Well, I am so glad I found Green Collective this morning! A cute little coffee and brunch shop in one of my favorite parts of town, GC is staffed by super friendly people and is serving great coffee and bites. Denver is not exactly bereft of great coffee places, you could try a different one every day of the week and be more than satisfied. But, there's an extra something here, the cold brew (w/ oat milk) was delicious with an extra bit of body that you don't always find. And the toast options are great as well. Get a full order, mix and match, or try one of the specials, you simply can't go wrong. Honestly, the greatest avocado toast I've had. I only have one more day in town, but I have a feeling I'll be back tomorrow morning! read more

This place does not miss. Every person is so welcoming and the owners are there often just hanging with everyone. I typically get the açai bowls but have been mixing it up with their toast recently. The Colorado lox has been my favorite so far. They just put spring special outs so decided to try the lavender blueberry smoothie....delicious!! The lavender is pretty dominant so if you don't LOVE lavender, probably wouldn't suggest. Overall, the space is so cute, in a great location, and the food is always fast, even when pretty busy (which is often)! read more

I AM IN LOVE!!!!! Amazing coffee, amazing açaí bowl, and toast FLIGHTS!?!? What more could I dream of in a brunch spot!?!? The sourdough bread was chewy, but crispy. I was told it's from a local bakery nearby. All the toasts had incredible flavors, the only slight thing I would change is a soft boiled egg on the avocado toast. The staff was friendly and the environment was cute and clean. The inside space is on the smaller side, but there is quite a bit of outdoor tables! I love this place so much that I want one to come to Kansas City so bad so I can be a regular!!!! read more

This place screams healthy and delicious! Everything on their menu sounds and looks delicious. We got the avocado toast (half), and the purple smoothie bowl. The smoothie bowl did take an exceptionally long time to come out (~20 minutes), but I was catching up with a friend I hadn't seen in a while so didn't really mind. The avocado toast was definitely larger than we were expecting for the half size and smoothie/açaí bowls always turn out bigger than I expect. Both were delicious and beautiful. I stumbled on this hidden gem while running an errand. I was fasting/juicing when I landed on it so it came in handy. I purchased one of their pressed juices "beet" and it was sooooooo good. The bottling is cute too-I didn't get to try any of their quick food menu but the place is cute and the drink was delish. Great place for brunch! Would recommend the toast flight, as it gives you a variety of options and is very filling. Smoothies were great too! Few things to note- Hardly any seating, many people had to take their food to go because there's only three tables. Service is a little on the slow side, but not bad if you're sitting with friends. I'm so excited I found this place! Everything on their menu sounded amazing so it was hard to decide what to get. I ended deciding on a Toast Flight with the seasonal strawberry burrata toast, goat cheese one, and avocado toast. They were all yummy but my only complaint was the bread was too hard, it seemed I got all end pieces of the bread so it was hard to bite. The strawberry burrata one was my favorite. I also tried the little dough ball things and they were super yummy. And I got the seasonal beet latte which was so unique and yummy and very Instagram-able. In my opinion, Lohi has been needing more spots for smoothies and healthy lunches. This place has swiftly become my ultimate go-to for a smoothie, bowl or toast. Though the interior is a bit small with just a handful of tables and high-top seating, they make up for it with a spacious patio that's perfect all summer long and is shaded. The menu is a delightful array of options--several choices for smoothie bowls and toasts that are nothing short of delicious. The real cherry on top, though, has to be the impeccable service that adds an extra layer of charm to this already fantastic spot. The prices are exactly what you expect from a place like and although it is not necessarily cheap it certainly is a similar price for a place in this category. read more

I. Love. This. Place. Green Collective Eatery is one of my favorite healthy food, light meal spots in all of Denver. They make some of the most beautiful avocado toast-like breads you've ever seen, and the flavors are fantastic. We usually get the one with smoked salmon, and it never disappoints. The smoothies are delicious, and the acai bowls are a step down from Vitality Bowls, but they're still really good. The staff is always friendly, and they keep the small spot (only about 14 seats total) super clean. We bring our son here all the time, but it's important to know that they don't have high chairs (they wouldn't really have any place to put them). If you're in the mood for a fancy toast or a healthy smoothie while you're out and about, GCE is where it's at. I got two turntables and a microphone. read more

What a delicious start to my Saturday! I met a friend here before we took our pups to the dog park. I tried their toast trio (Avocado Toast, Whipped Goat toast, and their version of a pb&j toast) as well as a matcha latte. All 3 toasts + the chicken toast that my friend offered me a half so she could try a half of my goat cheese toast were fantastic. You could tell how fresh the ingredients were and their unique combos were so well thought out! I must admit my fav was the basic "millennial toast" aka avocado toast. The only real knock was the toast did get a little soft in the middle and it definitely isn't a cheap breakfast. Whenever asked for food recommendations in Denver, Green Collective is the first place that comes to mind. The Food: Without fail, every time I come here, I end up getting a smoothie, some toast and a coffee (and some energy bites to go). I genuinely have nothing, but great things to say about this place. You can tell that all the ingredients are so fresh. The flavor combos and specials are created with intentionality and always superb. my favorites are the Blue Bowl, the cold brew, and all the toasts are incredible. I recently had the Fall special pumpkin toast and it was delish. My dog would highly recommend the Bow Wow Bowl and being an extra good boy/girl to get a free house made treat! All the prices are reasonable especially for the portions and quality! The Service: The staff is always 10/10 even on the busy weekend days. All the staff are so friendly and patient, especially when you're the most indecisive person and can't pick off the menu for the life of you! This place is the most dog-friendly place in all of Denver. The owner, Allison, is one of the kindest humans I have met and that radiates down to her staff and into the place. Stopped in after yoga for brunch last week. Lots of tasty healthy vegan options to choose from. I got and odd combo of things but they were all very good. I got a matcha bite, the mint chip smoothy which has mint match and cacao nibs, and the pink toast which has beet hummus, cabbage, radish and seasoning. It was a bit pricey for the portion but all the items were fresh high quality healthy items made in house. I liked all the unique items they had to choose from and wanted to try a bit of everything. Big fan of this place! We stopped by here every morning to start our day with caffeine and smoothies/breakfast. The location is great--it's in a cute little walkable neighborhood and enjoyed the outdoor seating set up. Really liked the espresso and lattes here and the abundance of non-dairy milks, including a made in-house option. The smoothies were all really good, with the Matcha Mint and the Basic being our favorites. You can also add protein to any smoothie and was happy to find they had a clean, vegan option. The little energy balls were also super clean and delicious, especially the matcha flavored one. Avocado toast was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The bread could either be toasted a bit longer or swapped for a different option because the middle was quite soggy, which wasn't ideal. The only sort of not great thing about this place is how long the smoothies take. They consistently took 20 minutes to make. Appreciate the freshness/quality, but 20 minutes for a smoothie is a little rough. read more

I love the concept! I was excited to get a delicious salad, but can only give it 3 stars: 1. The salad comes with 5 toppings, but they left off 2 of the 5 I requested. Quite a disappointment in flavor and crunch as a result. 2. I paid an extra $3.50 for "chicken salad" on top but it wasn't mixed with anything like mayo, nuts, grapes, herbs... it was literally just plain chicken. Again, a flavor disappointment.
