On the day of my appointment, Taro provided an estimated arrival time and arrived right around the timeframe I had requested. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to walk me through the entire process. He listened to my concerns about the mess my dogs had made of our living room carpet and made sure I knew that all of the products being used were safe for my dogs.
