Apparently, Greek's Pizzeria is my oldest child's favorite local pizza chain. He eats a lot of pizza, and he can be picky, so do with that information what you will. (If you ask me, the sauce is a little sweet! But no one asked me.) There are several Greek's around Indy, and this one happens to be located near 96th Street and College Avenue, in an area that has been on the receiving end of a lot of construction and upheaval, due to a roundabout that's being built at this corner. As of this writing, it can be a bit tedious to navigate this area. But Greek's is still open and cranking out them pizza pies, so I wanted to support them during this time of tumultuous transition. We ordered an extra-large pepperoni pizza. The pizza sizes at Greek's jump from medium (12 inches) to extra-large (16 inches). Where did the large go? Who knows? But large is not welcome at this pizza joint. It's all or nothing here at Greek's, which ain't got time for your namby-pamby request for middling-sized pizzas. Do you want pizza, or don't you? Commit, or get the heck out. Thankfully, our extra-large pepperoni pizza was cut into triangles! No squares here. Everything tasted great, but as I mentioned earlier, I think that the sauce is a little too sweet. But we got lots of cheese and lots of pepperoni, and some of the pepperoni had delicious pools of grease in them, which is my favorite. I ordered the pizza online, which was quick and easy. I ordered it ahead of time, and it was ready exactly when I showed up to pick up my carry-out order. read more

We needed a quick lunch and stopped at Greeks. The dining room is a hot mess. The bench seating is uncomfortable. I'm guessing that most of the business is carry out. Pizza boxes are stacked in the front and back of the dining area. Classic rock plays over a speaker. The place reminds me of a college pizza joint - not the typical Greeks around Indiana. The air conditioning is working and that's a good thing because it's hot outside. I order a Greek Salad. It's wonderful. Huge with a wonderful tangy dressing, fresh tomatoes and lots of onions, cheese and olives. I would have loved a few cukes added. The salad hit the spot. My husband had the Italian Herb Sub which comes on a wonderful chewy crusty sub roll. The sandwich was packed with meats and melted cheese. As part of their lunch special, chips and a soft drink came with the sub for $9.99. The clerk was friendly and wished everyone a safe day. There is no bar or beer. This location is hit or miss the last few months. Tonight they were not accepting delivery orders, and that's fine. I was looking for pick up anyway. I order a pizza and breadsticks online. When I got there my pizza was ready and sitting on the counter (not warmer) but the breadsticks were not made. They said it would be 5 minutes. I did not want my pizza to get colder than it was and asked for a refund. The young lady at the register offered to write down my information and give the refund in 2-3 days. I asked why the refund could not be processed on the spot, she got the manager who processed a refund handed over the credit terminal for me to swipe my card and walked away. I arrived at the beginning of the window I was given online and my pizza had been sitting for a bit. It was warm, but not hot. I order from this location regularly but will give it a break to see if they can improve service. I live in Carmel, not sure why the city in my profile is incorrect. read more

A bit of a dive. Floors looked like new. Could really use better place to store / stock boxes. Dining room not inviting to dine. Music provided by a small radio on a ledge. Guessing they do a lot of carry out / delivery. The pizza gourmet meat pizza had ample toppings. Love crispy pepperoni. The breadsticks could have used more butter. Service was very good and food didn't take long at all. Same taste as every other Greeks Pizza read more

The website let us place an order 20 minutes before they closed, which was amazing. We pulled up and the Greeks team was slicing our pizza right as I walked in. I loved that we were able to choose toppings for half of the pizza, which let us customize our separate halves of the pizza. OH YEAH. We also ordered a side of breadsticks (they have the best breadsticks around) and garlic butter (so delicious to dip the pizza in!). The pizza is always delicious, but sometimes the next-day leftover cheese on the pizza gets a bit clump-y. Thanks Greeks team. We'll be back! read more

I love Greek's pizza but did not know they had a location at 96th and College! We ordered carryout online and picked up in-store. I got my favorite, the Roma in a 9" pizza. It was enough for two meals but if I was hungry enough...I could've finished in one sitting. My boyfriend went in to pick-up the pizza and said it was a friendly experience - the pizza was ready and the employee made it a smooth experience. read more

Pizza was delicious full of toppings including cheeses. Was not aware that it is mainly a take out place. Little overwhelming with 3 young grandchildren reaching into coolers for limited drinks. But staff was nice and patient. Will order takeout next time. read more

There are tons of Greeks locations around the city and two that are actually closer to me than this one. I noticed this one had far superior reviews than the other locations so I gave it a try on a Saturday night. I ordered online - cheese pizza and an order of breadsticks and cheese. Parking was easy and it was ready when I arrived. Just during the drive home I could smell the hot, cheesy pizza and already knew it was about to be great. When I finally opened the box it was beautiful. Lots of cheese, lots of sauce, hot and delicious. This was one of the best Greeks cheese pizzas I've had in years! The breadsticks were also fresh and yummy. This location was definitely worth driving about a mile further because it is the best! Also, they put Tootsie Rolls in the box...like another pizza chain...except the pizza was way better! read more

My first time here and so far so good. I got the grilled chicken fajitas pizza and it's definitely tasty. I added the garlic butter to the crust but I can't taste any of flavor. I REALLY like this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices, especially for lunch, are one of the best bargains in town. The pizza was outstanding! The crust wasn't thin---nor thick--it was just right for me. The toppings were flavorful and there were plenty of them--no skimping! I wouldn't call it a gourmet pizza place...and the decor definitely leans towards small town diner-ish. If I could describe it in two words, they would be quaint and homey. Always delicious, hot and fresh! Great variety of pizzas including food gluten free options. We tried a new pizza his time and opted for the gourmet meat. Dough is a little dough-ier(is this a word lol) than I prefer but good overall pizzas. Love the extra pieces of pepperoni they throw on top making the pepperoni a little crispy when it bakes. Pizza was also a little greasier than I like but it was a meat pizza so is to be expected. We also tried a new salad from our normal, the spinach and bacon salad and wholly bacon. There is more than enough bacon to clog your arteries for the year on this thing but is soooo good! I will keep ordering this for sure! Their breadsticks are always solid too with way too much but also necessary garlic and butter. You can also tell these are handmade since each stick is a different size and shape which I appreciate!! Sometimes, the best things come n small packages..Don't let this tiny place slip you by. The home of golden brown crusts; I have seen pizza done to perfection and it came from here, 9613 N College. Delivery service is reliable and always super-careful with the pizza. Never have I seen a "side-slump, slidden, cheese smash". Delivery is always on target. Highly recommend 9613 Greeks as a goto spot for great quality Italian style eats. Oh and the cooks know a thing or two about real pizza.. read more

Pizza was delicious! We are picky about crust but this crust was very good! The Breadsticks were fantastic too! We had delivery and it was quick and the driver was pleasant. I had issues with the online ordering, called in instead and they were super helpful! The price is very fair for the amount and quality of food you get! Greeks Pizzeria was a random decision and was a very good decision. We had a very sweet waiter whos name was Daniel. He was very attentive and kind to us and informative. The food was amazing!!! YES!! Greeks is a family favorite in my house and this location is one of the great ones! It's run by the daughter of the man who started Greeks, so it has to be amazing, right?! I remember seeing her working at Greeks in the Village when I was a kid, so she has known pizza all of her life. I've waited to write this review because of my love for Greeks Pizza. We were so excited to see a location open close to us (frequent visitors of either the Clay Terrace or Broad Ripple locations). However, we're skipping the 96th/College location from now on and going to back to one of those. This was our fourth pizza from this location and once again we were disappointed. Every pizza we've gotten is undercooked, has skimpy toppings, and is mostly crust (which ironically is too brown). The cheese on tonight's pizza wasn't even fully melted and the pepperoni was underdone. I'd call the temperature slightly warm. To pay $23 for something resembling a half-baked, rising crust frozen pizza is unacceptable from a location representing the Greeks Pizza brand. read more
