The food was great! Service was a bit too slow, a lot of chatting going on and not serving. But we will definitely come back!

Everything was very good, and the sauce on the pizza was especially excellent. Service was good -- not great, but good. The DJ actually added some nice ambience to the place and gave the restaurant a good vibe. Now here's my problem. This is a BIG restaurant. I'm not talking about some tiny little neighborhood place where they have to squeeze every table into every corner. Yet somehow, they sat the four of us right next to the server computer station, where the staff is constantly coming and going, punching in checks, picking things up, walking back and forth -- the whole time you're trying to eat dinner. And to make it worse, that table is close to the front door. This is Arizona. Every time that door opens, you get a blast of heat. I can only imagine in colder weather you'd get the opposite problem. I've been around restaurants a long time, and some tables just shouldn't be tables. That's one of them. I understand nobody wants to give up a four-top, but in a restaurant that size, come on. Move the table or get rid of it. The guest experience should be worth more than squeezing in four extra seats. The food absolutely deserves a return visit. Just do yourself a favor if they try to seat you by that computer station near the front door, ask for another table.

Every detail you notice is extravagant and purposeful. Visiting on a Saturday for lunch, there were plenty of other families eating together too. I noticed the crowd was mostly older, which lets you know this restaurant is a true staple in the community (I find that usually the old people know what's up). As all 4 of us weren't super hungry, we split the Persian Room Special- Combination of barg (Filet mignon), chicken filet and Koobideh kebab, served with basmati rice and grilled tomato. It was a huge portion of food, served on a large silver platter. The menu states that it serves 2, but it perfectly filled us 4 adults! Granted, we weren't super hungry to begin with, but 2 is definitely an underestimate. I'd say it can easily satisfy 3 hungry adults. Anyway, quantity aside, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Everything was so flavorful and paired well together. The meat was also juicy. My favorite was the koobideh kebab for sure. There isn't much more I can say, as the food speaks for itself. The Persian Room is definitely something you need to try for yourself. Weeks later, I'm still craving it and will definitely be back!

The location is convenient and the ambiance inside is wonderfully welcoming. My friend is a frequent guest and loves it, so I was really looking forward to the meal. Unfortunately, my experience was dampened when I found a hair on my chicken skewer. Rather than making a scene or notifying the server, I simply removed that piece of chicken and ate the rest. While the remaining food tasted great, the discovery left me feeling grossed out for the remainder of the meal. Overall, the atmosphere and flavors are excellent, but the hygiene slip brings my rating down to 3/5 stars

In past visits I loved their Asobuco but none was on the menu. That's what I wanted to order. There was free baklava ....wasn't looking for free....went up to the counter to order some. Then was given two out of a bunch of stacked containers behind the register. If I hadn't inquired wouldn't have known. In past visits they always walked around with a tray and offered. This was dry as well..... I do appreciate free but not dry. I was willing to pay. I probably caught them on an off night, business was good which is always a good sign. I'll give them another shot but won't order the Chicken Chips.

She didn't seem to want 6 of us to eat. Then we were sat at a table right next to the bar area that had a couple patrons that were SO loud. The restaurant was empty so we have no clue why they had to sit us there. The manager walked by a few times and didn't even acknowledge us. He'd meet our eyes and he looked super angry. The busser came by and gave us water about 5 min after we sat. At 315- the server that I watched laughing and doing nothing at the bar came over and finally asked if we needed anything. When I told her that we were actually leaving because it had been several minutes- she looked at me and was like it's only been like 5. No maam we walked in at 3 and now it's 316. Went to elephante instead. As a retired server myself- there were so many mistakes here. If you are busy, you still need to acknowledge people. As the manager when you see a table just sitting there talk to them instead of cleaning the table in front of us. Truly felt like it was because we had 3 12 year olds with us. Not sure if I will ever go back.
