Awesome plants! I never leave reviews but there is a women who works there, middle age darker hair always up in a bun, white, talks to everyone, I over hear the convos she seems nice! but is very odd to me and my partner. We live a block away and walk over time to time, always the same energy from her. Not many Mexicans like us in PB so I can't help but to feel that plays a part? I hope not, Either way, never friendly, she was working the cashier tonight talked to the older couple in front of us, it was my turn next I smiled, she quickly walked away and another girl filled in and she just stood to the side and watched me. Felt like I was being judged. That mean girl energy. Very strange. My boyfriend surprised me with a plant a few weeks ago and told me the girl was rude to him too. Bummer since the plants and the store are beautiful!

We were spending time at Mission/Pacific Beach and when we were finished, we needed to pickup a present for a relative. We looked into Yelp's crystal ball and decided to check out Green Gardens Nursery. We found quite easily. It was a busy weekday all around. We parked across the street and crossed the road. Upon entering, we were greeted by a young gentleman watering plants. Several people restocking, moving plants, helping others. We were left unattended while we checked out all their beautiful plants. This is a smaller nursery, but it has a little of everything! You'll be able to find something here. They have beautiful plants, trees, succulents, hanging baskets, statues, candles, planting soils, and much more!! We will be back to check more items out....

The Bad Advice and Not Our Problem Nursery. Green Gardens, what should I plant on my -pretty-much-full-shade-entry-way? Was sold 3 chartreuse cypress (aka, Lemon Cypress). Lovely little things. 4 months later, 2 out of 3 are dead. The building gardener, the neighborhood green thumb and landscapeplants.oregonstate.edu all agree. These trees prefer full sun. Ahem, Green Gardens. Went back to see what could be done. Was told, (Thank you Luke! Thank you Chrissy!), shade wasn't the problem. No help offered, no replacements, no nothing. Usually, I write positive reviews. (There's enough negativity these days.) But in this case? It's the mistake after the mistake guys. Maybe work on that.

Visiting & decided to take my mother here. Very wide range of plants, succulents and pots. Customer service is great. Everyone smiles and is helpful. I walked out w/a few plants and prices are reasonable. The set up is also very nice. Street parking and cash accepted.

Please do yourself a favor and visit Green Gardens Nursery! I went in for 2 plants and left with 7. Everyone was incredibly helpful with making sure I knew how to properly take care of each plant. Special shout out to Fallon and Chrissy for their amazing service. Can't wait for the next round of plants

The staff offered to plant my snake plant directly in my planter for me

Paul has the best selection and he is an expert in his field. My wife and I try to buy all of our plants there and we get some great ideas.

I love taking a nice long walk throughout the grounds. Entering from the west side of the nursery, you'll find a variety of planter pots- ceramic, clay and plastic. Years ago I bought a unique concrete planter, and I forgot to check if there were others this time. Don't be surprised if you hear clucking. No, it isn't in your mind, chickens run free here. Meander at will. Ask someone if you need assistance. Grab a low price snack across from the cashier, if you're hungry. Free street parking, walk, bicycle. Top notch customer service. The first was when a healthy plant needed repotting, and the most recent was when I brought in a struggling plant that needed some extra care and guidance. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping both her customers and their plants thrive. I left feeling supported, guided, and grateful for her advice. Mission Hills Nursery is lucky to have her!

Cuffel Farms is definitely one of the things I miss most in SD! The variety of airplants Andy has is amazing and the prices are so reasonable! He is also so friendly and patient in answering all airplant care questions! I used to have to buy airplants to replenish the airplants I've killed, but now, I'm able to care for them and keep them alive better. Will definitely be back here when I can! Definitely has lots of instagramable spots! If you love plants and love a beautiful ambiance, then definitely check this place out!

I was a little worried about which plants to purchase because I don't have a green thumb, but Andy answered all of my questions! I'm now a loyal customer because the product quality and customer service are unparalleled. Unlike other shops, Andy keeps his prices fair--I've seen other shops that have triple the prices for the same product. It is evident that he loves what he does, and wants other people to love plants as well. Also, I felt very comfortable shopping there during this whole pandemic. The space is outside and Andy wore a mask the whole time.

This location resides in one of the many plazas on Convoy and shares the space with a vape shop and coffee shop, which all three I believe are family-owned so just another reason to support. Because Convoy is a bustling area, depending on the time and day, good parking can be a moderate nuisance to find even with all the different parking lots and street parking. Vibe-wise: "Plants. Music. Life. Us." Isa's follows that slogan and has a very dope vibe right off the bat, with a very modern decor and the classics playing in the background. Obviously being a plant shop, they have plants decorated across the store which continues to carry the vibe. Service-wise: Isa runs the shop and was very approachable and helpful. I'm a novice with caring for indoor plants and knowing what plants to begin with, but Isa was super informative and clearly has an understanding of the care needed for all the plants and making the appropriate recommendations. I ended up grabbing two plants: one for myself as the first plant to christen my room, and one for my mom as a not last second Mother's Day gift. They've both settled in and have instantly made our homes brighter. A little miscellaneous: some really cool merch for all three stores is also sold here ranging from clothes to snacks to plant products. I'm a sucker for merchandise from places I like, so I bought a t-shirt and hoodie but probably would've bought the whole selection if I stayed any longer. All jokes aside, in summary, I will definitely keep coming back and not on a holiday so I can keep building on my budding collection of indoor plants, no pun intended. I definitely recommend Isa's for anyone looking to do the same! Sometimes there are deals between the three businesses which I think is cool. I don't partake in vaping so I personally would not try that side of the business, but I do like coffee so I will definitely give that a try next time I'm around.
