Also, the rear tires were nearly bald. With Brembo brakes being super expensive, and having to replace all 4 tires on an all-wheel drive--$3300 I had to spend for it to pass. And this was after I was told they put all their vehicles through a rigorous inspection process before they are resold and put back on the road. Seems to me this dealership practices deceptive dealings, and shouldn't be trusted with anything they say. Take your business elsewhere.

The 1st time we took it in for new tires and a few days later one of the tires fell off while I was driving. Fortunately I was able to get pulled off the road and didn't cause an accident but it caused a ton of damage. They never took any responsibility for it even though it was obvious they didn't tighten down the lug nuts. The 2nd time we took it in for routine maintenance and left with the check engine light coming on. We had to take it back multiple times (of course getting charged each time) to make it stop. This final time our van was making a noise and they found a bearing bad on our water pump. We chose not to get it fixed and when we picked it up our AC wasn't working. There was absolutely nothing wrong with our AC when we dropped it off there. They now quoted us an extra $1700 for a new compressor. We can't afford to keep paying thousands of dollars for their mistakes. We're done. We won't be back for anything

They even canceled an existing service appointment that included parts I had already been waiting weeks for. On the surface, the facility is impressive: the sales area is modern and comfortable, there are small private rooms where you can take a call, and a kids' play area if you're waiting. However, the religious overtones throughout the dealership -- including free Bibles placed in the waiting area -- felt inappropriate and out of place for a business setting. I fully respect anyone's right to practice their faith, but I do not appreciate having it pushed at me while I wait for car service. The service department itself has been consistently disappointing. My service advisor was dismissive of the concerns I raised about my $70,000 electric Jeep. It was clear the team lacked knowledge and interest in understanding EVs; feedback I provided was poorly relayed to technicians, and the responses I received were inaccurate, passive-aggressive, and condescending. My vehicle was even returned to me dirtier than I dropped it off because they insisted on running it through their car wash, leaving water spots everywhere. Appointments typically take weeks to secure, not because they're highly sought after, but because staffing is thin -- a situation the dealership seems unwilling to solve by paying a fair wage. To be fair, the parts department was a bright spot: the individual I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. But overall, the dealership's lack of professionalism, unwillingness to support EV owners, refusal to provide loaner vehicles, and complete disregard for customer service left me with zero trust in them. My experience here has been so negative that it's soured me not only on this dealership, but on Jeep and Stellantis as a whole.

Spent numerous amount of time looking at the right car for us and finally found a brand new dodge hornet, specially without front bracket plate mounted to the bumper. We are relocating to other state where the front plate isn't required and this particular car looks nicer without the front plate. To install the front plate it requires to drill holes in the bumper. I mentioned that we want a brand new vehicle without a front plate bracket several times. We agreed at the price and setup an appointment with salesman Alec. He knew about our needs as I mentioned it to him several times. On the appointment day to make sure before our 2 hours trip I messaged him to check about our agreement and he responded back that someone drilled holes to the bumper and installed the front plate.. I was shocked. We spent so much time to talking about it and finally they did opposite. They don't listen to their customers and don't care about your needs. On top of that, I then had to turn around and drive another 45 minutes back home--making the entire trip a complete waste of an hour and a half. I even texted Jordan beforehand and asked him to let me know if they were going to sell the car so I didn't waste my time--but I received no response. When I got there, they also mentioned the side mirror on the car was broken and needed to be replaced--something that was never disclosed in the listing or mentioned ahead of time. To make things worse, they tried to show me other cars with double the mileage or way outside of the price range I originally came in for. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time and effort. If I had the option to 0 rate stars I would.
