Came across Masterpiece, which I forgot was even there. Debbie and Simo are terrific. Simo is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Debbie is also excellent, very professional and patient and helpful on design as well. Prices are also reasonable. The only reason I give them a four instead of a five star review is due to the small in-house selection; I understand the reasons why, but I wish they had a little bigger showroom with more lighting displays. Picked out a Savoy House brand and as I was waiting for the paperwork I was asked by 2 others staff member if I needed any help. You have to pick up your purchase around the back where the warehouse is located. One of the staff brought the ceiling fan out to my vehicle and loaded for me. I guess I visited at the right time, the staff received some additional training or the customer was just an @$$. My only criticism was that many of the ceiling fans I liked on display was on back order otherwise they would had gotten 5 stars.

Nestor's refurbished our irrigation system which had been unused for years, replacing sprinkler heads and other parts as necessary. His crew was professional and expedient. Vincent makes everything easy and offers sensible upgrades while avoiding superfluous extras. It was a relatively easy decision when Vincent offered to replace the derelict up-lighting across the front of our house. I have attached the first picture I took after the lighting was installed, and I feel it speaks for itself. Not only is the look stunning, there are benefits related to security as well as curb appeal. At the end of the day, Nestor's is prompt, courteous, and competent. I have always been comfortable referring him to neighbors when they ask me, and I recommend him to you as well.

My wife and I are renovating our basement and we came here to shop for bath fixtures and a bath tub. We met with a sales associate who was pleasant and somewhat helpful. But, I don't feel she did much in terms of service besides walking us around to the fixtures, pointing at them and, well, that's about it. We could have done that ourselves. Anyway, we told her all the items we wanted, including a $5000 bath tub. In total, we had about $12,000 in our 'cart'. We went home to confirm we had everything we needed. In the meantime, I decided to price compare before we pulled the trigger. Literally every single item we had in our cart could be found SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper elsewhere. So much so that when I told my wife the prices I was seeing, she couldn't believe it. After finding every item at Home Depot, Amazon, Kohler, etc, the difference was about $3700 in savings. Not only the fact that they are waaaaaaayyyyyyy overpriced, the sales associate was completely unresponsive to any email correspondence I sent her. I asked her questions multiple times through email and she just never responded. Surprising but after the price comparison, I never planned on buying from them anyway. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to go to look around, see things in person, be inspired, but as far as purchasing, you can find better deals anywhere else. I really can't understand how they justify their pricing when we live in a world where looking up competitor prices is literally at our fingertips.

Frank came to our house and gave us a quote for Outdoor lights.  We approved and asked him to…read moreproceed with the installation and that is when I realized I was given FALSE information.  The big selling point was - Frank said that he uses LED lights manufactured by AMP (sister company of Volt) which are rated for 10 years (40,000 hours).  However, Frank warrants the lights ONLY for 1 year.  That was a red flag in my mind, but I did not connect the dots at that time.    On the day of installation, the installer Zach showed me the fixtures (see pics attached).  The fixtures with the lights (bullet UL-101 lights and UL-102 lights) were not in a box.  I asked the installer why they were not in a box (are these pre-owned fixtures?).  Zach said they do not get it from their supplier in a box.   Further, the fixtures did not have ANY identification - no manufacturer name, no SKU number... NOTHING.  Only the Chinese knockoff fixtures have NO identification.  Do these fixtures have AMP lights?  The answer is a big NO.   I canceled the installation and gave Frank multiple opportunities to clarify and he continues to be EVASIVE.  Note:  Very cleverly, Frank does not include manufacturer's names on his website....if you think for a minute you would know why....however, we are so busy with our daily activities that we really trust contractors and do not get into these details.       Also, watch out for the reviews for Abulous (many look Fake and Paid for).  If a reviewer has only 1 or 2 reviews and has glowing things to say about your service - it is MOST likely a Fake account!! I see several such reviews for Abulous.   Before you waste your like (like what I did), ask that you want to look at sample fixtures.  Do your due diligence!!
