I'm so glad that I finally found a home cleaning service that's reasonable in price and does a fantastic job! I initially heard about Alejandro (Alex) and Lilid through my community Facebook page. Someone mentioned that they do an outstanding home cleaning job at a reasonable price, and that's exactly what I received. On their 1st visit in Dec., they did a very thorough cleaning of our house, and by thorough I mean THOROUGH! They cleaned every nook and cranny, and even spent extra time in our guest bathroom, which needed lots of attention. I think they stayed for at least 2-1/2 hours making sure everything was cleaned to perfection. I can't remember what they charged me on their 1st visit, but it was much less than Molly Maid or any of those chain cleaning services. Yesterday they did a regular cleaning of our home, and they charged me $120. They stayed for 1-1/2 hrs and did another outstanding job! Most cleaning services charge me almost double that amount! I'm sure their pricing depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you need, so be sure to ask for a quote when you call them. In addition to great pricing, Alex and Lilid are a wonderful couple with pleasant & friendly personalities. They listen to their customers and will work on certain areas of your home per your request. They seem to have more availability than the chain cleaning services. They are quick to respond and will fit you in their schedule. They also service many different cities, which is great because some cleaning companies are not willing to travel over a certain amount of miles. Alex and his team at BTE Cleaning Services have done a few very thorough cleanings for my husband and me. We had just completed a 4 1/2 month remodel, with dust and debris everywhere, including in our ducts, and BTE was recommended to us by our realtor, who has a lot of experience with people needing good cleaning services. Because of one of our trades backing our schedule up, BTE had to try to clean while some remodeling was still going on, but in spite of it, they did an excellent job for us and it was truly wonderful to see our newly remodeled home free of all of the dust that had been caked onto every surface! Came to the house after working all day, because his next opportunity wouldn't be for another week, and he knew we needed our dryer fixed asap. Before Alex came out to clear our vent (we have a three-story townhome and the builder had the vent coming out of the roof, and the vent pipe line was very difficult to clean), We had a previous company that came out and made it worse, did not do the job and walked away with our money.
