had a very disappointing experience with CD Cleaners in Frankfort. I recently bought several brand-new polo shirts, shorts, and dress pants and specifically brought them in to be professionally pressed so there would be no creases or fold marks from the packaging. I also dropped everything off before 10 AM, and according to their policy, same-day pickup should have been available. Instead, I was told it would not be ready until the following evening. When I picked up the clothes, they looked terrible. It honestly appeared like some of the items had not even been properly pressed at all. The creases from the packaging bags were still clearly visible. I immediately called and explained the problem. They told me to bring everything back and assured me they would "make sure it gets done right this time." Each trip to their store takes me about 25 minutes each way, so having to drive back and forth multiple times was extremely frustrating, especially because I work long hours from 7 AM until 9 or 10 PM every day. After bringing the clothes back, I called again and spoke with the man handling the store. I explained that some items still looked untouched. He said the owner would call me back. Nobody called. The next day I had to call again, and I was given excuses about why the owner never contacted me. Eventually the owner called and wanted me to bring everything back yet again. At that point, I lost confidence completely. If the job could not be done correctly the first or second time, I do not believe repeating it again would suddenly fix the issue. Very disappointing customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of consideration for customers' time. I expected professional pressing service for brand-new clothes and instead ended up wasting hours driving back and forth with nothing properly resolved. read more

I have a pair of pants that needed to be altered. Left them at cleaners, they called a few days later, $40. Ok fine, call me to pick them up the next day. I thought that was fast and was super excited to have them back. Pay for pants and on way out to car, realize none of the alterations were done. They apologized, took them back. Called me to tell me the cost of alterations again!!! They said they were confused. Finally picked up finished product and the alterations were absolute shit! read more

I've gone to CD One Price in other locations, but this was my first experience in Frankfort. I showed up to pick up the suit my husband waited until the last minute to have cleaned for a wedding we're attending. When I pulled up, I realized my crabby toddler had finally fallen asleep on the 4 minute drive over. I called into the shop to see if they could meet me by the door so I could run and snatch it real quick without having to go in. Instead, she ran the suit out to me. On a day where it felt like the world was stacked against me, that act of kindness was so greatly appreciated. Will definitely be back! read more

I had a $400 comforter cleaned. When we picked it up it was still as dirty as when we dropped it off. The biggest issue is the it shrunk so much it doesn't fit our bed. It doesn't even reach the bottom of the mattress. I called and was asked to leave a message and of course no one returned my call. I called a couple days later and they told me to bring it in and I can fill out a claim form after it is assessed. Well, of course, they took zero responsibility except recleaning it. They said I should call the manufacturer because maybe they can reimburse me because they followed their cleaning instructions. So I am left with a queen size comforter for my king size bed that wasn't even a year old. I will never use them again. I actually wish I could rate them a zero. read more

I brought some things in today Saturday July 22, 2023, that just needed to be steamed, they told me they can be ready Monday. Problem is that I needed them by Sunday, well it turns out they close on Sunday, So they steamed them for me on the spot while I waited less than 10 min. CD One had been my cleaners of choice for the past several years until recently. A few months ago I took several pairs of Levi jeans in to be dry cleaned. The jeans were four to five years old and had always been dry cleaned in the past with no issues. l pick up the jeans, take them home and they probably hung in my closet for a month and a half or so before I attempted to wear a pair. I put a pair on and they're 3 inches too short and I can't button the waist. CD One shrunk my jeans. I take them back to CD One and the young lady at the counter takes my info and tells me the owner will contact me. I wait several weeks to be contacted and hear nothing. I tried calling a couple times and the voicemail is full. I try calling again after a month or so and a young lady picks up and puts me on hold. I wait several minutes on hold and she never comes back. The next day the owner calls me. He tells me that they read label. The label says do not dry clean and expect 10% shrinkage. There's nothing he can do. I had never read the label on the jeans. I read the label and he was correct. However, CD One had dry cleaned those jeans several times in the past with no issues. Why this particular time did you decide to read the label? Apparently you never read the label in the past. They got lucky and the label bailed them out. While this was going on I tried on another pair of jeans from that same order and they were shrunk too. In total three pairs of my jeans are ruined. If I didn't specify that I wanted my jeans laundered and there was a question, I should have been contacted before anything was done. Thanks CD One I'm out of three pairs of jeans. Smdh... read more

A one star review for this cd one price, even though it should be 0 stars. Used them 6 times, everything was going great. Then one friday morning, i dropped my items off, and went back at 5 to pick them up. Didn't notice anything unusual until the next day when i went to put on the suit i just dry cleaned. Right down the middle of the seat of the pants, it had split. 3.5 inch hole, just busted right at the seam. Shit happens, ok, we know that. But what did cd 1 price do? Nothing. Obviously they ripped them, clipped a small tag on the item that said "damaged before cleaning", and then delivered it that way. Instead of calling me, or being honest about it when i came to pick up, they just send you on your way and then surprise, you can't wear your $130 pants because some asswipe who hates their job ruined them. I will never ever ever patronize another cd one price ever again. fuck you cd one price frankfort. may you burn in hell, and rot in pieces. read more
