People without jobs are sinking hours and hours into building a better career for themselves and you do not even have the decency to take 20 seconds out of your time and return an e-mail or a phone call. For the second time within the year you have told me that I am a perfect fit for a position. Being unemployed I put hope into these leads that you gave me. One week went by, no response... another week went by...no response. I sent you a follow up e-mail...no response. I called your office for an update on my application...no response. Stephen, you seem to not grasp at the concept of being unemployed so let me give you the inside scoop. When a person is laid off it feels like your soul is crushed. You are wondering what you did wrong your whole life to deserve such a punishment. Days, weeks, and months go by without hearing anything from your 200+ applications. Finally, you get a phone call from Stephen Marks, saying that your resume is a great fit for a position that you have open. For a few minutes you are finally gaining some confidence that has not been there since your layoff. Then BOOM, I never hear from you again, sinking lower and lower into misery. I despise your existence and hope that in the near future you are laid off. Even more so I hope that you are unemployed for a long time and feel the pain that I'm sure you have cause many. Greenkey resources is, by far, one of, if not the best recruiting agency where I've worked, and I've worked at quite a few in and outside of the metro/DC area. This is, probably, my third go round with Erika S, the recruiter with whom I work closely, and Kiki. I am here again, because the perm position, which I found independently, stayed for almost 3 years before I HAD to resign, obviously did NOT work out. Within 2 days, Erika found several assignments that were suitable, and it was a difficult decision, because they were all "plumb" assignments/roles. Erika, called me often, offered invaluable advice and tips to assist with my decision making, what would be beneficial for me. They are professional, personable and very attentive to our needs, I say our because there are a few GK temps placed at the WONDERFUL company where I am now, and we communicate, collaborate, and are all in agreement about GK Resources, Erika and Kiki specifically. They make us feel like family, or as if were the only person they work with. If I forget to submit my timesheet, I'm getting a call from Erika, because she wants to be certain that I receive my DD on Friday. She checks up on me often, especially at the start of an assignment to make sure everything is going well, and that I'm comfortable. I'm certain this contributes to the company's success. I recommend family and friends often, and they've had only good things to report as well. I am so thankful for all they do, and they let me not forget to mention. As a recent grad seeking my first employment opportunity in New York, I've had my fair share of meetings and interactions with recruiters. After months of a tough job search, I reached out to Amanda Casey via LinkedIn, hoping to get the ball rolling with a new recruiting agency. I have used their services on multiple occasions. Whenever i am looking for a new job, i always reach out to them. However, all my experiences with them have been awful. It seems all they do is collect resumes (allegedly). I've filled out job applications, per their request. I work with a headhunter obviously for work based on my professional experience and then NADA with a capital N. Nothing else seems to happen. Just dead air. The recruiter disappears after the job application is completed. I'm confused. Aren't they a recruiting agency? Why are you not helping me and other people find jobs. Here is the thing. If agencies only want to collect resumes and sell them to third parties (allegedly) for money - then they should say so. STOP WASTING my time and providing false hope. Its just downright pathetic and not a productive use of anyone's time. I would steer clear of this firm. They are clearly not in the business of finding anyone in NYC a job. I wonder if they have ever found one single soul in all of NYC a job at all. Forget full-time, but have they even gotten anyone a temp job. I am utterly baffled how the high rent on Madison Ave gets paid. The sad part is, every time i was in the market for a new job, i ended up finding it independently. All 5 times, i found it on my own. That is 5 times they lost of on their commission $$ (thousands of dollars). I wish them well! read more

My experience with Green Key has been nothing short of fantastic. Justin Nadelman contacted me about a job that he thought was a great fit for me. I worked with Justin and he was absolutely incredible.
