We have been using this "Green" "Safe for the Environment" *** what that really equates to I'm not sure*** Dry Cleaner for more than 10 years. We have never had a problem with them damaging any of our items although our orders are fairly straightforward, dress shirts, suits, and the occasional dress or winter jacket. Often times if we drop off our clothes early enough (before 8 am to 9 am depending how busy they are) they will accommodate same day pick up after 3pm if they can. The employees here are nice and the lady at the front recognizes me and pulls the clothes by my surname even before I give her my number. When we first started using this drycleaner my husband would be the only one coming in to drop off and pick up. One day I came in and gave them our name/number and they thought I was my husband's daughter instead of his wife even though my husband and I are only 4 years apart in age...I'll take the compliment, customer for life! I requested having it ready earlier because it's for graduation and they told me they'd have it done Saturday. They held true to their word and didn't fuss. I have been a customer of Green Hills Cleaners for over a decade. But not anymore. I brought in an expensive Angels jersey to clean. I went to pick it up and all the colors were faded almost entirely. Clearly someone had put it in a load of clothes with bleach. It was ruined. But the manager claimed it was a cheap garment that faded and it was not their fault. That was not even close to being true. Then, she insisted I pay for the bleach job that ruined my Jersey. Anyone can make a mistake. But lying, blaming the customer and refusing to take responsibility for their mistake was the end of the line for me. I'll never take another garment into this establishment. They can't be trusted. read more

I have been using this cleaners for some time, but no more. My shirts have been coming back with deep pressed wrinkles on them. They said that some shirts do that. Not their problem. One of my nautica shirts has a wrinkle all the way down the front of the shirt. I will try to post the pictures. The older man there said "maybe my press is bad, maybe you should go to our other location because they have a different press" ; sceriously?!? All she said was that I could pay for hand press which is another $3.50 per shirt. I have had similar issues like the ones mentioned in other reviews but never gave a bad review because you figure it only happens once in a while. But now I have a problem with the quality coming out of this place pretty much every time. I bring clothes to this place every week. Am looking for another dry cleaners to give my business to. read more

Came here to get my suit jacket and pants cleaned as well as the dress shirts. Been here multiple times to clean the dress shirts and they usually came out pretty clean/decent. However, this time I wanted to clean my suit which is much more expensive and the pants came back torn up on the inside with the seam ripped and the inside button missing. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend if you expect them to take care of your expensive clothing. read more

Took a white suit to dry clean for a special event. It was returned to me with black stains and was told that it was going to be washed again. I returned after a couple of days and was told it was not washed yet. I returned again after a couple of more days and was told that I had dirtied the suit and that no amount of washing it was going to get the stain out. I told them that I did not dirty the suit, and the 2 old men working there laughed at me. They accused me of lying to them and laughed while I complained to them about what they had done to my suit. It seemed as if they did not even try to get the stain out. Never going back there again and I suggest neither do you. Even though they may have specials and sales, I suggest you try to find another dry cleaners. read more

I took 10 shirts to get washed and press they said wash and press is the same as. Dry clean when I wanted to discuss my bill they also tried to charge me 450 for a long sleeve shirt I ask them to show me on the tags where it reads dry clean only wash and press same as dry clean when I told her that's hi she rolled her eyes at me very disrespectful when I asked why are you rolling your eyes at me all of sudden after a 10 minute conversation she said no speak the English are you @&$&@ me don't go there unless you are Asian I guess in a town full of cleaners you would think the competition is hi paid my bill and left I'll never go there again too bad it's the local one too read more

Worst service either....tore my brand NEW jeans and told me it was MY fault. Manager was RUDE and did not offer any compensation nor apology; I was told I can't file a complaint because owner doesn't speak English. What a joke this place is....pathetic!!! Terrible service!!! read more

Check your buttons if you ever use this place. My buttons came back cracked on multiple brand new shirts. They blamed it on the shirts having cheap buttons. These were Nordstrom shirts. Sorry, but I don't think so. read more
