****Attention management of Serrano's Cleaners**** I'm so disappointed. One of my items was missing when we arrived home, a black linen jumpsuit. My husband dropped off 4 items and when he picked them up there were only 3 items in the bundle. He went back after a few weeks, thinking no problem, they just forgot to include it in the pickup. The woman at the counter insisted we were given 4 items. He asked her if she would please check the rotating rack, she refused and she said it's not there, the slots are recycled. So I went back, received the same response. Although she did check the lower rack. She said she would check the invoices. ( not exactly sure what that will show, other than how many items were dropped off.) So, we paid for 4 items and received 3. Either my jumpsuit was lost or mistakenly given to another customer. Photo added just in case management & staff are interested in looking for the missing item. Thank you for your quick reply. We are 100% sure the jumpsuit was not returned or included in the bundle received. Your reference to another cleaners makes no sense. You acknowledge you received the jumpsuit, so you had it. We have used your cleaners exclusively for years. I humbly request you search through your facility for the jumpsuit. It should be there unless it was given to another customer by mistake. read more

Albertsons nearby closed their laundry service so I chose this place. I took a few dress shirts and got them back last week. When I opened the hanging plastic today to grab a clean shirt my closet was engulfed with this perfume like smell. It's really bad. And not even a nice perfume, it's like that powder you sprinkle on the carpet after your pet has an accident. it's that weird sanitary cheap hotel sheets smell. I annoyed that I have a half a dozen shirt that I can wear and will probably have to spend a bit of money to get that smell out. I'm not exaggerating, it's bad. read more

Please be aware. What they print out for your total will not match what you pay. This has happened twice now and if you're like me, I don't bring my original drop off receipts with me when I pick up my items. Dry cleaning here is already very expensive and tacking on a few dollars when you go to pick up is just unethical. read more

I tried to like this cleansers because I am really desperate for a reliable cleaners in the area. They just don't care for my clothes. When I pick up, my clothes are wrinkled, don't have that crisp/clean look/feel, and l have found a few of my blouses with what appear to be burn marks. Lost my business! Horrible customer service. Their workers are hostile and angry. Ignorant on how to conduct service. Will never come back to this spot. Stay clear. Their worker came out arguing and hostile because I asked about the number of items and mentioned a discount. Unfortunately, many of the staff here do not communicate well for one reason or another. Either they don't speak English or if they do speak English, they're ignorant and hostile. Please take a moment and consider how to actually run a business. I'll give you a free intro lesson. I want to share my recent experience with the cleaners. I came to wash my winter comforters and a blouse I nearly ruined to wash away a stain in my washing machine. They were welcoming and considerate of my needs. They were able to wash and press my blouse, and now it looks good as new. I was able to pick up my items in a timely manner. I came here for the first time a few days ago and asked for wash and press with no scent or at least as little scent as they can do. My shirts are so strong smelling that I have to keep them in the garage. I don't know if I'll be able to use them for quite some time. Careless and dangerous. Business fell off with change of ownership. I brought in a new suit - new. Spoke to the front counter lady - only one working at the time - it was closer to end of a weekday btw. Upon inspection i noticed 7 different stains on jacket and trousers. This poor lady blamed me and said i brought it that way. Laughable. I refuted and she dry cleaned it 5 more times that day. This is the level of service and decision making at this place. one star because I can't do a zero. If you're planning to drop anything off, MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT! The male owner waved me off when I asked for one. He said since I was picking up and dropping off, he could use my phone # associated with the picked up items. Well, that was last year in the summer. When I went back, they couldn't find my suits. Initially, I thought I dropped my suits off at another location but this was my only dry cleaners for the past 10 years so I couldn't have...then I doubted myself after I called them so many times only to have them treat me like I was an insane lady. Then they called a few days ago to remind me that I needed to pick up my stuff because it's been a year since I dropped them off. ONE YEAR!!!!!!! When they insisted that items that are not retrieved after 3 months are destroyed. When I called back to get an explanation, the lady owner tried to blame me for not knowing which phone # I used at the time of drop off. Well, too bad for you I checked with every single phone # I have for my whole family. Then she tried to blame me for not getting a receipt. Your dear hub refused to give me one. To top it off, no apologies at all. She laughed when I said that she needs to apologize for this mishap. This was terrible incident and the service they provided was just shitty (sorry, no other way to put it). I'm not going back for sure; nor will my friends or my neighbors nor anyone I know who lives nearby because who knows when they would lose the dropped off items and insist it wasn't their fault. Took my wedding dress to got dry cleaned because I got altered from somewhere I want my dress to be clean, avoid from covid. Took in Monday and picked up on Wednesday the next day I tried on and I saw on the dress have a hole. They ripped my dress. I took my dress back to them hope they can fix it for me but they can't so I asked for money back and they rejected. I feel so disappointed because on Friday will be my big day. The other day my boss's daughter needed her dress altered for an event the very next day. I remembered that they do alterations here so I took the dress to them to see if they could do this last minute. Usually they need at least a few days for alterations but I explained the situation and they were SO kind and generous to alter it for me in time for the event. I took my sons hat (for his Christening) here to be ironed, as it was slightly wrinkled. They hung it up with a safety pin, therefore putting a hole through the satin!!! Who in their right mind would put a pin through a satin hat?? Obviously it is going to rip the fabric!! Thanks a lot. I went to Serrano's to get my husband's medical white coat dry cleaned. I had to bring in my toddler and baby along with me to pick up my items. When I came in they were beyond helpful and nice. I had my hands quite full and they took my things to the car for me while I was getting my kids buckled back up. The coats were crisp and clean, not to mention the kind service I received! This is the worst cleaners ever! I took my jersey to get dry cleaned and when I picked it up I realized it was ruined by the numbers being discolored. I was compromising to have him the owner meet me half way and pay for half the cost of the jersey once I took it back to claim it was ruined. When I went back for my jersey and money I was told he got rid of it. I was furious with the fact he decided to dispose of it because he felt entitled to after he deemed he paid for it in full when he didn't. I told him that he had no right to get rid of it because no matter his explanation it was still my property and item which I was entitled to get back. After given the runaround about it he kept claiming that due to his policy they weren't responsible for damaged items which I understand but not for him to have gotten rid of my clothing item. That's a bad policy in itself if this is how he treats and values his clients his business will not last long. Horrible service. Came here to get patches sewn on letterman, but they charged me for the patches already previously sewn on the jacket. Even after showing pictures that clearly showed the patches already on the jacket they made me wait until the manager was there to dispute , which would be the next day. They would not let me have the jacket unless I paid or until I waited for the manager, I ended up paying because I needed the jacket by the next day. read more

Went in with a total of 10 items, just hoodies and pants, they were able to clean 6 of the item, 4 of the hoodies still had plenty of stains, they still charged me full price for all 10 items and refused to take the 4 they couldn't clean off the bill or even give them at a discount. Seriously best dry cleaners I've ever had. More because of the amazing lady at the front. I don't even have to give her my telephone number. She really gets to know her clients. She knows my husband. She always comments asks about the family and work. I really feel like this is my neighborhood dry cleaners. The quality of their work is great. One time, I had a blouse that came back smelling very strong. They re-cleaned it, no problems. I've also had them do light repairs on my clothing. The price is very reasonable. And they recycle hangers and offer a laundry bag - love that they are being more environmentally aware. With all of this, I will continue returning and recommending this place. The owner James Lee and this company are completely dishonest, rude and LIARS! They destroyed my jacket and cut material out of it. They wanted to view the surveillance camera to see if there was any issues before they received and there wasn't. This jacket was perfect until I got it back from this cleaners. James Lee, Jane Kang and another worker Kenya admitted it was there fault and agreed to pay me $300(the cost of the jacket) & he wanted the jacket so he could write it off for his company or pay me $100 and I can keep the jacket. I called them the following day and I said I can agree to be compensated for the $100. Kenya, a co-worker, then states that the owner, James Lee has changed his mind and doesn't want to pay me anything. He will just give a $100 credit. Kenya couldn't even explain his irrational actions.She then began to be rude and just hung up the phone. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this company was. My Jacket is ruined and this irrational man has gone against everything he agreed. I will now proceed in a legal matter. I will NEVER come back to this place!! This cleaners is cheaper than most and the cleaning is fairly standard. They don't offer cleaning services (for next day pick up) on Friday afternoons or Saturday, which sucks, since most of the time, folks drop their stuff off at the end of the week. I recently took some cleaning here and unfortunately they had a breakdown of their boiler and there was a delay. I was stressed about the items because I had dropped them off for a houseguest that was visiting for a business meeting. The woman who I think was the owner told me to come back the next day. I told I need them for a meeting and asked what time she said 7AM was fine. When I went back the next day, around 7 AM the employee that was there told me that the item wasn't ready, I was upset and said I needed them for a meeting and that the owner told me they would be ready by now. Instead of being apologetic this girl got very aggressive with me telling me the boiler had broken etc, I said I know but I need the pants for a meeting and if they weren't going to be ready they should have told me so the day before. Because she was aggressive and rude I got aggressive and rude back which escalated as proceeded to tell me that I had dropped them off before regular business hours - not sure how that was relevant. I cannot believe the way this employee was so incredibly boldly rude. When I told her I would be telling her boss and putting a review online she said go ahead I don't care. I went back today to pick up the item and told the owner and she seemed to not be concerned and the girl was in the back laughing. this place sucks. i took a few dress shirts and a tie there to get dry cleaned. my wife picked up the items, but when she got home we had no tie. i went back and said i never got my tie... they said, your wife picked it up... i said no she didn't..... they said yes she did..... i said, look if you think i'm here to waste my time your wrong... they looked throughout the whole store and showed me a couple unclaimed ties, which none of them were mine. i said, "just give me a couple bucks of store credit and i'll be fine" they said "NO"... i went home and told my wife about this and she reminded me that one time we had picked up our stuff, that they had given us a dress that wasn't hers... lucky for the owner of that dress, my wife is an honest lady and brought it back to the cleaners. so, if you don't care about losing clothes.... go for it... otherwise steer clear and take your dry cleaning to the albertsons. read more
