My sleep has been awful and my body was paying the price so I was lucky to be able to walk in and immediately be seen by Nicole without an appointment. Nicole definitely knew what she was doing! I did the 60 min deep tissue. She was very strong and attentive. She immediately found all my knots and some tight spots I didn't even know about. She recommended next time to do 90min and that I would see the best therapeutic results with a massage every 2 weeks. I would come back again and see Nicole! I do wish there was less sound bleeding and maybe the ability to turn the lights down lower/music up a little, but otherwise I had a great experience. read more

I love this spa! My mom friends and I have been coming here for a year now. I buy their multiple visit gift cards online to get discounts (6 x 90 minute massages for $600). I have been randomly selecting masseuses every time and I think I have finally found my favorite masseuse here. My friends each have their favorite people too, so now we can each get our own person! Th place is clean, quiet, and peaceful. The place I used to go to sometimes blasts the tv or workers talk on phones loudly, but not here at Serenity. It's very quiet and nice and relaxing. read more

The absolute worst place. Not sure why there's so many 3-4 stars here... you will absolutely waste your money here and if you've ever had a good massage - this place is NOT IT. I regret telling my BF I want a massage.. cause he took us here and it was a WASTE OF MONEY.. and we got the 90 minute massage. EVEN MORE ... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. 1) We were put in the first 2 rooms right in the front. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING at the receptionist desk in our rooms, even with the music on. At the end of the massage, I told the girl if she's going to place people in the front room please turn up the music or please be quiet. 2) No heated blankets... which is usually a norm for most places. 3) THE BED I WAS ON NEEDED TO BE SCREWED. IT WAS MAKING NOISES THE ENTIRE TIME.literally shifting and tweaking. So annoying to hear. Cheap quality bed, cheap quality sheets, cheap everything. 4) The ladies who massaged my BF and I literally had no rhyme or reason in 'massaging' any parts of our body. I swear they were just touching us and rubbing us for 90 minutes. Usually at massages they give you a paper/in take form where you can circle focus areas- this place did not do that. They asked us upfront but probably forgot what to focus on because they did not know how to focus on anything on our bodies. Just save your money and do not go here. The massage itself was very good, which made this experience even more disappointing. I come here often to relax and unwind, but during a large portion of my session I could clearly hear loud conversations coming from neighboring rooms. At times, it genuinely felt as though the clients next door were in the same room with me. The constant noise made it difficult to fully relax and took away from what should have been a peaceful experience. For the price of the service, I expected a much more calming and professionally managed environment. Most massage establishments make an effort to maintain a quiet atmosphere out of consideration for their clients, but that unfortunately did not seem to be the case here. While I initially signed up for a 60 minute prenatal massage, I decided to go for a 90 minute with a scalp treatment add on. Amy is a miracle worker. I've been getting massages for over 15 years and this was by far the most amazing experience I've ever had. Amy is attentive, skilled, and just really amazing. I've had prenatal massages before but I found that people go too soft or treat it just for relaxing without actually addressing any of the pain or soreness you feel. My husband and I booked two massages here on a Saturday at 11am. I called on the Wednesday before and they had the time we were looking for. I booked a 60 minute prenatal massage for myself and my husband a 60 minute deep tissue massage. When we arrived, they took us right back and gave us the option to be in a room together or go into separate rooms. The spa was very clean and everyone was so nice. The (relaxation) massage I got from Gina was amazing - the best massage I have had in a long time. My body received much needed attention and felt restored. I took away one star because of the noise factor. I could hear lively conversations being had at the front desk, doors to other rooms creaking/opening/closing, and other random noises. It was quite disruptive and really took away from the overall experience. As one other reviewer mentioned, there didn't seem to be any care taken by staff to maintain a quiet environment. If management would invest in measures like soundproofing the massage rooms, it would take this 5 stars easily! Or the the very least, train all staff make an effort to maintain quiet as well as put some WD40 on those door hinges (little to no expense). I will probably still come back since again the massage was so good, but maybe next time I will bring earplugs. read more

Only complaint is the front seems to be very loud making it difficult to completely relax. I felt like I was floating in bliss the entire time. Even just 15 mins is enough to help you unwind. They've definitely caught me as a regular. First impression was clean, calming, and relaxing! I would love a little more ambient essence like lavender or eucalyptus to enhance the experience even more. My massage therapist, Ana L was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable with the room temperature, massage pressure, and overall experience from start to finish. She also checked in on me throughout the session, which I really appreciated because I can be a little shy about speaking up during massages. Just had a 90 minute "Relaxation" massage, best I've had. Surprised they had last minute availability. I booked online. The lady communicated really well with me, asked about my problem areas and pressure. She was very intentional with her pattern and even did her best to work out knots at my problem area. Even picked up on the cues that I was cold. She turned on the heated blanket (or whatever it was) , maybe it was the bed? I'd definitely come back. Super soothing. Well, it wasn't the worst massage I've ever had but it definitely wasn't the best. I had a 90 minute sports massage plus the scalp treatment. Honestly, I would totally skip the scalp treatment next time. Most of the time they spend just rubbing a roller ball over your head and it doesn't even feel very good or relaxing, which was a letdown! The reviews that say that the rooms are loud are right. It didn't bother me too much. But when the woman walked me from the front desk to the room she intended me to be in, the bed hadn't been changed over from the last massage. So they quickly turned the room over while I waited outside. It just didn't feel very professional. Also when I was getting changed my massage person didn't knock before she came in so she almost walked in on me totally naked! the therapist was nice and I do think there were some parts of the massage that helped ease some tension in my muscles. I wanted my upper back and neck worked on because that's where I carry most of my stress. She hurt me a little bit, and she kept checking in on me about the pressure points. But I knew CBD was coming and it really cooled off everything. I loved the hot towel treatment she gave me. I knocked off one star because I noticed my partner's massage Therapist never really communicated with him about pain levels, and he didn't get the treatment that I got in. What an absolute gem of a place! I'm so glad I decided to get a massage here for my birthday. My partner and I did a couples massage and was greeted with a beautiful lobby when entering the spa. We made a reservation an hour and a half ahead of time and was taken in right away when we came. No wait at all. When we entered our room, we had our own private room with soft music playing in the background and a heater. The massage itself was amazing. We had Nicole and Jessica and we both had a positive experience with both. They asked us multiple times if we were comfortable with the pressure which I appreciated. My sister and I got deep tissue massages in one of their couples rooms on a Monday afternoon. Reserving online was easy, and our masseuses were Anna and Angela. The pressure was outstanding, they really know how to find the right spots and use techniques that provide an effective and pleasurable experience. They were extremely friendly, and funny too. We laughed as they said our backs were hard like a wall, lol... but they didn't talk excessively, just enough to make sure they targeted areas we needed. Beyond that, we were able to enjoy the soothing sounds of gentle music in the background. This was a true full body massage, almost every inch, and my masseuse especially did a remarkable job on my legs and hamstrings, applying a unique technique different than other places I've been to. I was definitely impressed. Also got my first belly massage... unnecessary, lol (trust me there's no muscle there)... but I do like the thoroughness :P Overall, the place was great. The setting was clean and simple, with just enough decor to set the mood. All of the employees were personable, and really showed they appreciated our business with the way they treated us.
