Moving itself is hard enough. Having to find all your services and necessities (dry cleaner,…read moreplumber, dentist, etc etc) is equally as hard and worrying since really, you don't know how good the place is (even after reading reviews) until you actually try it. Finding a dry cleaner is especially taxing on my mind since in the past, I've struggled with cleaners that would annoyingly staple numbers to the tags of my clothes, items that would come back smelling odd, items that would come back unclean, items that wouldn't be ready for pickup on the said date and also even lost until I've questioned. With each city I've gone to, I would eventually find a solid cleaner and then hated having to change with a move. I definitely did not want to go over all of this again. My husband found Campus Cleaners for us and turned in some suits for dry cleaning. Campus Cleaners did an amazing and quick job. All items were accounted for, ready for pickup at the designated time, charged at a fair price, and nicely hung and clean. The parking is incredibly easy -- though that may not be as much as a concern in this town. The woman I spoke with was also very helpful, friendly, and genuinely nice to chat with. We will be coming here again for more dry cleaning (to probably include specific stains) and also to test out their alterations services. I'm hopeful we've found our go-to cleaners! :)

Place does the job, obviously, but definitely not worth the pricing. Also they use a card reader, so make sure you bring change, because if you don't the machine doesn't give change back.

When I pulled up, I realized my crabby toddler had finally fallen asleep on the 4 minute drive over. I called into the shop to see if they could meet me by the door so I could run and snatch it real quick without having to go in. Instead, she ran the suit out to me. On a day where it felt like the world was stacked against me, that act of kindness was so greatly appreciated. Will definitely be back!

I also dropped everything off before 10 AM, and according to their policy, same-day pickup should have been available. Instead, I was told it would not be ready until the following evening. When I picked up the clothes, they looked terrible. It honestly appeared like some of the items had not even been properly pressed at all. The creases from the packaging bags were still clearly visible. I immediately called and explained the problem. They told me to bring everything back and assured me they would "make sure it gets done right this time." Each trip to their store takes me about 25 minutes each way, so having to drive back and forth multiple times was extremely frustrating, especially because I work long hours from 7 AM until 9 or 10 PM every day. After bringing the clothes back, I called again and spoke with the man handling the store. I explained that some items still looked untouched. He said the owner would call me back. Nobody called. The next day I had to call again, and I was given excuses about why the owner never contacted me. Eventually the owner called and wanted me to bring everything back yet again. At that point, I lost confidence completely. If the job could not be done correctly the first or second time, I do not believe repeating it again would suddenly fix the issue. Very disappointing customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of consideration for customers' time. I expected professional pressing service for brand-new clothes and instead ended up wasting hours driving back and forth with nothing properly resolved.

They had a backup plan and took care of me right away. Service was friendly and professional even with their added stress of their system being down. We mentioned that my shirt had a stain and they acknowledged so quicky as that this type of thing is taken care of automatically.
