Ok, not a bad choice, but I'm used to MUCH better take out when back home in NY. Quick, easy pickup, but maybe we didn't pick the best choices. The garlic eggplant tasted old, the General Tso was more sauce than chicken, and the green beans were waaaaaaaaaay salty. Acceptable, but we were hoping for much more than that...

Just tried the scallion pancake from green jade... Tasted like worn leather... Might make a good wallet.

I had Green Jade back in the day (late 90s) and remember thinking they were pretty good. I decided to bring some Chinese to my family's Christmas celebration. They opened at 11 today so they made a perfect choice for lunch. I ordered barbecue spare ribs, steamed vegetables, egg rolls and chicken chow fun. How are Chinese barbecue spare ribs always so good? I really liked the chicken chow fun too. I asked for brown rice and they were more that happy to accommodate. Overall, solid Chinese place. Surprised no one else has Yelped them yet.

Disappointing. Stodgy scallion pancakes. Pork fried rice had very little pork. Altogether unacceptable.

Some of my…read moremust-order dishes are the Walnut Shrimp, Tofu Dry Pot, Dan Dan Noodles, Salt & Pepper Shrimp, and of course the Chili Oil Wontons. If you're visiting for the first time, those are the dishes to try. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and service is always quick and efficient. The only downside is that they don't serve hard liquor, but they do offer beer, sake, and tea. Their homemade chili oil is absolutely on point and adds the perfect kick to just about everything. What keeps us coming back isn't just the food it's also the outstanding service. Our waitress, "Cherry", has become one of the reasons we love dining here. "Cherry" always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Another huge plus is the ample parking, so there's never any stress about finding a spot. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere make this a place we'll continue to visit again and again.

No flavor at all, I had to add too much soy sauce - not great. There were no chinese veggies, no bokchoy, no watercrests, no mushrooms. It was broccoli, carrots, celery, and baby corn (2 pieces!) First of all $17 for a dinner dish that doesn't come with fried rice or soup or eggroll? Sorry I never really put negative reviews but I feel like the hype of this place out weighs its value.

We came here on a weeknight and were seated right away. There were two bowls of complimentary fried wontons waiting for us. We ordered the happy family, the crispy pan fried noodles, the fried rice, and the sesame chicken. We also got a couple of individual bowls of egg drop soup. The food is pretty solid. Everyone loved the happy family because it is a mixture of seafood including prawns and shrimp and other types of meat. The crispy pan fried noodles sticks true to its name and is very crispy. The fried rice has a ratio that is about equal in terms of rice to meat. The sesame chicken truly does have ketchup in its sauce, and I wish I would have taken that into account before ordering it. I would normally give a place like this 2-3 stars, but because it is a tradition for those I know, I am giving it an extra star. The main waiter is also a hard worker -- on a weeknight he was the only one waiting 10 tables. However he can be abrupt -- when I ordered a soup after the first round, he asked me why I was ordering that when our food was already about to come out. I told him that he could feel free to bring the food out even if I'm still eating the soup, which I don't think occurred to him. Overall, this is a pretty solid Chinese food place depending on what you are ordering and it has a spacious dining room area even if the place is short-staffed on purpose.

There was only one person working the dining room, taking orders, bringing tea and water (no alcohol license), answering the phone, handling takeout orders, etc. He was obviously stretched very thin and it was next to impossible to get his attention if we needed anything. Out entrees were very good (Mongolian Beef, Triple Delight, Kung Pao Shrimp, and a Spicy Beef dish. The appetizers and soup were just average takeout quality, with the wonton soup being especially disappointing. I asked for a Coke, and a can was put on the table. I had to request a glass and ice. Zero ambiance. Stark white walls, nothing on them, plastic tablecloths, and we were given plastic forks to eat our canned pineapple dessert. I would order takeout from here, but I would not bother to dine in.
