I'm updating my review, because my last review was seven years ago. I was hoping to bump up my rating to at least four stars, but nah. This Greek's Pizzeria is still a solid three stars. The sauce is still very sweet, and the crust is still brushed with butter (oil?) and spices. But this time, the bottom of our pizza was charred, which was fine by me because I like a little char on my pizza, but my children were having none of this foreign black stuff and did not want to eat it. We also got their original bread sticks, which were very good. I would say that if you like garlic butter bread sticks, this Greek's is a good place to find them. The inside of Greek's is fun because they have some pay-to-play arcade games. They also have some board games that you can play while you're dining in. Parking is limited, and the restaurant shares a parking lot with a cleaners, but there are designated spots for Greek's. There are also tables outside, so during nice weather, you can dine outdoors and watch the traffic go by on Main Street. read more

I'm a delivery driver. I arrived to pick up an order on 10/18. Immediately after I arrive a guy comes in to report he was missing a pizza from his delivery order. They made the pizza for him and bring it out and they made the wrong size so they had to go and remake it again. The scene was chaotic. I could hear someone in the back talking crap about customers. The phone rang a million times and nobody answered it yet they had two other employees there that could have. I finally got the order for my customer and it was mad wrong and had to wait another 10 minutes. Yet, I was the one who double checked the order as I had seen what the other guy was going through and I didn't trust them. Just seemed like a mess of an operation. They could be fit from some training and realizing it's not a good look to talk about customers and complain about how busy you are when the people in the dining room can hear you. I've been wanting to try Greeks pizza for a while now. I found broke down and ordered delivered. I got a medium two topping and the herb parm breadsticks. The breadsticks were ok. I'd stick with basic ones next time. The nacho cheese was good because it really didn't have too much spice to it. The pizza had a sweeter sauce which was nice. Ordered a pizza to go with an order of the 5 cheese- cheese bread. The order was completed in about 30 min for pickup and looked good but....someone seriously messed up the cheese bread. They covered the cheese bread with like crushed red pepper or some spicy seasoning. My family all took a bite and our mouths were on fire! And I like spicy food--and the bread was $8.99, it came burnt, covered with the spicy topping which it's not suppose to and really small. Not worth the price even if it hadn't been destroyed. Also how does one mess up cheese bread?$ it's just bread and cheese?! A manager should be doing quality control before things go in the oven and out. Honestly used to love Greeks. Went to the one in broad ripple all the time and never had an issue. This is Carmel. I ordered a pizza for pickup on a Monday evening, was told the order was ready, walked in and 3 people are standing around doing absolutely nothing just chatting. Not a single customer in the establishment. The order was never made. I saw them rushing to make the order and try to pretend it was "still in the oven" no, you are just lazy and didn't make it. THOSE BREADSTICKS THOUGH! They're truly my favorite breadsticks I've ever had. They have some type of delicious flavor without being greasy. The cheese dip is a bit spicy but good and the marinara dip tastes fresh. I'm a big fan of Greek's pizza as well, but that's not what we got this time around. We were attempting to make our own pizza at home, and Greek's was one of the spots that allowed us to buy a chunk of pizza dough to go. The man behind the counter even asked what size I wanted and when I was planning on cooking it so he could give me dough that was properly proofed. We brought the dough home, made our pizza and it turned out SO WELL. Greek's dough is simply the best. (TBH I'll continue to just buying pizza from them instead of making my own, but I wanted to try it at least once!). This little spot in downtown Carmel has seating inside, but now has an outdoor front patio that you can eat more safely at. The staff were wearing masks and the food smelled great. Tasty pizza, terrible delivery and customer service/manager response. We ordered 10 pizzas for my son's third birthday and they arrived totally desecrated. I mean, the pizzas are tasty but it was pretty embarrassing to serve pizzas that were violated to the max. Okay, so one bad delivery guy? Well I called for a manager (to be fair, they called back once during the party, but I was busy) but the other 4 days that I called, no one ever returned my call to make this right. I'd also like to add that Greeks failed to deliver pizza at another party we were at because they lived in a gated neighborhood and did not call to figure out how to get in. This resulted in some very cranky toddlers and young children. Moral of the story: if you want to feel confident about feeding a crowd you are hosting, DO NOT order from Greek's. Terrible delivery and terrible customer service. Hope y'all at least get some laughs from some of these effed up pizza pics. I live within walking distance and get something about once a week. I've had different pizzas, Stromboli sandwich, Stromboli Shell, bread sticks, and Bruschetta! All were outstanding! Wandered in here one day while we were waiting for the library to open. I think today marked our fourth visit since then, in under two months. I like that they have cold beer, music playing from my childhood (70's) and foosball, table top Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga to share with my daughter. The pizza is pretty damn good. This was an absolutely fantastic pizzeria we found in Carmel Indiana. Before we get to the food I must mention how awesome the restaurant itself is. A few arcade machines, a foosball machine, and a vintage Pacman machine (!). That makes me a happy guy without even having taken a bite of food. As for the food that was really great too. Starting with the breadsticks they were nice and flavourful with a nice texture but the cheese dip was what really put it over the top for me. As for pizzas we got 3 different ones with the Gourmet Wing Pizza, The Greek Special Pizza, and the 5 Cheese Pizza. The wing pizza was my personal choice as it came with bbq sauce, grilled chicken, and some different herbs and cheeses. Very good take as I appreciated the not taking the traditional Buffalo chicken route and doing something unique. The bbq sauce was great with a nice tang to it and the chicken was plentiful and perfectly cooked. The 5 cheese came with roma, parmesan, mozzarella, and a couple other cheeses that I couldn't identify along with a really good red sauce. Simple and delicious. The last one was their take on a supreme pizza with green pepper, pepperoni, sausage, onion, ham, and mushrooms again with their red sauce. As delicious as it sounds. All in all this was one of my favourite pizzerias I've ever been too and even though it's a two hour drive I will definitely be back. Great food, great people, and a fun environment. We typically love this place but our entire order was incorrect and there were zero cares by the management. Once home with the wrong pizza, wrong salad and wrong sauces (with our name on the order) we called to get our $ back. It seemed to be a huge hassle for them, they didn't apologize and we were also told they would refund the total amount (which they never did.). We spent our time driving the food back and simply asked for a refund, including the tip we left. They stated that they couldn't refund the tip until the end of the night. This place has really gone down hill with quality measures and general experience. Last time I ordered from here my order was wrong three separate times. I first got home and realized they gave the wrong order. I called and they had me return the pizza to the restaurant. When I went to the restaurant they said they had my order ready. Again they hand me the wrong pizza. As I was waiting they then gave me another pizza which was wrong again so again I waited and finally they gave the correct order with a free small version of my pizza as well as that would meals up for the wait. If I could give this zero stars, I would! I ordered for delivery. Was to be delivered at 5:00. Not here by 5:25 so tried calling the restaurant. No answer. It went to a generic voicemail that didn't even mention the restaurant. So I canceled through the delivery service Slice, that was supplied to me when ordered. They said they talked with the manager and that the pizza had just left and should be at my house by 5:45. When it wasn't here by 6, I canceled again. Slice said the manager wouldn't give me a refund bc it was delivered. That was a lie! I have left two messages with no return call. And I've been charged for the pizza! I used to love Greek's Pizza and I feel kind of bad complaining but the last several times have been a disaster. Tonight we spent $33 for a medium pizza, breadsticks and 2 cheese sauces. The pizza was so underdone you couldn't pick it up and we only received 1 cheese sauce despite the extra charge for 2. I know it seems petty but it was $33 and not right or good. Bought a Groupon to support a local business. Pizza is okay. Bread sticks are very good but very, very buttery. A good but unhealthy thing! We will ONLY be doing take-out from now on to use up the rest of our Groupons. Management needs to train their staff on basic customer service. We never got eye contact from our server, had to ask for menus, had to ask/remind her for drinks, had to ask twice for silverware (ended up asking another server), never had a follow-up "how's it going?", and waited 15 minutes for our check. I've never worked so hard for a 90-minute dinner. We weren't the only ones as we watched other patrons suffer as well. We still tipped 15% because these are high school kids earning a wage but we're standard 20% (or more for great service)) tippers since I've worked food service before. Ok so full disclosure- I went to Ball State where Greeks Pizza is a sacred tradition so the nostalgia is real. However, the pizza is the beat around. Whatever you get, add extra sauce and you won't regret it. The sauce is just a tad sweet and perfect. The Greeks special is filling and the plain pepperoni is a good solid choice.
