees are small tho. Didn't give 5 stars because the interior needs a huge upgrade. If your gona charge big prices for dinner the ambience needs to match it. Looks like a Denny's inside unfortunately. Shut the place down, redo it and open back up!

I stopped by here this past weekend as part of a party of 17 people for a bachelors party. We had made our reservations well in advance and when we arrived a semi private room was set up for us which was nice. Other than this small side room I didn't get to see too much of the restaurant though which was fine by me. Almost immediately after all of our party was seated the waitresses came out to take our drink orders. They didn't have drink menus and when asked what they had the answer was a curt "full bar". With that information, the guy next to me tried to order a mojito but was told he couldn't. Eventually about 20 minutes after being seated the drinks finally came out (almost everyone in our large party ordered drinks so this was fine) and the waitresses were ready to take our order. However there was the simple problem that none of us had menus yet. Finally after that issue was solved I ended up ordering a Caesar salad to start with a ribeye cooked medium for my entree with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. Due to the large size of our party the food came out at irregular intervals. As a matter of a fact I am pretty sure the other side of the table had their salads for a full 5 minutes before our side got anything. In any case the Caesar salad was absolutely huge and seemed to consist of a full head of Romaine cut in half. So in that respect it was almost like eating a wedge salad where we had to cut the lettuce itself. Normally this isn't a problem but the "bowls" the lettuce was served in proved to be pretty unstable and many people were having issues with the bowls tipping, myself included. Once I finally got my salad cut it ended up being pretty good as there was ample amounts of cheese and the dressing had a nice flavor as well. After we had all finished our salads the entrees came out pretty quickly. My bone in ribeye was actually a pretty nice cut of meat. The problem with it was that I would call the temperature on the meat that I had a pittsburgh rare which is not too close to the medium I ordered. Also while the meat itself had a good flavor, I am not so sure that the steak was seasoned except for near the bone. So while the steak looked impressive it actually ended up being disappointing, especially for the price. Finally the garlic mashed potatoes were pretty good. They were creamy and had a slight garlic flavor to them which I enjoyed. The bottom line for me is that i probably wouldn't head back here again in the future on my own accord. For being a fancy steakhouse, my steak just wasn't that good and other simple items like the plates just seemed to be off. However, I do realize that we were a large party and that makes things difficult and so maybe my experience would have been better otherwise.

Holy new chef!! This new tasting menu was change my life good!! Chef Marisabel added a Puerto Rican flair to our steak

Chef Marisabel is a steak goddess! The fried plantains are an off the menu item that you must ask for. Her food is amazing!

Great Food, Great Server Livia, great atmosphere, great location, and cleanliness was great. But…read morefor my wife's and I anniversary I wanted to play the junk box at 4:45 PM on March 10, 2026, to play Music Groups, Aerosmith, "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing", and Savage Garden, "I Knew I Loved You". So I approached the juke box, and the bar tender Whoever said, that this is a family-owned restaurant, and they don't play the juke box during the day, because it is a family restaurant, but they have the Game Room, playing crude country music that doesn't respect the family, and they say my music is going make trouble. Plus they can have restricted stuff from not playing, instead, I felt singled out as a guest there. Yes, you can have your double standard rules, because this is America, and the freedom to do whatever you feel like, but that does not mean I have to go there to be singled. I don't have to go back there. The first time was great in January, but on my wife and I anniversary of 26 years, I think I can find a place where I feel more welcomed. It is always the case of passing a great place down through the family, in order for it feel unwelcomed of the glory days. Yes, I know this place has been around since the 1990's, but it is a very unwelcoming place. You can act nice, while showing you didn't want us there. They said it was because Karaoke was at 7PM, while a minute song at 4:45PM. While they didn't even know what songs I was going to place. Again, I thought it would be an old-fashioned feel. Thus instead, I felt the Cold Ridged Religious Feel that was a double standard of Gambling Rooms and so forth. Yes, I went to seminary and everything else, but I am going to let everyone choose their own path. They have their ridged rules, but that does not mean I have to eat there, especially for anniversaries. It is not an anniversary or a place for specially occasions. Again, it doesn't bother me one bit, because I move on, but I am raised with certain values to tell what I believe. My wife felt the onion soup was too breaded and cheesy. They had a great Salad and Gluten Free Pizza. And the bathrooms are clean when I went in there, but I don't feel welcomed there. Like you're a stranger that should never return. I just wonder.

We had a little trouble finding the place, but when we did it is fair to say that the building is huge. I can see why someone may want to host a shower or even a wedding here. Well I made reservations but it wasn't at all necessary. I requested a table outside but I kind of wished I didn't because the outdoor lighting on the upstairs deck was very poor. It was hard to see anything. Also as I stated the outdoor seating is upstairs through some large rooms, sort of a maze to maneuver around. Not to mention we were the only patrons out here. In retrospect they probably could have told us no, but they accommodated my request. We started off with an appetizer of Stratford's Asparagus. It consisted of asparagus spears wrapped in thin tenderloin strips, char-grilled and crusted with a blend of sugars, served with a hollandaise and sweet teriyaki blend. The appetizer was really great, my only complaint was the hollandaise sauce broke and they could have done away with the teriyaki altogether. It gave the sauce a sweet element that I didn't care for, but the asparagus was wonderfully cooked as was the tenderloin. Next we ordered our entrees. I decided on the Chilean Sea Bass grilled. It came with some sautéed vegetables. As we waited for our entrees we enjoyed watching what was left of the sun go down. It was very pretty, but as I remarked rather dark. Also being the only table up here every time our waitress came to check on us it almost always resulted in her having to go back downstairs to bring us something whether a refill or whatnot. She claimed she liked the exercise, but I am sure it annoyed her. Our entrees came out and they looked great. My fish was cooked right on, and the veg and fish were nicely seasoned. I do have to say, for my personal taste they used WAY too much butter. My fish and vegetables were swimming in a pond of butter. I know butter makes things taste better to some, but for me I wouldn't have ordered grilled fish and veggies if I wanted to pack on the calories. Overall though it was very tasty and I would order again in a heartbeat with a special request of no butter.

It took 30-35 minutes to get our food and we were the only table in the restaurant (in hind sight that should have been our first sign) I don't consider myself to be particularly "picky" so when I say this food was completely inedible, please believe that I wouldn't even feed it to my dog- and I really mean that. I wasn't impressed with the service either. In the 35 minutes it took to get our food after ordering, we only saw the server once. After taking one bite of our food, we asked for the check and the server dropped it off and ran. I think she knows, because I'm sure she's seen this a million times before. Still, kind of disgusting service to not ask if everything's okay or if there was anything she could do.

Fantastic I like…read moretotally flew by the seat of my pants when I planed the West Virginia portion of our trip. Wheeling seemed to be somewhere in the vicinity of our drive to Morgantown tomorrow so I decided to stay the night. Looking for a place for dinner, I stumbled upon this place on Yelp in wheeling. Little did I know what an iconic place this is. We arrived at 5:15 on a Wednesday evening bc we are getting old. A couple leaving at 5:15 made us see our future. We were fortunately seated immediately. The inside is SO CUTE. I can't get enough of it. It felt like such an authentic Italian experience. Our server was incredible. So nice, personable, helpful. We started with our beverage orders. I went with a little something off their cocktail menu the elderflower martini which, exactly as I expected, was way more like spiked juice than a "martini" but I wouldn't want it any other way. Don't think I wasn't intrigued by the fried cheese but we have been eating a fair amount of that lately so instead of offering an app, I opted for an entree (stuffed rigatoni) and a side of broccoli. GF ordered fettuccine with red clam sauce. She got a house salad and I didn't for some reason. The broccoli was seasoned wonderfully but the texture wasn't as crisp as I would have liked. The rigatoni and the house sauce was ORGASMIC. That sauce is incredible I would gladly buy it by the jar. The rigatoni were al dente pillows of creamy ricotta heaven. Spectacular. GF regarding her red clam sauce pasta, "delicious". We also ordered the tiramisu to go so stay tuned on that.

The sauce was perfect and they sell jars of it that you can take home with you. I had a great experience here and will definitely be back.

One of the biggest reasons we chose it was because they advertised a dog-friendly patio. Before being seated, my husband specifically went inside to speak with the hostess because rain was expected soon. The hostess acknowledged the forecast, and my husband said we were completely fine sitting under the patio umbrellas as long as the restaurant was okay serving us outside. She assured us that it was not a problem. We were seated on the patio and intentionally looked through the menu quickly because we wanted to minimize the server having to come outside in the rain. When the server came out, she immediately commented about the weather and was clearly upset about having to serve the patio. We were sympathetic and tried to be as easygoing as possible. What happened next was honestly bizarre. She pulled out her notepad and just stared down at it without saying a word. We ordered drinks and then sat there in silence waiting for any kind of acknowledgment or follow-up like, "What would you like to eat?" After about 15 awkward seconds, she finally looked up visibly irritated. I ordered, she wrote it down without saying anything else, and then stormed back inside. At that point, we decided we no longer felt welcome. We brought the waters back inside and told her she could cancel the order. Her response was simply, "Are you sure?" The entire interaction consisted of maybe six words total from our server. We later called to let the manager know what happened. While they did apologize, the only solution offered was for us to place a to-go order instead. That completely missed the point. We weren't looking for free food or special treatment -- we just expected basic hospitality after being explicitly told they were happy to serve the patio despite the weather. This entire situation could have been avoided if the restaurant had simply told us upfront that patio service during the rain was an issue.
