HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

I brought my comforter in a couple weeks ago. There was one small brown spot on it. I pinned it. When I got there I showed the girl the ONLY stain. She marked it. I prepaid (dumb move). I went last week to get it. I walk out to my car and see orangish lines in some spots. I bring it back in and she told me the guy told her that he couldn't get it out. I said, but these were not here when I brought it in. I reminded her there was one tiny brown spot. I pinned it. There were no other spots or I would have pinned them, She says she'll have him redo it. I pick it up today. I didn't open it because i was in a hurry. Well, I just got in and opened it. They folded it so the marks couldn't be seen. You can see they tried to scrub them or something, which totally looks horrible, plus the orange line things are still there! The picture is not great. They are darker in person and on the other side as well as this side in the pic. Clearly no point in going back because they are going to say they were on it to begin with. I'll be looking for a new place for my comforters.

Then she accused me of it being a cigarette burn. Either way, she didn't help out in any way and I am at a loss for her stupidity. Then my husband called her 5 min later and she claimed she didn't speak English and has no idea what shirt he was talking about. I have filed a claim and reported this business to the Better Business Bureau. Hope they go out of business for the lack of professionalism and lying.
