I absolutely love this place! I have been here probably 5 times in the past year and will continue to return. Most of my visits consisted of the 60 reflexology. Which in my opinion you can't beat for the price! Very relaxing, but they also use strength to get to those hard to work on spots. I've also had a 90 minute combo massage, and will be going to another one in a few weeks. This was amazing. If you have the time and money - definitely go for this. 30 minutes of reflexology gets you properly relaxed and then 60 minute full body massage. I was looking around and everything was $150 or above for an hour massage and then I came upon this hidden gem .. $70 for an hour massage The massage was beyond relaxing and comfortable!! I have only great things to say about this place and Mia. I was having horrendous low back pain from too much gardening. I was in so much pain that I was being a pain in the @ss to my coworkers from so much complaining. I looked through Yelp and saw the great reviews for Green Leaf Spa so I booked an hour appt with Mia. It was my first time getting a massage for pain purposes and she game me such thorough massage!!!!! At first I didn't know whether to scream or laugh at how intense it was. Apparently my muscles were all in a huge knot!! But as soon as I got up and left I noticed a huge difference!! Next morning I felt 85% better. This is the best experience i have ever had at a massage business, and i have had hundreds of massages. I had the $40 , 60 min reflexogy ( foot massage), booking late at night the day before. I figured even a bad foot massage is a good massage right? Well, starting with a reminder call half an hour before, just because i had booked online and was a new client, everything was perfect. The business is located just off the 242 in a strip mall ( to the yelp reviewer who said she didnt like the neighborhood, and used a disparaging word meanin that its not an all white neighborhood, tough cookies. I live here: its not an all white neighborhood.) Its a strip mall: drugstore/ sandwich shop/ dollar store/ whatever. Everyone there is wearing a mask, and hand sanitizer everywhere. You can smell that faint bleach smell, which is currently my love language. I was shown into a partitioned area, cutely decorated, that massage music playing, two big armless chairs with footrests right next to eachbother but she assured me they only used both chairs at the same time if two people came in together. Covered in clean sheets. In a plastic lined bucket, Mia, my technichian started soaking my feet. She checked for allergies to different oils. At first i was disapointed- i dont want my feet soaked- get with it! BUT she came behind me and gave the best neck, head, scalp, and shoulder rub. Mia hit EVERY spot. Then she dried my feet and legs, asked if anything was bothering me, was anything tender- this kind of excellent care and communication went on throughout the experiance. I felt completely safe and relaxed. I have allergies, i have arthritis- i never felt like i would get hurt. I then got 45 min of the best foot and calf massage i have ever experienced. I have been to fancy spas, expensive massage places, the works, and never have i experienced such pain relief. Then, she had me lay face down,(the chair reclined) and while still clothed stretched my legs, hips, massaged my low back and hips and once more to the shoulders. I felt so good. Pain relief was amazing. Its hours later and i still feel revitalized and 20 years younger. Im going as often as i can forever. You do not want to miss Mia's amazing skill. read more

Since it was early it was very quiet and they had peaceful music playing. My boyfriend had requested Mia, but she ended up taking me, so he got Lilly. He liked his massaged and I loved mine. 60min for $45 of heaven, totally worth it! I made an appointment on their website for a 60min deep tissue massage with Mia, per all the Yelp recommendations that she does wonders for knots. When I got there, she recommended Joe and I'm glad she did. He was great! He was very professional and he has "the touch." He would massage over a muscle, isolate a tight spot or knot and work on it for a while before moving on. I am a grad student which means I'm on my laptop 22 hours a day (or so it feels like) and as a result, my shoulders, neck and upper back are ALWAYS super super tight. At any given moment you could run your hand down my upper back, between my shoulder blades, and it'll feel like you're driving on the lane dividers. bump bump bump! I prefer a LOT of pressure with my massages. I'm always asking for them to go harder and to really get in there and get those knots out! I want the most bang for my buck. If I'm not sore for the next few days, I don't really feel like it was an effective massage. I had my massage yesterday afternoon and even though I'm sore, like they said I would be, I FEEL GREAT. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience, the woman working on my body used her elbow during my massage and it kept slipping and it became extremely painful, the entire massage was just her rubbing on my bones and not my muscles. It was painful the entire time and she missed most of the pressure points in my head and neck, my spine and neck are extremely sore. She massaged my neck by moving my bones around instead of massaging my muscles, it was more painful than relaxing. read more

Came in on my last day in NorCal looking to have my knots rolled out after being postpartum 6 months. If anyone has experienced motherhood or listened very intently to a postpartum woman's woes of aches and pains, it's bad. Self lovery and self care, right? I did my Yelp search for a good spa with an affordable 2 hour massage session and Green Leaf was best. I made an appointment hours before and was able to be seen on time which is just wonderful. The shopping center of the spa is quite dark at night and secluded, there wasn't much street light illumination beyond the convenience store a few doors down. The place itself can be easily found. Once inside, the waiting area and the hallway leading to the individual rooms are dimly lit and quiet. The smell was fresh and not overwhelming, you can also hear soothing music playing quietly in the background. The hostess interviewed me quickly upon reading my postpartum comment, asking me if there were any areas to avoid which I greatly appreciated she even took the time to care for me. Once we settled into a room, I was given 5 minutes to change and lie down on the massage table. The masseuse who tended to me was polite and attentive, she was informed of my condition prior and made an effort of avoiding my epidural site entirely with an 'X' marked with a sharpie. After making sure I was comfortable and positioned on the table correctly, throughout the entire 2 hours there she focused on every knot she found, noting areas of peculiarity that may need medical attention. She cautioned me to inform her if she was too rough but mentioned that working out the amount of knots I had will cause some discomfort. After a very thorough routine of the full 2 hours, I felt like a completely new human being! I jumped for joy, literally all my previous aches and pains were left at the massage table! I would definitely recommend this little spot if you're looking for some you time. Booking an appointment was easy peasy, it can be done online. Pros: Price was great for a combo (reflexology 30 minutes + 60 minute full body massage) Nice staff and no haggling about your tip Good quality massage Cons or "Meh": The massage areas (private rooms) have no enclosed ceiling (just the roof of the entire establishment) so you can hear every bit of the conversation happening at the check-in area. But ear plugs or earbuds would solve that. Location looks a little sketchy but overall ok. Morning was fine. Guy who did my massage didn't inquire about pressure, injuries or focus areas before beginning- just dove in. Luckily I'm pretty easy, but you might want to speak up beforehand if you have any issues to be addressed. He was also efficient but I wouldn't say he was super mindful/careful with applying lotion or arranging towels around you. But again, the price is pretty awesome so what do you expect. Towels appeared mostly clean yet dinghy/worn. If that bothers you, BYO! Not sure how often they change the linen on the reflexology chairs either....crossed my mind briefly, All in all, a decent experience. I'd probably go back for reflexology only. read more

This place gets a 4.5 star rating, I always hesitate to leave a 5 starts rating for the first time... but this experience was wonderful! Based on other help reviews, I booked the 60 minute pre-natal massage with Mia and boy did she deliver!! The woman has magic hands. Trust me, I've been to many, many massage places and I feel I'm pretty critical when it comes to massage places. The things that matter to me are cleanliness and quality of massage. I used the restroom before we started and it was very clean. Didn't smell at all. A+! The room itself was small and comfortable, and if I'm being honest it was a tad on the cold side. To be fair, I was the first massage of the day and i'm sure their heating system hadn't kicked into gear. That said, Mia asked me what my trouble spots were and I told her. She went straight into my most uncomfortable spots! She wasn't light handed either, she dug deep and loosed up knots that were deep in my back and shoulders. The heaven I experienced while on the table was beyond what I expected! I haven't had someone work on me like that before and get the spots that she got to. As a pregnant person, my aches and pains were amplified and it's hard to find someone I trust to relieve me. I can't wait to return to the place with my hubby. This spa is definitely the best affordable Chinese massage places around. The women here are all very competent, with different capabilities. I love places capable of giving you good pressure - and the spa definitely specializes in more therapeutic-style (rather than the froo froo soft massages at the overpriced parlors) Mia is the lead lady and she does a really good deep massage. She scolds me constantly for not stretching, which is well-deserved. Annie is great if you're having knee problems. She digs DEEP into your legs and I find she's the best one for my leg problems. However... I kinda have problems everywhere to be quite honest. Judy is strong and gives a very good upper back massage. Sisi is great if you prefer a very relaxing swedish-style massage. I've definitely fallen asleep during one. Their online booking system is great but it doesn't allow same-day appointments, so you have to call in for those.
